19/11/2025: At this trattoria pizzeria, I tasted: the pizza was really, really good! Highly digestible, amazing flavor, perfect dough! And not only that, the Cardoncelli mushrooms with sautéed aromas and cheese fondue! Cooked in a wood-fired terracotta oven, excellent! They make dessert with a pizza base. Very original. I recommend it 👍👏

13/02/2026: My friend and I both had stomach upsets after eating the chicken escalope and the grilled chicken, respectively. My meat was really rubbery and full of oil. The quality is evident from the price they offer for the lunch menu, but it remains unacceptable.

The dishes were delicious, carefully prepared, and plentiful: the secret, he told us, was his mother's cooking. There are very few restaurants like this in Salento. Highly recommended!

20/11/2025: We went during the week, not many people without reservations; on the weekend, it's impossible to find a table unless you book a few days in advance. We had pizza and a tagliata. The staff were friendly, the service was quick, the pizza was good, the tagliata was good. A tip: serve the tagliata on a preheated plate so you can eat it hot. The dessert, "u sporcamus," was good. They offered us a digestif. Thank you.

18/11/2025: Beautiful place, excellent food 🍄‍🟫. I highly recommend it, the best thing about this place is the breathtaking view, located in the old part of the city overlooking the Gravina ravine where you can admire one of the oldest aqueduct bridges, a destination for many directors.

26/11/2025: I don't usually write negative reviews; in fact, I always tend to prioritize the positive aspects of an experience, but in this case I feel it's truly appropriate to share my opinion. We went to this pizzeria out of curiosity, especially after reading the many positive reviews. Since we hadn't reserved a table, we immediately informed the manager upon entry that we could easily pick up the takeout pizza and leave, without causing any inconvenience. Despite this, we were invited inside and assigned a table. My negative review, however, isn't about the quality of the pizza—which personally didn't live up to expectations, but that's a matter of taste—but rather about the service, which I unfortunately found lacking in several respects. The service was a bit slow, but that's understandable given the busy restaurant and large crowd. What I cannot accept, however, and I say this as a colleague in the same industry, are some errors in management and customer service. My appetizer plate wasn't taken away before the pizza arrived, but I can understand the inexperience of the waiter, as it was clear he wasn't yet familiar with it. On the contrary, my plate was subsequently taken away while I was still eating. But that didn't end there. An even less welcome behavior, one that truly disappointed me, was the laughter in my face at the situation. This was the reaction of (I assume) the manager, from whom, honestly, I expected a different attitude. I find it extremely annoying and unprofessional, without even apologizing for what happened. I repeat: working in the industry, I know how important the way errors are handled is, and that's precisely why certain reactions struck me so negatively. I hope this can be a constructive starting point for improvement, because the attendance the restaurant has shows that it has potential. All it needs is more attention, professionalism, and customer care at key moments.

14/12/2025: Friendly service and a nice location. The pizza served, however, clearly seemed frozen, a fact that hadn't been pointed out. Upon our observation, the waitress explained that it was a pan pizza. Overall, greater clarity when ordering would have been appreciated.

The pizza is excellent, made with high-quality ingredients and a variety of doughs. I, in particular, chose a light and easily digestible dough made with Senatore Cappelli flour, which really makes a difference. The service was attentive and courteous; the waiter was kind and helpful throughout the evening. The owners are delightful, welcoming, and always ready to make guests feel at home. A pizzeria that absolutely deserves to be recommended. We will gladly return.
