Besides always making the pizzas with perfectly balanced toppings, she also masters the art of handling the dough with truly acrobatic maneuvers. Excellent for both takeout and dine-in, despite the small space. I've always found them friendly, kind, courteous, and helpful. And, last but not least, the pizzas ARE EXCELLENT!

07/02/2026: The place is large but spartan, and chaos reigns. If you're considering making a reservation on a Saturday night, cross yourself: the pizzas arrive after about an hour and a half. It might even be worth it, except that the dough is literally concrete, stringy, and hard to digest. The staff is also brilliant in advising against pizza during peak hours, suggesting "faster" dishes. Too bad that, following their advice, I still received my alternative dish half an hour later. A completely pointless discussion. Takeout and table service are incompatible if the wait becomes biblical and unnerving, especially considering the prices are not at all low, despite the location being on the outskirts.

17/01/2026: If you're in the Polignano area and looking for a place to eat without being a fan of seafood delicacies, definitely go out of your way and drop by Conversano. A whole range of meat delicacies awaits you there, not counting the prepared dishes on the menu. And don't let the counter full of meat fool you; upon entering, you might think it's an ordinary butcher's shop. Behind the counter, you're greeted by a smiling, enormous man whose very presence beckons you in. You immediately feel like you've been there many times before, as the girls will lead you to a table that might have a reservation, but you arrived at the right time. And, as in Italy, you'll eat cheaply and to your heart's content. Everyone who comes in is a friend, and that's what the man behind the counter is all about. Friendly and smiling. You have to go back.

06/11/2025: This is the bar with the best coffee in Bagheria; ask for Mr. Sciacchitano, a master of the art of coffee. The pastries and croissants are decent, still handmade, and the gelato is excellent. There are several indoor rooms and a number of tables outside.

09/11/2025: We were in this pizzeria to celebrate a birthday, good food, too bad the service is slow, the place very small, we were very crowded even though they were notified of the number of people well in advance to better arrange the table, the table for the cake, we didn't know where to put the strollers and how to move. The owner a bit rude even though the full menu had been made for everyone, he always specified what the menu included, when it was enough to ask the birthday boy how to behave and if necessary he would add himself at the end, for example, when it was time for the bitters he specified what could and could not be ordered, and those who perhaps hadn't ordered immediately because they were distracted then responded "that if they didn't order they wouldn't bring it" very unpleasant response, because the bitters had been paid for anyway for the entire number of people according to the menu, so he had to bring them to the table anyway, maybe if someone didn't want it, they would drink something else since they were paid for it.

22/02/2026: We were there last night, right on time, and were seated with a reservation. The location hadn't been confirmed. We then asked about their house antipasto and were told there were 8 courses, including prosciutto and a large mozzarella for each appetizer. However, by the time the mozzarella was ready, it had become 2 small pieces. When we asked for an explanation, they replied that they didn't want to ruin a whole mozzarella because it was too much for one person. The rest of the appetizer was mediocre. The pizzas were good and the price was fair, except for the appetizer. We won't be back.

A crucial detail for a place of this type, and one that leaves a bitter taste in the mouth—in every sense of the word. I hope they can improve this aspect, because there's potential.
