25/02/2026: A friend of mine took me there. We had the grain-based pizza, and despite the onion, it was very digestible. In addition to pizza, they also serve various meat cuts, including chicken. I'll be back soon to try it. I recommend it as a place.

24/07/2026: An evening spent with the family enjoying good food and great company. The focaccia served as an entrée was truly delicious: crispy, well-cooked dough, topped with quality tomatoes and just the right amount of salt. It makes you want more and more. The pizzas are very good. They're thin enough, and the dough is well-leavened, making them light and easy to eat (we spent the night without needing to drink). The ingredients, sauce, and buffalo mozzarella are undoubtedly top-quality. Truly, nothing to complain about. The only downside is that when the place was full, the decibel level was decidedly high, almost deafening. Good service, with the waiters very attentive to the needs of their customers despite the place being full.

11/07/2026: A sure thing! In my opinion, the best pizza in Bari. Mozzarella, basil, and Romano cheese are the best. I think it's called fiordilatte, but I don't need to order it; it comes automatically these days. The service is top-notch, and the waiters are professional. A huge plus these days.

19/08/2026: Traditional pizzeria. Very good value for money (max €10/pizza). The pizzas were excellent.

17/08/2026: The pizza was excellent, with Neapolitan dough and a soft crust. Everyone loved it. My only complaint was that the bill included 4 covers instead of 3, including an 11-month-old baby who obviously didn't eat. I assume it was just a simple oversight at the cashier, but I wanted to point it out so we can improve customer service.

22/07/2026: I often visit this place both in summer and winter, for business dinners and for fun with friends, and I must say I always leave satisfied! Excellent hospitality, quality, and tranquility. The quality/price ratio is excellent, and the owners' friendliness and politeness really stand out. Highly recommended!!!

15/07/2026: 45 minutes of waiting, bread basket with the bottom of the loaf and three slices, a so-called pasta with PEPERONATA, basically pasta with a ton of tomatoes and the shadow of a few huge pieces of pepper, plus a nice corolla. The skin was separating, they looked like they were boiled, and the chunks were leaking. The plating was not very pleasing to the eye. EMBARRASSING.

17/08/2026: We waited 20 minutes just to bring a menu to us. The waiters didn’t even looked at us when we tried to order another bottle of water. I think that was because we are foreigners.

02/11/2025: The Margherita was truly inedible... it's a shame because I'd tried other things and they were good, but on Thursday evening, while passing by, I ordered two Margherita pizzas, and they were without sauce. The crust wasn't at all like the bufala I'd had months earlier. To say I was disappointed is an understatement...

12/08/2026: The staff is great, and so is the product. Young and proactive, the guys behind the counter are friendly and polite, and I have to say, the creations behind the glass are truly delicious and high-quality. We need more places like this.

18/03/2026: Located outside the center of Conversano, the restaurant consists of a small, well-lit, warmer, and more welcoming interior room, and a second, decidedly more sparse and impersonal room created from a small atrium covered by a canopy and heated by large outdoor heaters. I'll skip over the nearly two-hour wait, justified (as always) by the fact that it was Saturday night (in reality, the real reason is that they increasingly prefer to focus on takeout, so seated customers can wait...). To pass the time, we ordered some tempura vegetables, which turned out to be too oily, too colorful, and obviously reheated. We reached the pinnacle with the pizza. Some ingredients, meanwhile, had run out, and we had to change our order. My pizza, a simple "bufalina," had only a lot of tomato and a thin layer of finely shredded mozzarella, as if it had been blended. Practically tasteless. There wasn't even a hint of buffalo mozzarella (the flavor of which I can recognize very well, when it's there...). We didn't complain because we were guests, but we really could have left everything on our plates. I'm giving three stars only to encourage the pizza chefs, all very young. But the restaurant, the real, simple, and authentic kind (which doesn't take much to offer), is something else entirely.
