23/06/2025: A person from Carloforte recommended this restaurant to us and we returned several times. The place inside is very beautiful (seen from the outside you don't notice it) with old photos hanging on the walls. The pizza and the tuna appetizer were excellent, with many preparations and flavors that we didn't know. Kind and attentive service. Better to book.

04/05/2025: Servizio perfetto dall'accoglienza al conto, professionale e al tempo stesso gentile, educato e ricco di sorrisi, che non guastano mai. Piatti semplici ma elaborati da prodotti freschi e dal gusto, se non perduto, quantomeno ormai raro. Quantità più che abbondante, forse addirittura eccessiva. Prezzo onestissimo. Ci ritorneremo presto. Bravi!

12/08/2025: We waited... Constantly. 15 minutes for a table, even though there were many free tables. 20 minutes for the menu, 10 minutes to order, 40 for a pizza, which my son described as being the quality of the stand in the subway.. And another 30 minutes waiting for the bill. Never here!!!!!

16/07/2025: We dined outside on the street, surrounded by mosquitoes and other insects. Both the structure and the tables and chairs seemed dilapidated and poorly maintained. Among the olives offered as an appetizer (after having already eaten several), we found a dead, drowned fly... and the pizza didn't impress us, considering the deliciousness it had been so highly praised in the reviews we'd read, which had "invited" us to try it! An experience definitely NOT to be repeated.

13/07/2025: I parked the camper in the equipped area and went to the Ranch to eat a really good pizza, thin dough and tasty until the end, really excellent and fast service.

13/08/2025: Every time I need to order takeout pizza, I order it here. The staff is really friendly, the pizzas and focaccias are delicious. They've never been even five minutes late with home delivery.

30/08/2025: There were six of us dining. The food was good and arrived quickly, after about 10 minutes, which was perfectly fine. Unfortunately, this positive impression was seriously tarnished: When we went to pay, a service charge was added to the bill. I was okay with that. The waiter then brought the change without saying a word. When we counted, we realized that 10 euros were simply missing. This isn't a customary tip, but rather a blatant scam. A tip is given voluntarily for good service; it's not something that's simply kept silently. Of course, it was our fault for not complaining immediately... We felt ripped off and cheated. That's not how you win regular customers. It's a real shame about the otherwise good food.

30/08/2025: A restaurant that needs no introduction. Dinner with friends. We ordered raw seafood appetizers, sea bream carpaccio, and gratinated mussels, and for our first course, we ordered paccheri with fresh fish. Our request was granted by the waiter, who, five minutes later, showed up at the table with two beautiful grouper fish. The paccheri were out of this world and incredibly generous. The service was professional; Gianni served us and recommended us. The fresh fish, drinks, service, and quality of the food served at this dinner were perfectly in line with the final bill for the evening. I've been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it's always a guarantee. P.S.: One negative aspect of the evening was the heat; more air conditioning would be needed to cool the slightly more covered areas of the restaurant.

12/08/2025: We arrived an hour before the kitchen closed, and there was no real welcome, as if our presence was a nuisance. The service was somewhat contemptuous, without us really understanding why (perhaps it was our touristy Italian peppered with French words?). At exactly 10:30 p.m., the official closing time, we felt pressure worthy of PSG against Inter Milan to stop eating, while about fifteen tables were still dining peacefully. It was a shame, as we were hoping for a warm moment, not a timed end-of-match stopwatch. Luckily, we had two minutes of extra time to finish our glasses of water.

27/08/2025: I arrived at this restaurant on the recommendation of an Italian friend who assured me I would taste the best carbonara pasta of my life here. I must start by saying he wasn't wrong at all. The carbonara I tasted was, without exaggeration, a work of culinary art: a perfect balance of flavors where the crispy guanciale, the creaminess of the egg, and the power of the Pecorino cheese danced on the palate. It was one of those dishes you wish would never end. The second waiter's suggestion of a local wine turned out to be the ideal pairing, elevating the experience even further. However, and this is where the experience falls apart, a memorable dish is not enough to guarantee a perfect evening. Gastronomy is a whole, and that whole begins from the moment you cross the threshold. Unfortunately, the experience was marred from the outset by the attitude of the young man in charge of welcoming us. His obvious lack of experience was compounded by a worrying apathy. Despite my attempts to communicate in English, he showed no willingness to understand us, instead adopting a dismissive and mocking attitude that made us feel downright uncomfortable. Although the professional and friendly manner of the second waiter who served us at the table managed to temporarily salvage the situation, the initial bad taste returned at the end of the meal. When we asked for a recommendation for a digestif, we ran into the young man from the beginning again. His response was, "We have them all." When I insisted on a suggestion, he proceeded to recite the drinks list without offering any guidance, maintaining the same unprofessional tone with which he greeted us. In conclusion, many restaurants seem to forget that the dining experience transcends the plate. It begins with the welcome and ends with the farewell. My friend was right: if your sole objective is to taste a sublime carbonara, this is your place. However, be prepared with an extra dose of patience, as some of the staff may not be up to the excellence that emanates from their kitchens. A real shame.

23/08/2025: Found it on Instagram, and it was a great find! Friendly and fast staff, excellent pizza with fresh ingredients, fair price, and away from the chaos of Alghero! It's a perfect alternative to many of the more well-known pizzerias in Alghero! We'll be back!

22/08/2025: Nice place and friendly staff, but it's a shame about the general confusion, even over the little things. In my opinion, the pizzas are disgusting, charred or raw, not to mention the pescatora pizza with the toppings cooking alongside the pizza. The charred mussel shells shattered, so we ended up eating pizza with pieces of shell. The other pizzas aren't great either, given the high price they're offered. I can't comment on the rest. It's a shame.
