09/08/2026: Palermitans on vacation, excellent pizza, good products, good table service, ample parking, swing set for the kids. We've been there two or three times on a Friday evening. There was a beautiful girl who sang. It's a great place for everyone. Go there.
Good morning, what I wrote earlier dates back to last year.
Yesterday, August 8, 2026, we went there for dinner. Ample parking for cars and motorcycles. Suitable for carriages and strollers, dogs and cats as long as they have a leash and muzzle. The evening was wonderful. When we arrived with the party organized, there was a beautiful girl singing along with the crowd, songs of all kinds, and fantastic karaoke. Outdoor tables under the gazebo and more.
Pizzeria: Patrizia, Francesca, and the other lady are fantastic; they found us a table in 3 minutes. The pizza chefs and other kitchen staff are excellent and quick with their preparations. N.B. Don't ask the owner, it's all confusing 🤔. Otherwise, enjoy your meal.

27/07/2026: I was truly disappointed with this water park. The place is poorly maintained, old, and downright shabby. The most disappointing aspect is the complete lack of transparency at the entrance: we paid full price without anyone warning us that half the facility was closed. In particular, the two main and most beautiful attractions were unusable, a fact they should have communicated before payment.
The internal management is no different: the hot tub area is opened without any specific timetable, it almost seems like they're just "going by heart." Even for children, there's almost no choice, given that there are only two games.
I would not recommend it at all. There's little care for the customer or the facility.
27/07/2026: I was there yesterday and I have to say it was a wonderful experience, the staff were welcoming and there was a lot of entertainment.

01/08/2026: There were four of us and two children, and the kids didn't eat anything... the pizza was good, but the service left much to be desired. We ordered four pizzas, three bottles of water, and four drinks. They brought us plastic cups to drink the water in, and then the drinks were served in plastic cups. I pointed out that perhaps the drinks should have been served in glasses, but they replied that they serve them that way after a certain time (it was 9:30 PM). But the most shocking thing is that they charge children a cover charge even if they didn't eat anything...
Response to the owner's comment:
It's not mean, nor am I smearing, but I simply described what actually happened... Smearing would simply mean saying things that aren't true, something that wasn't done.
12/06/2026: Absolutely terrible service. We asked if we could sit down, and then no one ever came. The menu is only available via QR code. Not suitable for tourists who speak little to no Italian. After 20 minutes, we got up because no one was paying any attention to us anymore.
It's a shame, because the ambiance would be fantastic and would attract paying customers.

10/07/2026: We were seated at the table. The waiter came to take our order, and when we said we only wanted drinks, he said: "No, this is a lunch table; we can have coffee somewhere else." Then he took our menus and indicated that we weren't getting anything there. Totally unfriendly; normally, the waiter should have clarified that when seating us.

09/06/2026: House red wine from a Tetra Pak served ice-cold in juice glasses, the Maccheroni Norma were good, the service was unmotivated and grumpy, but the view of Naxos was fabulous.
Each dish was €1 more expensive on the bill than on the menu, plus a €2.50 cover charge.
Conclusion: Not recommended! There are many better restaurants in Castelmola!
27/05/2026: Stunning sea view, but the lack of customers should have been a red flag. The welcome was incredibly unpleasant, with cutlery practically thrown on the table.
The pasta was good, but the mussels in the risotto were clearly not fresh.
The service was deplorable, and the owners showed absolutely no friendliness.
The final surprise was the bill: the tomato and mozzarella starter was €27. Clearly outrageous considering the small portion. In plain terms, this kind of restaurant is a rip-off!
Absolutely avoid this place!!!

13/06/2026: They are not very clear with the receipts, they only write the total. Based on the prices they quote, the total would have been 44 euros and they charged us 50. Even at Just Eat with the same things it would have been 35 euros.
08/03/2026: This takeout pizzeria is small and cramped. Both the dough and the toppings are subpar, and the prices are exorbitant.

19/10/2025: I had to stop by by chance. The place is definitely not touristy (I understood from the local views). But the atmosphere is really nice, the food is good :)
13/09/2025: I was drawn in by the reviews, but... No kidding! The place is very old, very dirty, perhaps not renovated in 40 years, with terrible decor. The bathroom is shameful, all broken and dirty. I can't even imagine the food.
The prices are low, but the food isn't up to par. The only decent thing is the pizza.
We ordered a kind of tagliata served 1980s-style with a balsamic vinegar glaze in a zigzag pattern. It was old, tasteless, and stringy, and cost 14 euros! The mixed grill was decent, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
I'm sorry, places like this should just close down in 2025.
