12/10/2025: Definitely the most wholesome, delicious pizza around! The pizza dough is supposed to rest for 72 hours. This way, nothing sits heavily on the stomach, in my experience.

Spacious and bright air-conditioned interior and a fantastic terrace.
Salento cuisine with a fixed menu or à la carte seafood and meat dishes.
The pizza is delicious, with a light, well-leavened dough and top-quality ingredients.
The one with turnips, anchovies, yellow date tomato sauce, mozzarella, smoked burrata, and crumbled tarallo is a real treat.
The fried snacks are also very good.
The warm Catalan cream is delicious.
04/06/2026: We visited several times during our vacation in Torre Suda: the food was excellent, the atmosphere was refined, and the owners' kindness and hospitality were a real plus. Highly recommended!

31/12/2025: Pizza delivered promptly and piping hot, very good, perfect dough, tasty toppings. They called ahead before delivery, and the staff was helpful and helpful. Truly the best! Congratulations, it's a shame I don't live in Altamura (I'm a tourist from the north), otherwise it would be my top choice! Well done and thanks again! :-)

24/11/2025: We had one of the most enjoyable evenings out with friends. Impromptu decision to stop here and we were not disappointed!
We'd been a couple of times during the summer and the pizza's were fabulous but last night we tested the indoor dining and more wintery menu!
Food was absolutely delicious and the service couldn't have been more accommodating!
Highly recommend a visit, we'll definitely be back again!

02/10/2025: A great place for a quick, warm meal. The food is fresh, made on site, filling, and very good. I had the opportunity to try two kinds of pizza – both delicious. The service is friendly, attentive, and smiling, and you can communicate in Italian and English. Seating can be difficult later in the day due to the number of people who want to eat. I highly recommend this place.
15/09/2025: The location is very unique, nestled in a small park where there are other places to enjoy street food! The panzerotto is delicious! It's self-service, so you order, take it, and sit down.

We waited almost 50 minutes for a plate of spaghetti, bruschetta, and a slice of steak, and the place wasn't busy...I'd say it was way too long.
The prices were average for the place, perhaps a little high for the food.
