I've dined at this beautiful restaurant three times in the last month. There are so many reasons to return. I'd highlight the owner's kindness, the quality of the cuisine, and the beauty of the location. Everything is tastefully crafted. The love is evident in every detail. Highly recommended.

We went to the Cadilac Restaurant for a family dinner. I was already familiar with the place. I can confirm the excellence and professionalism of everyone, starting with the owner, Davide, who takes care of the customer from the first contact. A special thanks to the chefs. Everything was delicious, fresh, and high-quality. For table service, we were supported throughout the evening by Francesco and Jacqueline, who were always available and ready to satisfy our every request without ever being intrusive. I will definitely return and recommend it. Thanks again.

18/07/2026: Friends introduced me to this place, truly beautiful and unique, made entirely of Lecce stone. I ordered a Quattro Stagioni, literally exquisite. The staff was friendly, lively, welcoming, and always prepared with a smile. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a few hours in peace in a refined and elegant setting. I will gladly return, a positive experience overall.
09/07/2026: Very good, the service is good but slow. The food was peak and the ambients were incredible. Beautiful huge garden and a extremely big and gorgeus mansion. We paid about 60 euros for 3 people wich is pretty good compared to other restaurants near this one. I would defenetly come here again.

18/08/2026: Reading the reviews, I expected a 10, but unfortunately I can't give it more than a 7. The location is very nice, but the service and food didn't satisfy me. They rushed us into ordering without even explaining the dishes, and for a restaurant of this caliber, that's important. The appetizers were almost tasteless, the first course of gnocchi with mussels and shrimp was quite good, and fortunately, the sea bream cooked in salt was well-cooked and had a nice flavor. For dessert, we had the almond pastries, but I didn't find them particularly good either; all I could taste was sugar! I wouldn't return, but Muro Leccese is a very pretty village worth a visit.
14/08/2026: We came here on a recommendation. The location was beautiful, but unfortunately that evening it was filled with the odors from the various festival stands. The raw fish and seafood were excellent, and the ingredients were top-notch. The cuttlefish and fried fish were excellent, and the sea urchin pasta dish was exceptional. The price seemed high, but the quality was exceptional. We ended up paying 120 for two. Fair enough.
