18/08/2026: The food is excellent and high-quality. The pizzas are soft and delicious, and the orecchiette with braciola are spectacular, cooked according to tradition; we even mopped up the bread with bread. The grilled caciocavallo cheese is delicious; the flavors are balanced. The service is quick, and the lady who welcomed us was very kind, with a warm smile. The location is beautiful and convivial. The prices are fair. I recommend it.
01/08/2026: I organized a somewhat special company dinner because we were celebrating the retirement of one of our employees. We ate wonderfully, and I personally enjoyed the TOP-quality Spaghetti all'Assassina, not to mention the quality of the meat, cooked to perfection. I can't say enough about the staff, especially the Head Waitress, who was very friendly and helpful, and made the evening even more enjoyable.
Highly recommended!!!

01/05/2026: The pizza is very good, and we go there often. Last time, however, I was hit with a price shock, having paid 10 euros for bresaola, parmesan, and white arugula (so not an add-on, but a reduction)!!! That's practically the price of a gourmet pizza. Honestly, I was shocked, but I have no complaints about the pizza. In my opinion, you shouldn't charge for reductions, but rather for additions. 10 euros for a pizza in Francavilla is a lot, in my opinion. We're not in Milan, and besides, they're also local.
Take this advice because otherwise, you risk people going elsewhere. Obviously, each place does what it wants.

08/08/2026: The food was excellent, and the wine was also very good. The house appetizer buffet was very generous (we recommend curbing the portions, so as not to be too full for the subsequent courses).
22/07/2026: Everything was excellent: parking in front of the building, spotlessly clean, excellent service, very good food. We dined in the garden under the umbrellas. Personally, I didn't like the very dim lighting. Prices were a bit high.

26/07/2026: This is the second time I've visited this pizzeria with family. I have to say, the pizzas (large ones) and the various dishes are really good. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended.

14/08/2026: A seaside restaurant with a beautiful view. The quality seemed good. We ordered fried calamari and gratinated mussels as an appetizer, along with seafood cavatelli and a pizza. The only dish we weren't impressed with was the gratinated mussels. Otherwise, everything was very good and the portions were generous. Excellent value for money, with attentive and punctual service.
14/08/2026: A welcoming place, the owner is always available to accommodate any request, and the dishes are delicious, traditional seafood, and reasonably priced. I recommend it for family lunches and dinners without breaking the bank.

16/06/2026: I went to Acquaviva delle Fonti for health reasons... but I wanted to have dinner at this restaurant. It wasn't recommended to me; I found it by chance.
Positive experience, nice, spacious place. But not huge. Attentive and qualified staff. I wanted a pizza bianca. It was well-cooked, and a first course of spaghetti all'assassina. Being in the Bari area, it was cooked just right, and the stracciatella was delicious. I'll be back. I recommended it.

Compliments to the lady who makes the pizzas (she's a machine), and many self-proclaimed chefs should learn from her.
Fantastic quality and price, and the lady at the cashier was very kind and even offered me a coffee even though it wasn't on the menu.

26/05/2026: Small, local, casual pizza place. Speak basically zero English (but not a problem). Pizza is on a focaccia-like bread. But we had a perfect quiet meal sitting outside on plastic furniture, beautiful weather, Peroni, and very cheap.
