19/05/2026: We spent Saturday evening at Poco Loco. It's a great place with live music. It's vibrant and has a wonderful atmosphere. I recommend booking a table in advance. The place is large, but getting a seat was difficult. Very good service, and excellent pizza by the meter.

20/03/2026: What can I say? It's truly a wonderful discovery. It's been at least 10 years since I've set foot in this pizzeria for work. It used to be a takeout only business, but now it has about 10 tables seating about twenty. What a makeover! The logo has also changed; it's now very elegant, with elegant and refined finishes and details. I'll start by saying that I frequent the most prestigious pizzerias in Cagliari, winners of awards and recognition from various guides like Michelin and Gambero Rosso. This pizza is on par with the renowned pizzas listed in the guides, and I'm amazed that the Michelin and Gambero Rosso inspectors haven't included it in their guides yet. The pizza is contemporary. Soft, highly hydrated, airy, lightly salted, with a medium-thick crust. The base ingredients are good quality, and mixed semolina flour is used for dusting. I think it could be a type 1. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Nice, clean, and tidy restroom. Congratulations on the beautiful plates, fantastic cutlery, and beautiful glasses, just the way I like them. The fork and knife are functional and cut (as you can see from the photos), unlike other renowned establishments, where despite using designer cutlery, the forks are too thin to hold because they don't cut well, and the knives don't cut well. Well done. I'll definitely be back to try the gourmet pizzas, which, as you can see from the photos, feature truly refined and niche ingredients. Highly recommended.

03/05/2026: I rarely write a review while I'm still sitting at a table. But this time I feel compelled to. Delicious and plentiful dishes, a delicious meat-based appetizer, and sublime pistachio cheesecake. Two typical Roman first courses, Gricia and Cacio e Pepe, were 10/10! Highly satisfied... We're waiting for the bill. But it's worth it anyway. Highly recommended!! I forgot... the house red wine was TOP!!

22/11/2025: If I were to rate the food, my review would be positive. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service. We arrived at the restaurant and were immediately assaulted by the waitress, the irritable blonde, for arriving slightly early for our reservation. Okay, we swallowed and waited patiently outside in the cold. Once seated at our table, we were served by two waitresses, one truly friendly and nice, the other decidedly rude, surly, and very annoyed. Her rudeness and impatience turned what should have been a pleasant evening into one to forget. Paying customers shouldn't be treated that way. But even worse was that, after we pointed out to the waitress her terrible attitude toward us, she pretended to be completely taken aback. This job is tiring and understandable, like all jobs, but if you completely lack empathy, perhaps it would be best to consider changing careers.
