04/08/2026: I went to La Griglia last week to celebrate a birthday and was truly delighted. I've known this place for many years, and I must say it has evolved remarkably, maintaining its identity while improving in every way. The location is well-maintained and welcoming, the organization is impeccable, and the attention to detail is evident. The quality of the food also lived up to expectations: well-prepared dishes, excellent ingredients, and generous portions. The only small complaint is that the prices have also increased compared to the past, but I find this understandable given the level of service offered. We'll definitely be back!

03/08/2026: The food is not good for what you pay, the water is unlabeled, open, you don't know where it comes from, even if you can imagine, and then 3 euros for the cover charge, I've never paid that anywhere, in short I'll definitely never go back, they have no sense of catering, the food is not good, you can't say it's a fair portion, the prices are high for what they give you.

04/08/2026: It's been eight years since I published the first review of this lovely pizzeria. During this time, the quality of the dough made with ancient grains (like Tumminia), which are particularly sensitive to temperature and humidity, has been consolidated. Massimo has learned to tame these conditions, giving us extraordinarily digestible pizzas. For the rest, you can read the other reviews, as the wide selection of pizzas offered is truly satisfying, given that the ingredients are always top-quality. In short, Massimo, Rosalba, thank you, and may the flour be with you, and the tomato, mozzarella, and everything else, we'll eat.

The pizza was truly delicious, with a light crust and super-fresh ingredients, like the colorful cherry tomatoes that added a wonderful pop of color to the dish. The dessert was also a pleasant surprise, carefully presented with a dollop of whipped cream. The place is welcoming, and I will definitely return. Highly recommended for those seeking quality.

16/06/2026: We regret having to give this establishment a 2 rating, especially since we had very high expectations when we arrived, especially based on the excellent reviews we'd read. Unfortunately, we must point out a few aspects of our dinner that weren't to our liking: As soon as we arrived at our table, we were somewhat disappointed to learn that the menu featured 10 different Margherita pizzas. Sure, each one had a different sauce, mozzarella, or tomato, but ultimately, they were still Margherita pizzas. This isn't to criticize the restaurant's operational decisions; the owners must have had their own good reasons for promoting only one type of pizza, and we're not arguing with that. However, as customers, we would have appreciated at least having been informed of this temporary situation when we made our phone reservation so we could have adjusted accordingly. After all, when I go to a pizzeria, I expect to be able to choose from at least 6-7 different flavors, not 10 identical ones. This isn't a common situation and should therefore be communicated in advance, especially if I call a few hours before to make a reservation. The pizza itself wasn't even the best. We're not referring to the quality of the ingredients, which we can't comment on... but alas, the pizza was truly lacking in toppings, meaning very little mozzarella and a few cherry tomatoes (there were many "empty" spots where you could see the dough underneath). It was too crunchy, almost like eating a bruschetta without any toppings, and as a result, it also seemed quite light; light in the sense that, when we usually eat pizza, we struggle to finish it all; in this case, we left the table still hungry. Finally, we'd like to emphasize that even though we didn't order appetizers (precisely because a whole pizza usually fills us up), we didn't spend a fortune. We definitely won't be returning.

21/07/2026: Seafood dinner: everything fresh and perfectly prepared. There were four of us, and we ordered four house appetizers, two first courses, and a mixed fried fish dish to share. The atmosphere was comfortable and breezy. The service was welcoming, everyone was friendly, and we felt right at home.

12/07/2026: Nice place with a great location, excellent quality food even if we waited a full half an hour for 4 pizzas with the place empty, another negative flaw is the cost of the cover charge, which is €3 per person... it seems excessive to me.

29/07/2026: For many years, this high-quality pastry shop has also been offering granitas and sourdoughs, arancini, and gelato. A local favorite, and a must-visit.

From the appetizers to the main course, everything was exquisite, with authentic flavors and top-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff made us feel right at home with their kindness and professionalism. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back!

12/08/2026: A real disappointment. Five years ago, this trattoria was a true trattoria: delicious and hearty food, just like home cooking, a terrace with authentic decor, fairly quick service, and a kind and eager waitress. Today, the owners are trying to emulate a more upscale image, but they lack the skills. The food is barely tasty; they now prioritize presentation over flavor. The wait is excruciatingly long. On the other hand, taking your order is quick. We still waited almost 30 minutes for two pasta dishes. The portions are really small, and it didn't make us want to try the desserts. It's a shame; we were looking forward to going back, but it's clear that tourism has ruined their authenticity and good, home-style cooking.

13/05/2026: My wife and I had dinner last week, savoring the house seafood appetizer, consisting of nine different dishes, each more delicious and tantalizing than the last. We then ordered mixed grill and fried calamari, both excellent. The Sicilian cannoli and mandarin sorbet rounded out a five-star dinner. The friendliness of the owner and staff was also excellent, as was the quality/price ratio. We will definitely be back!
