Absolutely amazing pizzas! The atmosphere and location was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

The best experience in Sardinia! First of all the warmest of welcomes and liveliest of nights thanks to Stefano the Great! The food was one absolutely delicious dish after the next. We did not want the night to end. Cannot wait to come back as many times as possible.

I ate seafood pasta which was fine, but burrata as antipasti was totally overpriced and not worth the price. The pizzas tough looked really look, I regretted not ordering that instead, which would have been more affordable also.

The menus around Baja are all pretty similar and we ate in a number of restaurants however the value you get coming away from the sea front and eating at Blu Cobalto is amazing! Hence 2 dinners already and booked in for our last night!! Pizza amazing. Seafood pastas amazing and the Fish of the Day (we had Turbot) simply stunning. You leave full after a meal here which is more than can be said for a couple of the restaurants at the front. Service is authentic! Fun, a little frenetic in a “we are busy and care” kind of way. I guess in peak season you will wait to be served as hey, we are in the Med!!! It’s life, so if your waiting have a glass of wine and enjoy 😋

If you are looking for fantastic seafood in Sardinia, Blu Cobalto is the spot. The dishes were fresh and delicious, but the highlight of our night was our amazing server, Sveta! She was so friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
