27/05/2025: We went to this pizzeria during the pizza tour and all in all it was a good experience. I gave it four stars and not five for two reasons that can be used as suggestions: some pizzas had the edge partly burnt with the presence of blackened parts so I preferred them slightly less cooked while at the time of payment it would be better to make separate bills instead of all one bill divided between the participants. Apart from these suggestions the service is fine.

27/04/2025: Pizzeria a conduzione famigliare, si respira aria di famiglia, si sorride e ci si confronta, cordiali e gentili, pizza top, materia prima di altissima qualità, laboratorio gluten free. Una pizza vera, nulla a che vedere con le “sottilette” che ti presentano altri, ne con le “gommosità” di alcuni. Pizze ben condite, senza esitazione, forno a legna. Ogni volta che posso, abitando lontano, io scelgo di mangiare la Pizza, con la P maiuscola.

18/05/2025: Clean and well-equipped place for large events, very good appetizer with very fresh products, perhaps a little too "pulled" on the quantity, it would be necessary to be a little generous because many dishes were 1 piece per person even if someone often couldn't taste anything. The first course of seafood pasta didn't impress me, a little too sour/acid. All in all I recommend 👍

19/01/2025: I really recommend this pizza to everyone, with an exceptional quality that inspires the Neapolitan tradition. Every seat on a Saturday night is difficult, but the service was suitable. Spot with difficult parking, but easy to reach.

19/05/2025: Trimalchione is a historic place in Fasano and it never ceases to be a pleasant surprise. Everything, from appetizers to desserts, is worth trying. Angelica is a strict and precise sheriff, as a very popular place surely requires, but she hides a tender heart, which she shows only to those who know how to ask. The staff, especially Giuseppe, also make the place welcoming and familiar. Thank you, it is always a pleasure to come back and visit you!

09/04/2025: We went to Pizzeria Trimalchione without a reservation and, despite this, we immediately found a table – definitely a plus. The service was excellent: the waiter was extremely kind and helpful, recommended several dishes from the menu and made sure we had an enjoyable experience. The food arrived very quickly, even though the place was quite full. Most of the dishes were very delicious and well prepared. The desserts in particular were simply divine! The only comment I can make concerns the pizza - personally I found it a bit bland, but obviously it's a question of taste. Overall though, the place is definitely worth a visit – nice atmosphere, great service and quality cuisine. I would happily stay here again!

28/06/2025: I ordered a 4-cheese pizza and a gnocchi with gorgonzola. Both were excellent. The pizza was the best I've had in Italy... crispy dough, tomato sauce and a variety of cheeses. It's a restaurant where Italians go, it's less touristy and the prices are very affordable. It's worth it!

08/05/2025: Pizza buona, prezzi nella norma e personale cortese… uniche pecche: avevamo un orario di prenotazione che è stato sforato di mezz’ora e più … e abbiamo dovuto aspettare tanto tempo fuori. E poi abbiamo fatto due giri di amari finali che costavano più del doppio della cena in totale (eravamo una 15 ina di persone) diciamo che un po’ di sconto potevano farcelo :-)

17/05/2025: Simply a disgrace, from the staff to the owner, rude and threatening.... a fast food restaurant, has a slower service, but more polite.... just to turn over as many tables as possible... burnt pizza and a high and incomprehensible bill, with a receipt without specification.... Congratulations "nightmare kitchens".

23/04/2025: Affable and very kind, friendly staff. Very fast service. The seafood pizza (fresh) is SUBLIME. Never eaten such tasty shrimp. I recommend it.
