20/10/2025: I've been ordering pizzas at Scagliera in Sassari for a while now. The pizzeria is located on Via Giagu, across from Conti Hospital. I'll start by saying that the pizza has never arrived late; sometimes, it's even arrived early, something very few pizzerias do in Sassari. The pizza is truly good, the menu is extensive with a wide selection, the pizza is thin and light, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, with attention to every little detail. Even the salsa rosa, which may seem trivial, is actually THE BEST I'VE EVER EATEN. In short, it's the little touches that make all the difference. During the holidays, the pizzeria gave me free fritters, cannoli, or castagnole, depending on the season. This is also something very few pizzerias do. I'll conclude my review by giving it five stars and saying that this pizzeria is absolutely worth trying.

10/02/2026: I should start by saying that we had to book this restaurant by email because they never answer the phone because "we're always full of calls and reservations" (from what I'm seeing this evening—Sunday evening—it doesn't look like it to me; there are many empty tables and I didn't see the head waiter constantly on the phone). We finally managed to book and showed up at the restaurant a quarter of an hour early. Our orders were taken twenty minutes later; in those twenty minutes, despite having attracted the waitress's attention, the orders of a huge table that had been seated before us were taken. The waitress finally arrived and told us that there was a half-hour wait for the pizzas and that if we wanted, we could order appetizers while the pizzas arrived. She brought us a fairly good seafood salad (although we had to share it, she wasn't even kind enough to bring small plates). The pizzas arrived (half an hour later than expected) and were good, but nothing special. Honestly, I've had better in Orosei. At the end of dinner, we try to attract attention by asking for coffee, but we aren't paid the same attention we were at the beginning. We finally approach a waiter and ask for the bill and the coffees, and the bill arrives first. We go to pay, and the coffees arrive... Three words: disorganized, inattentive, and mediocre food.

24/10/2025: The ambiance is typically Italian, the service friendly and always attentive to our well-being, even though it got very busy later on. There was no pasta, but we were told that right away. The pizzas and steaks were very good and highly recommended. The prices are absolutely fair, and the drinks are also completely reasonable.

02/03/2026: I've been to this pizzeria and I must say it was a wonderful surprise. The atmosphere is welcoming, with attention to detail, and makes you feel immediately at ease. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available without being intrusive. The pizza is simply exceptional: light and digestible, well-leavened dough. The ingredients are incredibly fresh, and you can taste the quality in every bite. Perfectly cooked, the balance of flavors is impeccable. The price-quality ratio is also excellent, more than fair for what's on offer. It's a classic place you'll want to return to, whether for an evening with friends or a more relaxed dinner. Highly recommended!

06/03/2026: The location, overlooking the sea on Poetto beach in Quartu, is a beautiful combination of a bar and a restaurant. We enjoyed the bar service. An aperitif was served, along with a few snacks. Prices were in line with other establishments of this type, especially considering the beautiful location. Fast service.

If you're looking for a place where the tradition of Italian pizza by the slice combines with impeccable service and a refined atmosphere, Guero is the answer! The pizza here is simply delicious, cooked to perfection, with quality ingredients that make you feel at home, but with that extra touch that makes it unique. The staff is discreet and extremely fast: they serve you with a smile, without being intrusive, perfect for those who want to eat slowly or quickly. And if you want to enjoy it there, the few tables (by reservation or if available) are all well-kept and charming, the atmosphere is welcoming, not huge but just as it should be: simple and authentic. The service is fast and precise, the place is very well-kept, and the pizza... well, the pizza doesn't disappoint! You don't expect much from a place like this, and yet... it's absolutely worth it! If you want a good pizza by the slice, Guero is the place to go. What can I say? If you haven't been yet, hurry! 5 out of 5 stars! 👍 I'll be back!!!

08/03/2026: Burnt pizzas delivered, the Margherita was inedible, ordered through Deliveroo. I called the pizzeria and the owner told me he had chains on his hands because I had reported it on the platform and he couldn't even send it back to me. But I wonder if a customer who's been ordering pizzas from you for twenty years is losing money over a Margherita? How can you not notice a pizza that's coming out completely charred? I understand the rush, but there's a limit to everything.
