01/11/2025: The dough was raw, and it was very hard to digest between herbal teas and Diger. It's not the first time this has happened.
The sauce was good and consistent.
The service was so-so, but that's subjective and always depends on who you're in.
The atmosphere was very noisy, which is also a personal thing. It bothered me, but not everything always goes the way we want.
My honest feedback is constructive criticism to help us improve, because I'd like to return, being from Olbia.

20/10/2025: The grotto is always a safe bet. I'm giving it four stars only because, for my tastes, the prices are a bit high compared to what's on the menu. Otherwise, the food is excellent and the local products are solid.

22/10/2025: I loved it here. I was there once in the evening and once for lunch. It was always packed. At lunchtime, there were a lot of locals. I really enjoyed the food. The tiramisu could be improved. The caprese was solid. The pasta dishes were very good.
Service was super friendly.

21/11/2025: A very pleasant restaurant open year-round... (during the winter, open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, and only for pizzas).
Excellent pizzas and a great menu.
The restaurant has a very bright dining room and tables in the shaded garden. In high season, it's best to make a reservation given the quality of the food and the reasonable prices!
The beef in the tagliata di manzo is both delicious and tender (served with arugula purée and cheese shavings).
The pizzas are delicious and very generously topped. It's not uncommon to see customers queuing for takeaway pizzas.
The friendly and attentive staff ensures efficient service. A must-try!

13/10/2025: We ordered takeout, so we can't rate the service and atmosphere. We were greeted kindly, and all the dishes on the menu were available to order. We chose a mixed grilled fish and a pasta dish. Unfortunately, the fish dish included only a small piece of salmon (the sea bass was sold out), a shrimp, a piece of octopus, and a small portion of raw, unmarinated vegetables (which should have been part of the summer salad) for the hefty price of €35 (without side dishes or service, since it was takeout). Both dishes were good, but at that price, we expected more—especially since the picture of the dish on the menu looks much better.
12/10/2025: The food is truly excellent, with a great selection of food and wines.

18/10/2025: The restaurant is friendly. The spaghetti with shrimp tartare is absolutely incredible and to die for, by far the best dish I've had at Sans Teodoro. Unfortunately, the calzone had very few ingredients.
The service was good, considering there are only two measly waitresses for all the people there!

The only thing missing is a toilet.

They can't cook, but they insult guests/critics.
Maybe they should put more of their energy into cooking.
The sombrero is the chef's lottery win!
Take pizza dough, fries, fried squid rings, a little squid salad, a few small tomatoes, and arugula, and sell the whole thing for €30 to a few gullible guests.
It was also very dry, since sauce would have upped the ante and thus saved money.
