Dalla calorosa accoglienza tipicamente partenopea al cibo molto buono (il Cuoppo di terra e il Capocollo di Martina e burrata) alla pizza “autenticamente” napoletana. Bravi.

02/12/2025: The dirty table was cleaned after we pointed it out. Wrong order. The spicy sausage was missing from the Diavola. DIAVOLA, the word itself says it all. These aren't typical LIVORNESE mistakes.

26/10/2025: Just inside the historic part of Acquaviva, I highly recommend stopping at Gianfranco. He'll whip up a quick dish of the day straight from the traditional Bari cuisine or an excellent pizza. The portions are generous and the service is always friendly. The spaghetti alla chitarra alla San Giuannid is a real treat.

15/01/2026: It used to be a good pizzeria... Today, after a couple of years, I went back and... (I wish I'd never done that). It was strange that there was no reservation available... we sat down and noticed that you could order appetizers either as a set or individually, but there were no prices (in short, mini bruschetta for €9). The pizzas are exorbitantly priced in typical "fake" Neapolitan style... Obviously, you eat 50% of the pizza because the cordon is so thick it will take a day to digest. The beer available is only on tap, obviously at high prices, or craft beers at wine prices... Only to discover that they were bringing regular 62cl beers to other tables anyway... The golden days are over... Keep it up, the path is clear!

11/01/2026: This place is very fast! If you're looking for a place where cleanliness and speed are key, then Il Quadrifoglio 🍀 is the place to be. If you also add good-quality food, you're in luck. Reservations aren't required, but they're recommended. The only downside is the bathroom, where a little attention to detail and an extra cleaning midway through the evening wouldn't hurt. I'll definitely be back.

Excellent chefs, minimal wait times, and satisfying dishes, including exquisite cod, shrimp, fish, mussels, cured meats, etc., were all fresh. I'll be back every time I'm in Margherita di Savoia. 04/01/2026: I usually post some photos, but I was so nervous I didn't take any!!! First of all, the menu was very, very poor and the wine list was nonexistent. Secondly, you had to be lucky if those three dishes they offered were still available... a place that offered fish as an option, and you only offered me a broth and a sea bass???? I had a slice of veal that should be butter, but I'd better not comment... Appetizers: you eat the vegetables or nothing... Service was more or less good, although seeing the owner occasionally go and finish a glass of wine and then go back to work wasn't exactly nice. That evening, he must have done it 4 or 5 times. The location was positive, but not overly so. It's in a somewhat hidden area, but very nice inside, a shame about everything else. Rating: 4

07/12/2025: If you're looking for a slice of authentic culinary tradition in Foggia, Il Conte di Castiglione is the place for you. Under the expert guidance of owner Gennaro, this restaurant is a delicious journey through the flavors of local cuisine. For our first course, we had orecchiette with Foggiano sauce. The fresh pasta had the perfect consistency, and the rich, flavorful sauce made every bite unforgettable. Mopping up the sauce with excellent bread was a must. The lasagna was also delicious, soft and layered with delicious toppings. The battered semolina with seafood was a true masterpiece. The freshness of the seafood paired beautifully with the texture of the semolina. The tagliatelle with baby octopus was another delight, with a combination of flavors reminiscent of the sea, while the sautéed troccoli all'assassina offered a truly appreciable spicy note. For our second course, we chose Angus beef steaks, which, cooked to perfection, melted in the mouth, and the new potatoes were the perfect side. The service was impeccable, with attentive and helpful staff who made the experience even more enjoyable.

04/01/2026: As a pizza it's not that great, even as a mozzarella, we were disappointed because they made even a one-year-old girl pay for the cover charge, something that never happened to us.

15/11/2025: I ordered a pizza without mozzarella due to my lactose intolerance, but was served a pizza with mozzarella anyway, justifying the mistake by saying that, in their opinion, a pizza with only two ingredients "wouldn't turn out well." Despite my specific request for health reasons, the staff—particularly a waitress named Erika—arrogantly insisted, trying to explain to me how the pizza "should be made," instead of apologizing for the mistake. Furthermore, the fries were reheated, and the overall service was poor, with zero courtesy: no one even said a simple "sorry," and no discount was offered for the poor service. I would, however, like to highlight the courtesy of a curly-haired waiter who worked at the bar but went out of his way to accommodate our request, and of the curly-haired waitress with glasses who took our first order anyway. Conclusion: I highly recommend this place.

06/01/2026: Welcoming atmosphere and friendly, helpful staff. I'm truly sorry about the aperitif... A mojito, unfortunately, that fell far short of expectations. If that's what it's supposed to be, I suggest removing it from the menu.

02/12/2025: I went a few nights ago with friends, and I have to say it was a real pleasure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. But the real highlight was the food, simply delicious! The panzerotti and focaccia are a house specialty and never disappoint. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a rustic, family-friendly feel that makes you feel at home. The place is small, but this makes it even more intimate and charming, so reservations are recommended. The price is very reasonable, considering the quality and quantity of the food. The place is located in the heart of Minervino Murge, in a very quiet area and easily accessible on foot.

16/08/2025: We spent August 15th with them. It's a very quiet place for those who need to get away and truly relax. There's background music. Clean, fragrant rooms. Secure parking. And last but not least, the kindness of the owner, Giuseppe, and the pool bar staff, Luigi and Angela, with an excellent poolside breakfast. We'll definitely be back. Antonino, Emanuella, Caterina
