07/08/2025: A place with an old-world feel (and in fact, I've been going there for over forty years). Magnificent view. Classic and delicious seafood dishes. Very fast and efficient service. Reservations are not allowed, but they always try to reserve a seat for everyone. Excellent value for money.

05/08/2025: Mediocre mussels and spaghetti with clams, some with their shells and others that looked like they came from a can. No cream or parsley...strange smell. Avoid. This place caters to non-Italian tourists. The bill is steep. The photos of the dishes are almost certainly from previous management.

20/05/2025: It is a good pizzeria with a truly excellent pizza in the variant made with whole wheat flour dough. Light dough, crumbly, crispy crust with the scent of bread, perfect cooking, top quality seasoning ingredients starting from the fruity and low-acidity extra virgin olive oil.

01/06/2025: I never give a one-star review, but this place deserves even less. We arrive, it's hot, it's June 1st, we see seats outside. We ask for a table outside... "we don't set up outside"... We sit inside. Hot. We order, wine and chips arrive immediately. More people arrive.... Can we sit outside?... The seats are set... Even though the seats inside are still free. The waiter arrives, we ask, but can we sit outside? No... We made an exception... In the meantime, exceptions become the constant. IS THIS THE END?!?! ... Noooo... People arrive... Take-away pizzas that go away... People served... Always the ones from outside... After more than an hour... Not even a pizza. After yet another person gets a seat outside.... We get up and go pay to leave.... And we discover that our pizza order had been forgotten... The owner... Gives me the bill... Full... Of chips, wine and a WARMING COVER CHARGE.... NOT EVEN A SIGN OF APOLOGY. A PLACE NOT TO BE RECOMMENDED, FOR IMMENS INCOMPETENCE AND CUSTOMER CARE. I BELIEVE THAT MY EUROS ARE THE SAME AS THE PRIVILEGED ONES WHO ENJOYED A BEAUTIFUL EVENING OUTSIDE AND WERE SERVED BEFORE ME.

30/03/2025: The place is a little hidden from the nightlife of Monopoli but you eat really well from the appetizer to the first course to the dessert. Congratulations, keep it up. Special credit to the chef and the whole kitchen team because working with an open kitchen is not easy. Chapeau!

We sat outside, where we could enjoy the splendid seaside setting that perfectly frames the restaurant, and I can honestly say I enjoyed one of the best dinners ever! Excellent ingredients and truly exquisite dishes, and, last but not least, truly unexpected service, accompanied by such helpfulness and kindness. A truly unique place. A birthday I'll never forget.

13/08/2025: Let me start by saying I've been a regular at the Trattoria for years. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean, making it feel like home. The à la carte menu is excellent and extensive, and the pizzas are delicious. Chef Nicola's first courses are highly recommended. A must!

19/08/2025: I really want to write a review because we had a really great time there this summer. We discovered this hotel because a friend of mine recommended it to us, as she's local and knows the Mirage well. We were assigned a seafront room, with a breathtaking view and a large balcony... what can I say... a spectacle every morning and every evening at sunset. The hotel restaurant was excellent. What can I say about the housekeeping... the cleaning lady, besides being kind and helpful, left the room tidy and clean. I also wanted to say that in the morning there was a guy with glasses (unfortunately I don't remember his name) who was really good, always available and very attentive. Furthermore, on the day of departure, since we had to leave very early, the reception left us a package with some things to have breakfast on the way... really appreciated. Thank you so much... You've entered our hearts. Best regards
