23/10/2025: Absolutely delicious food, very friendly server who made every effort to help us understand the different dishes. The decor is unique and the ice cream is delicious. At the end of the meal, we learned about the ethos of the restaurant, which works with a local farm and seasonal products. PERFECT

17/10/2025: Excellent restaurant 👍 The food was delicious, and the server was very friendly and pleasant. Everything is homemade and comes from the family farm! FYI, dogs are welcome and pampered 🐾 I highly recommend this restaurant if you're stopping in Caglieri.

24/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria outside the center of Brindisi. I went there to celebrate my aunt's birthday. Delicious, high-quality ingredients; truly superb pizza with real mozzarella. The staff was friendly and polite. The only downside of the evening was that, despite our reservation for 8:30 PM, the pizzas arrived way too late, after at least an hour and a half to two. I completely understand that this can happen, especially on Saturday nights, but if we had been informed, we would have at least ordered a few more fried foods while we waited for the pizzas. In any case, I recommend not booking too many tables if you can't manage them, given that they also offer takeout.

18/10/2025: Excellent pizzeria, and much more, in the Bozzano neighborhood of Brindisi. It has a welcoming atmosphere and helpful, qualified staff. I recommend it.

15/09/2025: You decide to eat pizza on a late summer evening at a place described as well-known and renowned. Sitting down at the table, after a short wait for our order, even though the dining room wasn't full, the kind waitress comes to ask us what we'd chosen. The appetizers were fine, but things suddenly took a turn for the worse when, when choosing pizzas, we were informed that due to the restaurant closing for the end of the season the following day, it wasn't possible to choose two identical pizzas because the ingredients (such as anchovies in oil) for the toppings were missing, or fresh mozzarella wasn't available for another type of pizza, so someone had to choose something else. One pizza per type, in short. When it came to drinks, the same situation was repeated: beer was almost sold out, and the waitress told us we could only choose one of two brands. White wines were completely sold out, and rosés had only a couple of bottles left, which we had to check because other tables were also taking orders. The specialty pizzas, despite their far from moderate price, were of a quality and texture that truly reflected the feeling of tiredness that pervaded the restaurant at the end of the season, along with the embarrassment of the waitress forced to inform us of the shortages. Not satisfied, but thankfully, it was now the end of dinner. When we asked for two gin and tonics and then two more, we were told that the tonic was out and therefore it was impossible to order the second two. Now, I might have been reasonable if what was no longer on the shopping list had been perishable in the very short term, but we're talking about canned goods and drinks, which notoriously don't expire within three or four days. I don't think it's professional to accommodate a group of people if you can't accommodate their most basic requests, nor even get to the end of the season completely empty. They could have chosen to close early and not have to dictate the menu to their guests by taking inventory of the available items.

01/09/2025: Excellent location and excellent pizza! Both classic and multi-grain. A very cool spot, even in summer evenings, with a picturesque landscape. A truly delightful surprise in the Fasano forest. Also frequented by many foreign tourists.

20/10/2025: We were honestly impressed by the quality of the pizza, soft and well-topped, and the fried foods, light and not at all greasy. We were on vacation in Porto Cesareo and this pizzeria was recommended to us; we've been back several times even though it's about ten minutes away.

19/10/2025: Terrible experience. An hour's wait despite a reservation, just like all the other customers left outside waiting, and there were quite a few. Rude waiters and obvious chaos. The focaccia fell and was brought back to us by a hair's breadth. The Neapolitan pizza dough was raw. Take fewer reservations! You can't justify yourself with the usual "it's Saturday, there's a wait." If a reservation is set for 10:00 PM, a little wait is acceptable, but not a full hour. If this is a recurring problem every Saturday, you should organize yourself better and offer more efficient service. I work in the restaurant industry and know how it works. Don't just think about takings. Not recommended.

02/09/2025: The first night I was in a hurry and ordered a delicious takeaway puccia!!! The next night I went with my husband for pizza and we were both completely satisfied with the quality of the ingredients, the delicious pizza dough, light and perfectly cooked, and the friendly and professional service! Highly recommended!!!

28/08/2025: I had take out and had a fairly good Quattro Formaggio. Although it is possible to have better, but challenging at this price. Friendly and freshly made. Fun atmosphere and there’s a reason it’s popular!

13/08/2025: Excellent experience! The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, especially the owner, Mr. Raffaele. The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and plentiful: the secret, he told us, was his mother's cooking. There are very few restaurants like this in Salento. Highly recommended!

However, despite having reported the situation to the staff, not only was the beer not replaced, but it was also added to the total price (it doesn't change my life, but you guys didn't make a good impression). 2 stars because the pizza was still delicious. P.S. I was given a non-fiscal receipt.

24/09/2025: 2nd visit! Takeout. Even better than the 6*'s first time! 7*!!! Best pizza in Bari / Italy. Had pizza in Como, Garda, Maggiore, Venice, Verona, La Spezia, Florence, Siena, Rome, Sorrento, Naples, Sicily NES, Lecce. Ostuni, Matera, Bologna...... Love Italy, Love Pizza. 😍
