From the environment, recently renovated, cozy, in a historic building and with an imposing new oven which from the center acts as a stage for the chef's creativity as if it were the stage for a DJ. But above all for pizza, dough that perfectly combines crunchiness and softness. Perfect cooking. Tasty with abundant, excellent quality ingredients... from local mozzarella to home-produced oil. Honest prices. We suggest going there to enjoy the show.

07/02/2025: It was truly a fantastic experience! My partner and I had some needs and they were all respected. Even though it was a Saturday evening and the room was almost full, the service was fast and attentive. A particular applause goes to the pizza itself which is delicious, well cooked and super light! We will definitely be back!

25/03/2025: Lo scorso Agosto 2024 grazie ad amici e parenti abbiamo conosciuto il Ristorante " Osteria da Silvano" Lungomare C.Colombo N° 52 Margherita di Savoia ( BT) Che dire ? E' stata una piacevole sorpresa: il locale offre l'opportunità di cenare all'aperto proprio a due passi dal mare ; il Menù propone tante prelibatezze : dal crudo di pesce , ai primi, dai secondi al dessert con prodotti freschissimi di qualità e accostamenti di odori e sapori unici !!! Ogni piatto, tra quelli scelti , é stato apprezzato per la cura nella preparazione e per le abbondanti quantità . Il personale gentile e professionale. Ottimo il rapporto tra qualità /prezzo. Ritorneremo sicuramente questa Estate. Super consigliato .!!!!

We often return to Silvano for dinners, lunches with friends or family occasions. What can I say... It's now a guarantee for us. All truly exceptional. Excellent quality/price ratio. Impeccable service. Professionalism and friendliness. Now I understand why several well-known characters from the show have also passed through here. Highly recommended place. 22/03/2025: We went this evening to enjoy a pizza with friends... everything was except a nice evening... disgraceful menu... disgusting pizzas and absurd costs... pre-cooked bases and poor quality ingredients... we waited 1 hour and a quarter for a pizza each and a runny thing and on the other hand one of these was served to us incorrectly... Terrible service and grumpy waiters... don't go there!!!!

12/10/2024: Here the pizza chef knows how to do his job well, the fried panzerotti are too good. If you get the chance, try the one with dried tomatoes and something spectacular. The prices are very honest, considering that a margherita costs only €4.50. "In Milan you pay €6/7" I go there every time I come to Toritto from Milan and I will go there again and again.

12/03/2025: I give 5 stars to all fields to give confidence and a way to grow. Given that in some cases, especially on Saturdays, there are small inconveniences. The "young" staff is rare to find, they are very polite, kind and even if sometimes you have to wait. I hope this review is of encouragement, the potential is there, it just takes a little more organisation.

10/03/2025: Nice experience, comfortable place that makes you relive the context of the houses of the past, the classic grandmother's houses with various tools of the time. Excellent quality of the raw materials and well-composed dishes, the staff very professional and attentive. The only thing was that they were out of bubbles and chocolate for the rum. Things that can easily be resolved but are fundamental for a demanding person like me. I will definitely return to try other dishes that intrigue me.
