15/11/2025: The pizza is delicious, but it happens so often that we come in and leave empty-handed. Empty tables, and a sea of ​​people at the counter that's slow to move. We need more support, especially on Saturdays and Sundays at the counter where the pizza is served. A lump in my throat, because we long for that pizza, but the wait times are biblical, and we go elsewhere when that happens.

15/11/2025: We went for dinner two evenings. We found the atmosphere and staff warm, attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly, which is no small feat. The quality of the pizzas, appetizers, vegetables, fruit, and olive oil is truly top-notch and perfectly captures the flavors of the area. The price is reasonable for the quality of the food. If we have the chance, we'll definitely visit again!

22/12/2025: I went here with my friends around lunchtime. There was no wait, and the service was quite quick even though we went without a reservation. The staff was quite friendly and helpful, which is a plus. As for the price, I found it a bit more expensive than other places. The cover charge is €3, and a 0.75 cl water is also €3. In addition to the items pictured, we also ordered a portion of fries, which came to €18.50 each.

16/12/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Spilusi, in the center of Brindisi, was anything but positive. From the start, the waiter was overly intrusive, making inappropriate comments with tasteless and, to say the least, sleazy jokes that made me and my fellow diners feel uncomfortable. The service itself wasn't particularly slow, but the main issue was the food: honestly, I expected much more for the price. The appetizers were the usual, bland and unremarkable, while the first course I ordered was completely flavorless. Making everything even more disappointing was the final bill: decidedly excessive for what we ate and, above all, for the quality and quantity of the food served. It's an experience that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth and one I'd be hard-pressed to repeat.

26/11/2025: Plebiscito Sette in Casamassima is always a guarantee, a lovely place to spend a quiet evening. In the summer, you can enjoy a lovely garden. Chef-owner Gianmichele's cuisine is always evolving, and the quality of the ingredients is very high. If you're craving a gourmet pizza, this is the place to be. Trust pizza chef-owner Danilo, and you won't be disappointed. I had an excellent white truffle pizza, and the desserts were also very good. A special mention (for me, it's important) for the selection of natural wines, which is not a given. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend it.

03/09/2025: This morning we were passing through Galatina, and someone recommended Caffè del Corso for breakfast, and I must say we found some excellent krapfen accompanied by a delicious espresso. I recommend stopping by. The service and cleanliness were top notch.

30/08/2025: A delightful surprise just around the corner from the center of Peschici. A peaceful setting with a lovely pergola for outdoor dining, but the interior also has a special charm, as if you were inside a cave. The menu isn't overly extensive but offers a good selection. We were a group and chose three main courses to share instead of appetizers. The stuffed mussels were noteworthy, as were the octopus tentacle and the troccoli with clams. The pizza, cooked in a beautiful wood-fired oven visible from the entrance, is also tasty and made with quality ingredients. Portions are just the right size. The service is friendly and very attentive to everyone's needs, adults and children alike. Prices are average for the area and the type of restaurant. Recommended!

29/09/2025: We dropped in for takeaway pizzas but ended up enjoying the pizzas fresh out of the oven in the garden out front. Nice fresh ingredients on a thin crust perfectly cooked in the wood firef oven. Well priced.
