25/07/2025: Excellent value for money, no waiting time. It's not a type of dough I like, but it's a matter of taste; I prefer a rustic, crunchy dough, whereas here they offer a soft, modern dough. But I can't give less than 5 stars, because everything is delicious, the service is fast, and the price is excellent.

21/04/2025: Decisamente il "Punto Giusto" in cui fermarsi per gustare la pizza migliore di Palazzolo. Sempre attenti alla scelta di prodotti locali e stagionali. Impasto soffice e lievitato a dovere. Fabio poi, con la sua simpatia riesce ad accoglierti in maniera amichevole e professionale. Anche i nostri amici più "difficili" da accontentare, sono sempre usciti soddisfatti e piacevolmente colpiti dalla qualità garantita dal posto. Mi sembra un buon motivo per andare e provare, no?

29/07/2025: A spacious, professionally organized venue with attention to detail. Clean and tidy! The food is good, and the prices are in line with the quality offered. The quality-price ratio is favorable, which is no small thing. The location is easily accessible with a GPS, but there are few nearby directions. I didn't give it five stars because a venue like this offers non-alcoholic beer or alcohol-free aperitifs. Safety is always a top priority. There is no on-site parking, but there is ample free parking. I recommend it to both locals and tourists. We ate the pizza, and everyone gave it a very positive review.

I ordered a simple Margherita: 🔸 Dough: The crust is nice and thick and well-cooked, with that light char typical of true Neapolitan pizza—crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! 👌🔥 🔸 Mozzarella: Evenly distributed and stringy, with a few golden areas that provide a nice contrast in flavor. 🧀😍 🔸 Tomato: The sauce seems fresh and vibrant, with a beautiful deep red color. 🍅❤️ 🔸 Basil: Abundant fresh leaves, added after baking, add flavor and freshness to the pizza. 🌿😋 🔸 Overall: Simple, traditional, but made with care and passion. 22/06/2025: My husband and I stopped to eat pizza with our daughters at this wonderful pizzeria! We had a great time, the staff is very nice and friendly. It was really hospitable. The prices are reasonable and the pizza is very good. When we return to Syracuse we will definitely stop to eat there again!
