On advice, I decided to try it and was disappointed, to say the least.
My boyfriend had ordered a pizza with sausage.
When the pizza was served, he found pieces of salami on the pizza. Real cubes.
When I asked for an explanation, they told me they were out of sausage. I was speechless. They tried to convince us to make another one, but we wouldn't. They should have asked before adding fancy ingredients. They definitely didn't want to make it again and wanted to solve the problem this way without first consulting the customer who was supposed to eat it. He could have been allergic or intolerant. Never again!

11/05/2025: I have never been to this pizzeria, but I made two home orders. Delivery was on time, hot pizzas. I find the prices very honest without sacrificing the quality of the ingredients.

15/08/2025: Thank god we did not read the reviews before getting here! We have been twice during our stay in Taormina. Although it might be a tourist trap, delicious food and great service with waitstaff who are so friendly. Don’t be an entitled tourist and you’ll be OK.

19/08/2025: Terrible experience… We had made a takeaway reservation for three pizzas at 8:30, we arrived there at that time and they delivered it to us 1 and a half hours later, I must point out that we stood there watching everything they did and the pizza chefs wasting time eating and laughing, the owner gave them the order to have pizzas prepared early just because they were his friends or family… disgusting, I should add that they took advantage of it because they made the pizza small, it was something not to be taken lightly.
04/08/2025: To eat here, you'll need to arm yourself with willpower and tranquilizers beforehand: the wait times are inordinately long and unjustified, especially considering that subsequent orders are often processed first, or that priority is given to takeaways rather than dine-in customers. The pizza isn't bad, but it's not worth the long wait.

31/10/2025: We ate there in late October. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. The beer selection was very limited, and the spinach wasn't very cold.
The view was spectacular, the atmosphere very peaceful, and the service was prompt.
The restrooms were clean, although access was a bit awkward due to a narrow staircase.
26/10/2025: A lovely spot with a truly great view. We were the only customers, and after our visit, it was clear we wouldn't be coming back. The pizza was mediocre, and the salad was wilted/partially moldy. The server was grumpy and felt disturbed while we were watching football; we felt unwelcome. The tablecloths, made of a kind of paper fabric, were stained and wrinkled, and the cutlery with plastic handles was worn.
It's a shame, the place would gain so much more charm with decent service.

17/10/2025: We had a very pleasant evening here - this place is casual non-pretentious and relaxed. We had lasagne, salad and deserts. Salad was fresh and tasty. We loved the ice cream in a cup too. With beer and wine and a reasonable bill - what is there not to like?
16/10/2025: To each his own. But our food and experience was excellent.

25/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato questa sera da Pippo Lupo di Mare, il personale è molto gentile e simpatico. La cucina molto buona e originale, non banale. Ottimi gli arancini di riso al nero di seppia e le polpette di neonata!

11/04/2025: Amazing spot right on the promenade. We were walk ins and got a great table. Music was at a level that was spot on and enjoyable.
Antonia looked after us & made our time pass delightfully. She steered us to have a lovely local etna white wine. The seafood was excellent and the highlight was the octopus.
To seal the deal we had a fab local limoncello.
All in all the best meal and most relaxing restaurant we enjoyed in Sicily.
