I migliori ristoranti di cucina pizza e pasta in Sardegna

02/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato in due in questo locale, ordinando due pizze, un calice di vino, una birra e una bottiglia d’acqua: conto finale quasi 50 euro. Prezzo che potrebbe anche starci, se fosse accompagnato da una qualità adeguata, che purtroppo non abbiamo riscontrato. L’impasto della pizza ricorda più quello del pane da forno che una vera pizza: poco sapore e profilo aromatico piatto. Una delle pizze era stata richiesta con doppia mozzarella, ma ne è arrivata una quasi priva. In generale entrambe le pizze sono risultate piuttosto insipide e poco equilibrate. Un vero peccato, perché il locale è spazioso, curato e accogliente. Ma a Sanluri ci sono diverse pizzerie che offrono pizze decisamente più riuscite, sia dal punto di vista tecnico che del gusto. Speriamo in alcuni miglioramenti, perché il potenziale c'è.

16/03/2025: Usually when I return to Sardinia I often went to eat pizza at Floris but yesterday's negative experience led me to stop this habit. I went for dinner on Saturday evening and there were 10 of us, we order and ask if there was a wait, they say 30min and we get some chips. After more than 40 minutes they brought the chips and warned us that there weren't 2 pizzas and we had to change them, quite ridiculous as it is. The pizzas finally arrived at 10.40pm (an hour and a half later): 2 wrong, one of which was sent back and all very cold which by now had both tomato and mozzarella cold and dry. They were more focaccias than pizzas and the ones with seafood were almost inedible. We had a terrible time with both the food and the service since you had to ask for everything 3/4 times to be served, many things weren't even there and they neither apologized for the delay nor asked how we had found ourselves. Furthermore, we realized that the bill was also wrong. How to lose regular customers 💯

10/05/2025: Ottimo hotel con ristorante che prepara pietanze della zona. Porzioni super abbondanti. La stanze sono piccoline ma molto carine. Da consigliare.

26/04/2025: There aren't many seats, so if you want to eat there it's best to book. The pizza is good, too stuffed for my tastes, but the staff is friendly and the prices are normal.

27/04/2025: The pizzeria is very nice, the place is small and the formula is self-service, you take cutlery, glasses and drinks. The place has tables both inside and outside. The pizzas are well priced and are of good quality and easily digestible. I had a parmigiana and it was tasty. The pizzas are thin and well-leavened and have a crunchy crust.

07/04/2025: "Homemade" and easy place, looked after by the friendly owner. Delicious pizzas and anti-inflation prices! Optimal.

22/05/2025: We sat at the table, waited 15 minutes for someone to notice us, after which the waiter comes to ask us if we had already ordered, in all this two tables had already consumed, so there were only us as new customers, we told him no, he threw us two menus for the drinks without asking us if we wanted to have lunch considering the time. Really bad, it's not the first time it's happened, and honestly that's enough.

21/05/2025: Good for a nightcap or two in the evening. We also had a dessert, which was also delicious.

21/05/2025: Spectacular!! During an 8-day stay, we dined there three times! It doesn't look special upon entering (it looks like a typical village bar), but go up the stairs and discover a fantastic terrace with views of the castle and a stunning sunset over the sea! The food was spectacular, generous portions at a good price, home-cooked food. The waiter was very attentive and friendly, always willing to give advice and crack a joke. In short... A place to come back to!

05/05/2025: We stopped by chance....thanks Google....we ate some exceptional spaghetti with clams and bottarga and really good mussels in red sauce...top service...friendliness and they make you feel at home....well done

15/05/2025: A fantastic point on the gastronomic map of the city! :) Very tasty pizza. Wonderful, polite and smiling owners. The price-quality ratio is extremely positive. :D Just a stone's throw from the old town, where you pay many times more for lower quality dishes. I definitely recommend it!
