If you’re ever in Florence and looking for the perfect pizza experience, Mister Pizza is the place to be — hands down, the best pizza and service we’ve had in all of Italy. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family. The atmosphere was electric, warm, and full of joy, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the outstanding service and energy of two incredible staff members: Osas and Mustafa. Osas, our server, was an absolute gem — full of life, funny, kind, and incredibly attentive. He made the whole dining experience so much fun, making us laugh, suggesting the best pizzas, and ensuring we had everything we needed. He treated us not just as customers, but as old friends. His vibe alone makes you want to come back again and again. Then there’s Mustafa, the master behind the pizzas — and let me just say, he’s an artist. You can see the passion he puts into every pizza, and the results are mind-blowing. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and every bite makes you want to cry tears of joy. Watching him work the oven is like watching a maestro conduct a symphony. Together, Osas and Mustafa made this more than just dinner — it was an experience. Delicious food, unforgettable service, and an atmosphere full of life. I’ve never had so much fun in a restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough. This place deserves more than 5 stars. 22/03/2025: It's nice to pass by this place when we come to Florence and stop to eat at their place because it's a real pleasure to see them work. The pizzas are always very good, the ingredients are quality and you can sense the desire of these guys to pass on their tradition. Well done, keep it up 👏👏👏

18/03/2025: Pizza to be good must be divine, otherwise it is not pizza. The name of the place says it all. Very good. Very small place set up with only two tables for customers who want to eat there, and excellent for take-out.

21/05/2025: We got the #2 pizza with tomatoes and pesto with truffle added and it was so good we got a second pizza. The crust is incredibly textured and it's clear the pesto is made fresh. The #8 salami pizza we got was just as good as the #2, and the chefs were so personable. I especially loved the fresh ingredients everywhere and the conversations between the chefs and their regulars; it felt like such a slice of authenticity in this tourist area. We're going to be back for sure!

11/04/2025: Good welcome, too bad the cook keeps complaining in front of our table. Our child's pizza was forgotten when it arrived at the table Our meat dishes and fries were cold so we wanted to eat all 3 of them at the same time. They still offered us the digestive.

09/04/2025: We went with the hopes of eating a delicious Tuscan steak, our reservation time was 20.15. We placed our order at 20.20. 1 kg T-bone arrived at 21.20, weighing 1.4 kg (we learned this on our receipt when making payment). Where did you see that it took 1 hour and 5 minutes for medium-rare meat? The taste was average, the nerves of the meat were not cleaned enough and the outside was quite hard. We added it to the list as a bad experience. We paid 168 euros at the restaurant we chose based on previous comments. However, the service we received was not even worth 60 euros.

23/05/2025: From Atlanta Georgia and i absolutely adored this establishment, we had Paolo as our server and he was so nice and friendly, we had SUCHHHHH a nice dinner and the wine was good was absolutely amazing, would 100% recommend and definitely would come again!
