25/08/2025: A must-see: the owner of this delicious pizzeria won the 2024 World Championship, and of course we ate the Eugenio pizza that won first prize. Delicious dough, generous, high-quality toppings. The outdoor space is well-organized, and the staff is knowledgeable and very friendly. Feeling at home in a place so far from your comfort zone is a great added value, so our thanks to Sara and the entire staff. P.S. The fries with bottarga are a cult favorite.

10/08/2025: Da Mario was one of those unexpected surprises. We came in expecting a simple gluten-free pizza... and found ourselves immersed in a world of flavors. The menu is rich, varied, and full of dishes that express Sardinia. We returned several times during the week, each time eager to discover something new. From the pizza to the fish, to the desserts: everything was impeccable. And to finish on a high note, don't miss a glass of myrtle. The friendly and passionate staff made us feel at home and took us on a true Sardinian gastronomic journey.

22/07/2025: My favorite restaurant, while visiting Cala Gonone. The food was very tasty and flavorful, and although it is on the pricier side, I believe it is better than all other restaurants in the area. Service seemed a bit chaotic, but when asking for something forgotten, they were on it right away. The atmosphere was very warm and cozy. The tables aren’t on top of each other so it also offers a chance for a nice conversation, without other tables being loud or being forced to listen. The views are also absolutely gorgeous. The restaurant seemed quite full every day, therefore I would recommend a reservation. On the day I visited, we arrived around 19:45, it was full, but the very friendly host offered us a reservation for about an hour later.

04/08/2025: Vi racconto l'esperienza con questo ristorante. Scrivo il giorno prima su whatsapp per prenotare per le 13,30 un tavolo per 6 persone e mi viene data conferma. Il giorno del pranzo scrivo loro un messaggio alle 12,26 per comunicare che in seguito ad una problematica avuta in viaggio (incidente, provenienti da Villasimius), saremmo arrivati mezz'ora dopo, ore 14 con l'orario del navigatore. Vengo chiamato dalla struttura alle 13,25 circa chiedendo informazioni su dove fossimo e per che ora arriveremmo. Ci viene detto che la struttura era aperta solo per attenderci e se avessimo avvisato prima avrebbero rinunciato alla nostra prenotazione (come si fa a prevedere un incidente?). Mi viene nuovamente chiesto l'orario di arrivo e il navigatore segnava le 13,52 e il proprietario al telefono mi rispondeva che se fossimo arrivati entro le 13,45 ci avrebbe fatto mangiare altrimenti avremmo trovato chiuso "perché loro sono gente che lavora" e inoltre mi sento dire "il navigatore vi porta dove vuole lui ma non dove vogliamo noi". A auel punto chiudiamo la telefonata rinunciando alla prenotazione. La mia domanda è, ma che modo è di trattare 6 clienti? Ho espressamente comunicato per correttezza le criticità avute, e vengo trattato in maniera non civile e irrispettosa, senza aver dato peraltro modo o maniera. Un trattamento ridicolo.

22/07/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un pranzo infrasettimanale durante la nostra vacanza e siamo rimasti entusiasti. L’atmosfera è accogliente e il proprietario è stato davvero gentilissimo. Abbiamo mangiato piatti tipici deliziosi, preparati con cura e ricchi di sapore, si sente subito che le materie prime sono di qualità, con porzioni abbondanti! Un luogo dove si mangia benissimo e si respira autenticità, con un tocco di originalità. Assolutamente consigliato!

31/08/2025: I had dinner at the restaurant with my family at the end of August. The atmosphere was typically Sardinian, and the staff were always smiling and friendly. The food was traditional Sardinian. Everything was truly excellent!!! The seadas were perfect. Even the owner at the counter was very willing to chat with us tourists. The prices were very fair! We'll definitely be back before we leave again!!!

12/07/2025: It's our favorite takeout pizzeria for the excellent quality of their pizzas, the ingredients are always fresh, and they're perfectly cooked. The pick-up times are always spot-on. Tonight, we had a delightful discovery that I highly recommend: the place has a small dining room where you can also eat in. The freshly baked pizzas are served on a lava stone base that keeps them warm and almost crispy. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

27/08/2025: I've been here before with my family, and today, on my way back from the beach, I decided to have a pizza here with my girlfriend. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Mrs. Ivana as if we were family. The service was quick, the pizza was slightly crispy but good, and above all, very large. Good, I recommend it.

25/08/2025: An evening at Roberto's is always a success. The atmosphere is relaxed, the welcome is very warm, and the pizza is truly delicious. A little fairytale in the Marmilla region!

27/07/2025: A very quaint and welcoming place. The food was good and plentiful. We had spaghetti with clams (too garlicky for my taste), linguine with shrimp and mussels, fried fish, and desserts (with house liqueurs). Prices are a bit high, but it's worth it.

26/07/2025: We were on vacation in Sardinia and decided to try this restaurant for dinner. It was delicious! It's a great place to try traditional dishes (I had the malloreddus, which were delicious!) as well as classics like spaghetti with clams. Generous portions, very friendly and helpful staff, and quality food. Highly recommended!

06/09/2025: For years, my partner, my son, and I have been lovingly going to Al Vecchio Mulino, and we highly recommend it! The fried calamari is second to none, as are many other dishes, always fresh and flavorful. During high season (when we can go!), it's advisable to book because, given the exceptional quality, the restaurant is always deservedly packed! The prices are fair! It's located in the heart of Alghero's charming historic center, so parking isn't very close; you have to walk a short distance to get there. The staff is friendly and helpful! 05/09/2025: Impossible to book. I've made I don't know how many calls. It's already been my second week! It won't make a difference to you if you have one more or one fewer customer, I know, but I expressed my opinion; that alone shows the quality of the service offered.
