24/08/2025: Terrible experience. I ordered a Margherita pizza with eggplant and fries. The pizza was full of oil, and I could smell the aftertaste of unaltered oil. The fries and eggplant tasted terrible. I only ate half of it because I paid for it! The table service girl was quite polite! The rest was awful.

07/10/2025: A negative rating without any malice (I'll remove it very soon) just to let you know you need to update your closing date on Google Maps. I'm from out of town, and after a lot of driving around (the location on Maps was very inaccurate, but I don't think that's your fault), I arrive and see that it's closed on Tuesdays. Please (a favor you're doing yourself before your customers) correct this review and I'll delete it.

02/10/2025: Very good pizza, even if they only did take-out pizza, as well as the appetizer of freshly cut chips on the spot, the owners were both kind and friendly, the pizzas were delicious, to try again, good quality/price too.

28/06/2025: Intrigued by the presence of a section of vegetarian and vegan pizzas, I decided to try the section of this pizzeria on the occasion of the Thursday promotion in which the classic pizzas cost €5 and the special ones €7. Once they arrived I sadly noticed that these pizzas, the vegetarian and vegan ones, were not included in the promotion (because they do not fall into the "special" category, I deduce). But why categorize pizzas that, apart from the addition of vegetable cheeses (present only in some, or on request) are simple pizzas with vegetables? What is the difference between these and a green calzone (which is among the classics) and among the many others present on the menu in the classic and special sections? The "vegetarian" pizza itself is not part of this separate list, but it is among the classics (and is included in the promotion). It is clear that the "vegetarian/vegan" section was created for marketing reasons (and in fact, it worked: I placed the order first!) but that is precisely the problem. If you choose to promote yourself as a place that is attentive to the needs of those who follow a plant-based diet (with a page dedicated to the green proposal), excluding these pizzas from the weekly offers makes them "other", "different", and not an integral part of the menu. In this way, you penalize those who make a different ethical or dietary choice, and you betray the spirit of inclusiveness that a veg section should represent. My criticism is therefore not so much about the lack of transparency, as in fact if you refer to the mere title of the section it is right that vegetarian pizzas are not the object of the promotion, but the very choice behind this thing. A true veg-friendly menu should not be limited to a label, but should be fully integrated into the rest of the offer, promotions included, without therefore categorizing them separately as if they were "other". I repeat, the same pizzas could have easily been in the traditional sections of the menu (with possibly the surcharge for plant-based cheeses if requested). I write all this with regret, because the pizza was good, and I would have definitely ordered it again in the future, if I hadn't felt excluded instead of included. The goal of a veg-friendly menu should be to encourage the consumption of plant-based products even for those who are not vegetarian/vegan, but this is not the case and, in fact, in this way, it discourages it.

23/06/2025: I ordered two pizzas on justeat. One called for fried zucchini and instead it came with roasted zucchini. The other called for buffalo mozzarella and it came with a grainy cheese that didn't taste like buffalo. Last but not least, a hair stuck to the mozzarella. The only positive factor was the speed of delivery and the friendliness of the delivery boy.

23/11/2025: There's so much to say, I'm spoiled for choice where to begin. Let's start with the game of Cervellone. The first topic of the game is the Kama Sutra, complete with explicit and vulgar images, inappropriate in an environment with children. The pizza was burnt, rubbery, and made with poor quality ingredients. Frozen fries cost €8.00 per plate. A peculiarity of the place (indoors), they have an outdoor women's bathroom. Last but not least, a bottle of Primitivo worth €13.00 was paid €40.00. Highly not recommended.

04/11/2025: Let me start by saying that there's absolutely nothing new! It feels like we've gone back in time at least 30 years. We're greeted by a lady who brings us menus. We ask to share a set menu, but we're immediately told no! We were supposed to each order one, so we change our order and order a first course and a second course (nothing special). Dirty glasses, slow service, and the bathroom was out of paper towels and soap...what can I say? The whole thing needs to be revisited!

26/07/2025: I started out with excellent pizza and Pizzoli in particular, then over time the pizza got worse, it always arrives cold and is often stuck to the cardboard, delivery service terrible experience, I always book at 5.30pm to be the first at 7.30pm, then they bring it to you after several phone calls at 9pm😤😤😤

16/11/2025: Thank you so much for the lovely evening! We had pizza today. The food was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Especially for me, as someone with a gluten allergy, it was all very relaxing; the pizza was tasty and reasonably priced.

10/11/2025: But far the worst food we have had on three trips to Sicily. We had a time crunch and had been to two breakfast places, one was closed Mondays, the other was full. A cup for tea was dirty. A water glass was cracked. We had to get one of the place settings ourselves from another table. We should have left at that point. We ordered three "crepes." What they falsely advertise as crepes were flour tortillas. A Nutella "crepe" was basically a jar of Nutella poured into a folded warm tortilla. A prosciutto and cheese "crepe" was a tortilla with either regular ham or very low grade prosciutto in a folded tortilla with what appeared to be Cheese Whiz on top and decorating the plate. Not clear why it was there. A honey "crepe" was a tortillas with some generic honey. We complained and after some back and forth, got back the cover charge only. This place should be shut down for false advertising. There was nothing worth eating. We went down the street and got some decent street food .

17/08/2025: One of the worst pizzerias I've ever been to. The pizzas arrived 2 hours after ordering. They should compensate us. They're really poorly organised. If you manage a place like this, you'll close down first. Not to mention the squalid bathroom. The only things that really save the place are the really kind service guys. Not recommended.

29/07/2025: Very quiet and pleasant atmosphere. A quiet evening away from the chaos, enlivened by karaoke entertainment, which featured some truly wonderful singers, and it was a pleasure to dine with their voices in the background. Prices weren't inflated, service was very fast, and parking was excellent. I highly recommend it.

06/08/2025: The location is unquestionably nice, Etna surroundings are amazing. The restaurant itself is nice and a kind of minimalist. Food is excellent and the local beers are very intriguing. Service is punctual and prices are more than acceptable.
