01/09/2024: The place is nice, the pizza is good Friendly staff however an hour of waiting is fine, an hour after ordering is fine and the pizza hasn't arrived... all understandable for adults... but for a six year old girl?? The single star is in fact reserved for the VERY BAD ATTENTION AND CONSIDERATION FOR THE CHILDREN... when ordering we had asked to have the pizza for the little girl first given that it was 11pm and that obviously she arrived at 10pm and after more than an hour of waiting it was affirmed and tired…. at 00.00 the pizza for the little girl still hadn't arrived... which obviously arrived with the whole order, in fact the last one!! …probably being full of summer makes you forget good manners.. Really bad …

31/08/2024: I often went to the Da Clara pizzeria, but unfortunately I noticed a worsening in many aspects. POSITIVE NOTES: Always charming external environment, delicious french fries, courteous staff and excellent cleanliness of the place and toilets NEGATIVE NOTES: the quality of the pizza has really dropped, the prices are high (for example a coffee 2 euros, a 33cl bottled Coke 5 euros). The cheesecake had the crunchy part that was soft. We asked for ice for the beer that had warmed up (50 cl on tap costs 7.5 euros) and after several requests they told us that the ice machine had broken (say it first right??). We ask for an additional 33cl beer on tap and it arrives after being asked 3 times when our friend had already practically finished the pizza. All these aspects need to be reviewed NB: To be fair, only one of our friends liked the pizza, everyone else didn't

04/09/2024: We had lunch in this place ordering for two people: a peppered mussels, a seafood risotto, a mixed fry, a mixed grill, two mandarin sorbets and house wine. Everything exceptional. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. We decided to return especially for the mussel pepper, highly recommended.

17/08/2024: Given the kindness of the staff, an experience to forget. Unpresentable empty or dried mussels (a chef cannot produce such a dish), raw baked fish (a chef must know the cooking times)... to the embarrassment of the waiters too.

20/08/2024: Discovered by chance during one of my Sicilian tours, I recommend this place for excellent pasta dishes with generous portions and condiments too! Very fair prices and quick service Compliments

18/08/2024: We arrived this morning and they advised us to go to this place for lunch... plenty of pasta and clams... I had to leave... but the mussels were also good... with great pleasure and amazement the place is run entirely by young people ...make room for them...let me just say that the air conditioning was too low...even if it is summer but the food should not be eaten in the cold....they treated us very well for a second that was not consumed! xció....I thank them!! THANK YOU!

16/08/2024: We randomly tested this beautiful restaurant, high up, with a view of the sea. Our meal was excellent and the staff were friendly, concerned about our comfort and the smooth running of the moment. I recommend, especially for lovers of grilled fish (the chef's assortment) and homemade pizza! Completely affordable prices.

11/08/2024: We visited the entire area of ​​Taormina and we really regret that we found this place only at the end of our stay. Great pastas and pizzas, we didn't have time to try any more. Great prices, very nice owners and young staff. Great view of the coast due to the elevated location of the restaurant. If we had stayed longer we would not have gone to any other restaurant. 26/07/2024: Delicious food in a beautiful, historic place. The pastas (lasagna and pasta alla norma) were OK, but we were particularly impressed by the desserts. Tiramisu San Giorgio with Blandanino almond wine is an excellent dessert combination, served in a place that has been making them for over a hundred years. We were impressed :)
