12/02/2026: February 8, 2026 I ordered home delivery from the Ospedaletto with Just Eat. They were on time, and the panzerotti were very large and filling. The prices were fair for the quality and quantity of food served. I'd also try them on-site. February 12, 2026 I ordered with the Just Eat app for delivery, again at the Ospedaletto, at 7:25 PM, and they even delivered it 6 minutes early. The food is always hot, generous in size, and with plenty of toppings. I ordered fries and fried and baked panzerotti. It's definitely an excellent place.

28/12/2025: I ordered pizzas and panzerotti on Just Eat at 6:00 PM on Saturday for delivery at 9:10 PM. The order was accepted by the pizzeria, and at 9:35 PM I called to ask how it was progressing, and they told me the delivery driver had already left. I pointed out that the distance from my home pizzeria was 10 minutes. At 10:00 PM I called back, and when I insisted, the woman justified herself by saying it was Saturday night and that the delivery driver had two other orders picked up and to be placed before mine. When I asked, "So, will my pizzas arrive cold?" I was told, "If you wanted it hot, you could come here." No, sir, the restaurant business is something else entirely! In my opinion, if you accept orders at a certain time, you should be able to guarantee service, obviously with a minimum tolerance, but not with delays of more than an hour and with completely rude responses! Bari is full of good pizzerias, with people who deserve your money more, so stay away! Response update: I preferred to gloss over it so as not to be too harsh since it was not appropriate for the manager to comment on the panzerotti that arrived cold.

21/10/2025: Terrible experience!!!!! Sunday lunch nightmare A seafood first course (mussels and clams) cooked with disgusting defrosted ingredients, a second course of subpar meat. Forced to eat the fixed menu at €40.00 per person with alcoholic drinks paid separately. This place cannot be called a restaurant!

11/07/2025: The pizza is truly excellent, with a light dough and fresh, high-quality ingredients. The atmosphere is welcoming, as are the owners and the very kind and helpful staff. The quality-price ratio is excellent. Recommended!

18/03/2026: Located outside the center of Conversano, the restaurant consists of a small, well-lit, warmer, and more welcoming interior room, and a second, decidedly more sparse and impersonal room created from a small atrium covered by a canopy and heated by large outdoor heaters. I'll skip over the nearly two-hour wait, justified (as always) by the fact that it was Saturday night (in reality, the real reason is that they increasingly prefer to focus on takeout, so seated customers can wait...). To pass the time, we ordered some tempura vegetables, which turned out to be too oily, too colorful, and obviously reheated. We reached the pinnacle with the pizza. Some ingredients, meanwhile, had run out, and we had to change our order. My pizza, a simple "bufalina," had only a lot of tomato and a thin layer of finely shredded mozzarella, as if it had been blended. Practically tasteless. There wasn't even a hint of buffalo mozzarella (the flavor of which I can recognize very well, when it's there...). We didn't complain because we were guests, but we really could have left everything on our plates. I'm giving three stars only to encourage the pizza chefs, all very young. But the restaurant, the real, simple, and authentic kind (which doesn't take much to offer), is something else entirely.

18/03/2026: The pizza is also acceptable, nothing special, just another one, but it's certainly not the main problem. What makes me rate the place negatively is the presence of hair on the pizza, which I ordered for takeout. A few weeks ago, I had already found two hairs on the entire pizza at this pizzeria, but I didn't expect it to happen again. The taste of pizza may be subjective, but the presence of foreign bodies inside it is indicative of poor hygiene and is an unjustifiable occurrence, especially when it happens repeatedly. Making good pizzas isn't a must, but ensuring hygiene in the kitchen is. One less customer.

01/01/2026: Historic family-run bar. A friendly place with a lot of traffic. A small dining room for those who want to dine in. The panzeotti and focaccia are exceptional, unbeatable!

09/12/2025: I've had takeout pizzas; the husband-and-wife owners are kind and professional. The pizza was delicious and cooked in a wood-fired oven. It's a pleasure to support the city's small family businesses.

08/10/2025: The pizza is EXCELLENT, like all the appetizers, raw materials of excellent quality, you can't leave anything on the plate, you eat everything, the desserts are special, it's the pizzeria from when we were little, from the smells to the flavors, it's a shame about the environment which is not very spacious, but comfortable, enveloping and warm

25/02/2026: Really interesting pizzas, new and with a wide variety of options (suitable for all palates). The outside location is a bit cold (even though they had "mushrooms" and "couvertures"). The service is a bit slow; we waited over an hour just for appetizers. Overall, though, it's a place we'll return to.
