12/08/2024: Terrible service, good pizza and digested very well, the only shame was that one was charred in some places, too burnt. Good waiting times as we hadn't booked. 2 stars for the light pizza dough and the not very long waiting times. Minus three stars for the staff. The boy saw us waiting but didn't listen to us even after he finished smoking his cigarette he approached us. We had to stop a waitress to see if they had a place, this waitress didn't give us an answer but in turn stopped the other waitress to ask her where she could seat us. Zero communication between them, in fact the waitress who then sat us down and took the order muttered because the boy then brought us water without having told her... a shame because the ambience at the tables outside is not bad and the pizza was quite good, I would have left at least 4 stars if the service had been better

Very good food, both in the Restaurant and pizzeria, breathtaking location and excellent service. Furthermore, the greatest convenience is that the place also has a beautiful bar under which there is a wonderful free beach, where you can enjoy an aperitif while waiting to be called to sit at the restaurant or pizzeria.

24/08/2024: Quite a tourist place, the guys were kind but the service itself was very poor, no attention to detail. Nice location by the sea...at least the pizza was good. I don't think I'll go back. Average prices...25 euros per person to eat pizza, beer and some fries.

But you have stumbled upon something that seems small but which proves right those who talk about lack of professionalism. Making me pay for olives and taralli offered by you.... it doesn't exist anywhere on the planet. The customer must be able to choose in absolute AWARENESS and if a product has not been requested by him, he does not have to pay for it. Also because if we wanted olives and taralli, we would have ordered olives and taralli! Move by crafty people that I am here to denounce so that no one is cheated again from now on. You would therefore do well to specify that these things you offer are paid for, given that we found ourselves with an extra 13 euros on our bill and it is not a nice thing, especially since we, tourists, had already dined in 2 other places that also offered products and didn't charge us even a cent more. This is constructive criticism and since you say you appreciate constructive criticism, take it to heart. And with the 13 euros you can buy yourself a bit of education in responding to a customer who kindly points out to you that this is a SCAM Ah...I forgot: no receipt, obviously.

The place is wonderful, the hotel is surrounded by tall trees that provide a lot of shade and allow you to be outdoors without problems, covering the tables in the external part with their shadow. The swimming pool is well maintained and functional, the only flaw: it is mostly deep (180cm), not ideal for children, although there is a very shallow part where I can play safely. The rooms are very nice and clean, we were in the quadruple room and we were largely comfortable. The kitchen?? the MUST of the entire stay, spectacular lunches and dinners, accompanied by first-rate service, both for the professionalism and the friendliness shown! A place where I will gladly return!

06/08/2024: One of the most special dinners of our road trip around Italy. Here you will find home cooking, local but full of heart and research into the product. Maria is a cook, as well as the owner, from times gone by who loves to explain her recipes and fresh ingredients with great care and passion. Note of merit for the broad beans and chicory and the baked onions but also the grilled meat (served wrapped in special paper to maintain the heat) and his homemade jams for the cheeses. Follow his advice and enjoy a nice dinner!

25/07/2024: Di passaggio a Polignano cercavamo una pizzeria, ci siamo imbattuti in questa le cui recensioni sono anche discrete. Premetto che abbiamo provato solo la pizza... pizza di tipico stampo pugliese, sottile e leggermente croccante, l'impasto di per sé non era neanche cotto male ( in Puglia abbiamo trovato di peggio) , ma gli ingredienti sopra di qualità mediocre. Personale cortese e prezzi nella media.
