25/03/2025: The planned stay at this hotel was unfortunately disappointing for many reasons. The double room was very small, anonymous, without furniture and with a small and uncomfortable walk-in closet for two people, not to mention the terrible smell of mold. The bathroom was always not very clean and the shower tray was broken!!! The gym was a simple "COLD" room, in every sense, with few tools and not all of them usable (in the morning I had to turn on the lights, the hot air and the tools myself)!!! The "EMBARRASSING" SPA, very dirty, tiny, boring, unkempt and unstaffed. The food was decent, but the Owner managed to ruin the only positive side of her hotel, with her lack of empathy and often rudeness. The Lady Owner with the blond bob, on the last day had the courage to offer us sandwiches to take away FOR A PAYMENT!!!! I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels (including in San Vigilio), but this 4-star one only has the (imposing) external appearance of the structure, but above all THE HIGH BILL! Before booking I read many positive reviews from other customers, but this time I was wrong to trust strangers who were probably used to being satisfied. PS. UPDATE POST RESPONSE FROM THE HOTEL GUEST: read their response carefully to REALLY understand WHO YOU WILL BE DEALING WITH AND THE SERVICE YOU WILL FIND IN THIS STRUCTURE. GOOD LUCK

31/05/2025: Simple but authentic place: the true essence of Sicily A place without frills, but that conquers from the first moment. Genuine dishes, strong flavors, family atmosphere. It is the type of place that does not need to impress: you only need to taste a single dish to understand that here you can breathe the real Sicily. Compliments to those who manage it with passion.

04/05/2025: Best aglio and olio pasta of our entire stay in Sicily…for 5€. If you are passing through, go there with your eyes closed.

03/06/2025: The food was good, but we were made to wait half an hour between the starters and the main course. When it finally arrived, they told us they'd bring us cheese to season the pasta, but it never arrived. They also brought us the food without bringing our drinks. We spent the entire dinner trying to summon the waiters, who showed no courtesy despite their shortcomings.

28/05/2025: Incredible choice of pizzas, they have a menu that takes a while to browse through. Average prices, the whole wheat dough is good and digestible, the service is not excellent. We were lucky to find a table without having booked, but I absolutely recommend booking especially on weekends. Parking is fairly easy in the streets around the place.

14/05/2025: Friendly and helpful service. Menu with a decent selection, but with all the elaborate and refined proposals that put you in difficulty. I had a smash burger and it was really excellent! Price in line with quality and service. Very neat and modern location!
