07/09/2025: Excellent Paposceria pizzeria. The ingredients are top-quality, the pizza and Paposceria are top-quality, as are the toppings. I'm not giving the ambiance and service 5 stars because we had to wait a while for our food and it was a bit chilly outside. Although, after a couple of requests, we were moved to the semi-enclosed building. The parking is very convenient, allowing you to stroll downtown, where it can be difficult to find a spot, especially in August. The prices are average. We'll definitely be back.

27/08/2025: Gluten-free pizza should be ordered in advance if possible. When I booked, I mentioned that I was celiac, and the staff informed the pizza chef accordingly. I loved the pizza and managed to finish it; the dough was light and easy to digest. The other diners were equally pleased with their "regular" pizzas! The staff was incredibly kind and friendly. I felt truly treated well.

14/10/2025: The other evening we had dinner at Aria Corte: a discreet and welcoming place, perhaps in need of a makeover, but clean! The food, however, was a real surprise. Authentic food! Simple and expertly prepared, generous appetizers of both seafood and meat. We ordered a terrine with vegetables and mozzarella, light and tasty. The salt-crusted amberjack, incredibly fresh, accompanied by freshly pickled onions, was delicious! For sides, tasty baked potatoes, zucchini, and eggplant, perfectly grilled. The grilled bread was a real treat! The house white wine was delicious, and the staff (including the owner) was kind and helpful. A positive experience, highly recommended. The pizzas were also very tempting!

The pizza was perfect: crispy crust, fresh ingredients, and tons of flavor! 😍 The team is incredibly friendly and attentive; you immediately feel welcome. 21/09/2025: A place to feel good – highly recommended I spent a few days at La Giara Risto Relais and can highly recommend my stay. As a single woman traveling alone, it was especially important to me to feel safe and well looked after – and that was exactly the case here from the very first minute. The room was exceptionally clean, tastefully furnished, and meticulously maintained down to the last detail. I also really liked the quiet, somewhat secluded location. Parking was available right next to the rooms. What made the stay special was the warmth of the hosts. The Italian mentality – open, warm, and familiar – was palpable at all times. I felt welcome, safe, and completely at home in every way. If you're looking for clean, quiet accommodations with genuine Italian hospitality, this is the place for you. I would love to come back.

27/07/2025: We stopped at this B&B for just one night (unfortunately) on our way back from vacation in Sicily. We stayed in a fully equipped apartment with a lovely outdoor space. The breakfast was delicious. Giorgia and Giuseppe were very welcoming and friendly. Free on-site parking was a huge plus, as we had a car full of luggage. Very close to Alberobello and Noci (a truly undiscovered town, a little-known gem). We will definitely consider returning to visit the many other worthwhile places nearby.

06/06/2025: When we want to take a break from work, what's better than taking a trip to the Itria Valley. My wife and I often come to this B&B because we find it quiet, convenient for getting around, with a private gate, tastefully furnished and very clean rooms with breakfast in their bar and finally the icing on the cake are the owners Giuseppe and Giorgia who always welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. I recommend it to everyone.

23/07/2025: Beautiful place, both inside and in the well-kept garden. Unfortunately, there's no wine list; only the waiter lists them but doesn't know the prices, so the bill is a surprise. The scampi first course I tried was disappointing—just two empty heads without the fruit, and I paid €16.00. The second courses were rather bland and the meat was a bit tough. The pizza was good.

04/05/2025: A beautiful pizzeria and restaurant in Altamura, with a welcoming and elegant atmosphere and a well-kept outdoor area perfect for summer. The staff is quick and friendly, and the menu offers an excellent variety of pizzas and other options. However, considering the high competition from other pizzerias in Altamura and having tried many, I have to admit that the taste of the pizza wasn't entirely satisfying. Perhaps I'll try it again in the future.

13/09/2025: Una delle pizzerie più buone di Vico. In tanti anni che la frequenti mai una delusione, anzi, si supera volta per volta. La mia pizza preferita è tonno e cipolla, aggiungendo capperi e acciughe. Talmente buona che lascio sempre il piatto pulito. Poi c'è da dire che l'impasto non gonfia, e si può dormire tranquillamente la notte.

25/09/2025: Unfriendly and stressed staff, even though the place was 40% full. We were chased out of our seats and then given the worst possible spot, right by the entrance (even though there were still a few tables available). Very unpleasant lighting. It's a shame about the food, as the pizzas were truly excellent.

13/09/2025: No manners, they work double shifts so you have to literally gorge yourself on the first shift because the greedy owner puts profit before hospitality. Just to give you an idea, they cleared our table while we were still seated! Never again!!!!
