27/10/2025: We love supporting family run restaurants and were glad to find this traditional one in Olbia. The pasta was authentic, the pizza cooked right within view and very delicious. The menu had great variety, was so reasonably priced and the service was friendly and attentive. Supporting a business that has been a local favourite since 1992 was a molto bene experience.

19/11/2025: It had been 20 years since I had lunch at Signor Pietro's, it had changed management, today I wanted to go for lunch and was pleasantly surprised to find Signor Pietro and after so many years I ordered the spaghetti ai Bocconi (in the absence of limpets) and they were as good as I remembered. A truly pleasant surprise, I will return as soon as I can. I must also compliment the excellent cook 👏
07/10/2025: We went the first night we arrived and then we went back every night. The food was excellent, from fish to meat and even pizza. The price was average, the staff were very friendly.

22/11/2025: I stumbled upon this elegant establishment "almost" by chance to celebrate a special occasion with my wife and daughters. We were greeted with kindness, courtesy, and exquisite professionalism. Not to mention the dishes, all excellent quality and generous portions.
I will definitely return.
P.S. And finally, a beer served as it should be...

09/11/2025: Lovely restaurant for lunch. We had all 4 courses (appetizers, pastas, main course, dessert+coffee) and the house white wine, and everything was truly excellent! Very kind family who owns and runs the restaurant. A really tasty local digestif after the meal was much appreciated too. Heartily recommend

The owners are friendly and professional.
The perfect place for those who aren't overly formal and appreciate simplicity: they won't mind the lack of table service (which is compensated for by the device that notifies you when your pizzas are ready).
Perfect for those who love the simplicity of a nice evening with friends.

05/02/2026: We ordered a dish of the day (a calamarata with bottarga and clams) and a plain seafood risotto. Both dishes were very well prepared. The house white wine was a pleasant surprise, releasing aromas of ripe fruit. The service was impeccable, with a piping hot focaccia served, included in the cover charge.
31/01/2026: Excellent food quality. Great location in the center of Sassari for both a quick lunch and dinner. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
