11/01/2025: Da Monier è il nostro ristorante del cuore. Lui e la moglie sono un capisaldo della ristorazione del paese e da anni cenare da loro è come essere in famiglia. Portate abbondantissime e meravigliosamente servite. Consigliatissime sono le felafel.. Dovete davvero provarle! Il pesce è sempre fresco e le cotture in forno a legna rendono tutto fantastico. Pane buonissimo e dolci fatti in casa sono spaziali! Anche la maionese è fatta in casa e non ne ho mai assaggiata una così buona. Basta anche solo una telefonata ed ogni nostro desiderio viene soddisfatto. Servizio ottimo e persone davvero speciali.

08/10/2024: Ok, the food leaves a little to be desired. BUT. They are delightful and pamper you as if you were their grandchild. The chef is a bit like a grandfather who insists on cooking badly for you and you let him do it because you know he loves you. If you want a beautiful human experience this is the right place. If you want to eat well, no.

17/02/2025: Piatti tipici ma.....nulla di esaltante Lucio Niceea sarà pure l 'amico di tutti ma la ristorazione è proprio un altra cosa. Siamo tornati nel Salento per solo 3 giorni ma purtroppo il nostro ristorante di fiducia quella sera era chiuso per turno settimanale e dove si va???... per sentito dire in un bar mi viene in mente questo locale comunque salentino ma haimé valutato con sole 3 ✨️✨️✨️ma decidiamo comunque di andarci e provare di persona; decisamente no.!! Do 3 stelle comunque perché la pizza tutto sommato non era male ma il resto non ci è piaciuto.

16/02/2025: A well-known place in Sannicola where you can spend a weekend with family and friends. The owner is very friendly and very often gives a discount on the final price which is agreed with the customers. I recommend booking a few days in advance.

27/02/2025: Nice place and friendly, helpful staff. I tried the pizza twice and although the topping ingredients are good (nothing exceptional), the dough is terrible. Judge the photo for yourself. The pizza was black underneath. How is it possible to serve a pizza like this to the customer? The error, especially on Saturdays, is normal, but it was enough to check and redo it before serving it (with a piece of coal attached).

16/04/2025: Decent food, but overpriced. Great raw fish options. Second course (risotto) was decent but not spectacular. What did overkill the entire bill was the price for the beverage and coperto. (30 Euro for 3 glasses of local wine and 4 euro per person - coperto)

08/03/2025: Arrivati nel ristorante ci hanno subito proposto crudi di mare, è stato detto che non ne volevamo ma hanno insistito sui ricci ed è stato risposto che preferivamo evitare. Ci siamo fatti portare il menù ma è finto...nel senso che potevamo solo ordinare quello proposto a voce, magari sarebbe più corretto ridurre il menù dato che non ci sono quelle alternative, almeno per noi non era possibile ordinarle. Un primo era spaghetti a cozze e vongole ma di vongole solo i gusci e fatti pagare a caro prezzo i gusci, spaghetti con polpa di ricci in vasetto e per nulla saporito. 9 persone 6 antipasti, un primo a testa, 3 bottiglie di vino €405 credo che uno sproposito anche per la qualità delle cose mangiate. Ormai ristorante turistico...consiglierei di tornare al passato quando era un buon ristorante....da evitare
