14/03/2026: Very disorganized place. They take reservations every 15 minutes but can't seat customers on time, i.e., the pre-established order. In my experience, I waited 45 minutes. They also give priority to people I know, so they act like favoritism.

18/04/2026: We enjoyed it so much that we went here twice, as we rarely do. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can sit outside to soak up the atmosphere of Italian life. As for the food, I highly recommend the Simba pizza. They didn't skimp on the toppings, and the dough was perfectly kneaded. The chicken salad was also excellent. Highly recommended.

22/12/2025: Yesterday (December 21, 2025) we celebrated our wedding at Corte Campione... A wonderful day, a fairytale location, exceptional staff...everyone was very attentive, and the service was impeccable. Lino was a fantastic host, accommodating us in every way...always present but never intrusive. We ate wonderfully, as our guests said; everyone was amazed by the location and confirmed they had eaten very well. We highly recommend it!!!

12/03/2026: The place is small but truly welcoming. The staff is simple, friendly, and welcoming. What really struck me was the explosion of authentic flavors. Flavors unlike anything you've tasted anywhere else. I've never had such a good pizza. And the rest... top of the line. Well done, Giovanni (the pizza chef)!!! I'll definitely be back.

10/11/2025: We were invited by some friends of ours from Ruvo... The restaurant is very easy to get to and very beautiful, well-restored, clean, and typical of Puglia with its stone vaults. We ate wonderfully, from appetizers to dessert. The portions were generous and well-balanced. The owner and staff were very kind, professional, and fast. Highly recommended!

25/01/2026: Biblical wait times, the runner (the pizzeria manager) remained outside our house for 10 minutes because he couldn't find the intercom!! Not a call, eh? The pizza was anemic, with very little tomato and miserable mozzarella. Obviously, it arrived frozen, having been "waiting" for the runner at the pizzeria for at least 40 minutes after our umpteenth call! Never again!

The open kitchen is a spectacle, as is the outdoor seating area: a space overlooking an enchanting garden, featuring a manicured lawn and olive trees. It's the ideal place to unwind and be literally kissed by the sun, sipping a glass of wine immersed in the tranquility of nature. Dishes are revisited, preserving the essence of our land without ever betraying its soul. One of its most obvious strengths is its incredible versatility. Despite its sophisticated setting, Stile Libero manages to be extremely inclusive: it's the perfect destination for a romantic dinner, but it's especially exceptional for families, thanks to the large open spaces where children can soak up the beauty. The staff makes the experience unforgettable. 13/04/2026: I'm disappointed because I've returned to the old restaurant several times over the years. The prices were a bit above average, but so was the pizza. In fact, I'd dare say the pizza was the best in Altamura, or at least in the top three. And I have no doubt it still is, but now things have gone too far in my opinion. Basically, if you don't want a Margherita, you're forced to spend at least €10 for a pizza, and €7 for a Margherita is already outrageous! I also don't understand this reorganization of the menu, which has effectively eliminated several "classic" pizzas. I will continue to defend pizza as a humble food, so I won't be returning. All the other restaurants that follow the same path will follow (and there will surely be some), and at this rate, the fate is that I'll start making pizza at home and never eat out again. I know I'm one of the few people who thinks this way, and I know you'll continue to have a full house (and I hope so, no matter what), but I think we've really lost our way, and the worst part is, things are only going to get worse. Good luck for the future.

15/01/2026: It used to be a good pizzeria... Today, after a couple of years, I went back and... (I wish I'd never done that). It was strange that there was no reservation available... we sat down and noticed that you could order appetizers either as a set or individually, but there were no prices (in short, mini bruschetta for €9). The pizzas are exorbitantly priced in typical "fake" Neapolitan style... Obviously, you eat 50% of the pizza because the cordon is so thick it will take a day to digest. The beer available is only on tap, obviously at high prices, or craft beers at wine prices... Only to discover that they were bringing regular 62cl beers to other tables anyway... The golden days are over... Keep it up, the path is clear!

11/01/2026: This place is very fast! If you're looking for a place where cleanliness and speed are key, then Il Quadrifoglio 🍀 is the place to be. If you also add good-quality food, you're in luck. Reservations aren't required, but they're recommended. The only downside is the bathroom, where a little attention to detail and an extra cleaning midway through the evening wouldn't hurt. I'll definitely be back.

19/03/2026: Good pizza, but unfortunately very long wait, arrived at 8:30 pm, ordered at 9:00 pm, pizzas arrived at 10:35 pm.

13/04/2026: Very light pizza with excellent ingredients, and a wide selection of appetizers. Reservations with The Fork were made. The place is nice, and the staff is very helpful and friendly.

08/02/2026: It wasn't a pleasant experience at all, both because of the wait for the pizza and the "low" tolerance for children. Despite the wait for the children's dishes, they were very long and served well after the adult pizzas. We definitely won't be returning. A €10.00 pizza seems a bit pricey, too... With paper napkins at the table.
