10/03/2025: Very bad. Plus it felt like a Formula 1 race. You put down the cutlery and an instant later they take your plate away, even if the place is half empty. "Anything else?" Courtesy... zero. Not even a sandwich that quick. NEVER AGAIN

22/02/2025: A bit of a retro place, it seemed to be open just for us, in fact there were no other customers, too bad. I found the pizza very good, just know that it is thin and crunchy, not the Neapolitan type. Maybe the pizza dough was a little salty (you realize later, how thirsty you feel for hours). Very young waiter, but kind, polite and professional. The rooms are not very hot, but are heated by pellet stoves. I think I will return for sure, then the external location is really beautiful and worth visiting. To park there are large free car parks and then a few minutes on the funicular (which is free) and you're there. It's a very short walk from the car park to the pizzeria.

13/04/2025: Never again!!!! Pan pizza diameter 18/20 cm ...€9?????...margherita pizza I ate it...below average quality...at a certain point I felt like vomiting, first and last time.

30/03/2025: Affordable restaurant, serving pizza, risotto, pasta and salads. For the price I didn't expect much. We ordered risotto, which was ok, with lots of rice but few mushrooms. Good value for money

19/03/2025: We took two cereal pizzas, they arrived with a completely raw egg in the center and we kindly asked them to cook it again, whereupon the pizza came back completely burnt, we pointed this out but were told that it was because the flour was black, I'm sorry I didn't attach a photo, the dough wasn't leavened at all, very thin and raw under the toppings and completely burnt underneath, imaginable, we left the pizza on the plate after having been able to eat just a little of the toppings on top, we went to pay the bill, we didn't I give the minimum discount nor do they apologize for the inconvenience nor have they ever asked us to be able to redo the pizza and not have a burnt one, shameful

23/02/2025: I went last night and I don't think I'll ever come back, I took the tuna pizza but putting it on the scales all dirty from other pizzas... while I was eating it you could taste the taste left under the pizza... you should clean the scales every now and then and also the oven

16/12/2024: Premetto che é da circa 40 anni, da quando sono nato, che la mia famiglia ha preso qui le pizze al padellino e la farinata. Peccato che, da qualche anno ormai, la qualità non sia più la stessa di una volta e soprattutto non ho apprezzato alcune gravi disattenzioni nei confronti dei clienti. Già un paio di anni fa mi ero ripromesso di non comprare più nulla dati gli aumenti applicati (del tutto ingiustificati). Questa sera, con la volontà di tornare da Dessì e con buone speranze, sono andato a comprare della farinata da asporto, specificando "morbida", che è l'unico modo che avete per farvela dare decente ormai...perché altrimenti ve la danno secca e tutt'altro che buona. Al momento dell'ordine, un ragazzo alla cassa mi fa il conto e la cifra non mi torna (3,50 Euro a porzione). Ho fatto gentilmente notare che il prezzo non corrispondeva a quanto indicato sul loro sito web (3 Euro a porzione). Anziché preoccuparsi di questa imprecisione, e scusarsi magari, mi ha detto con fare piuttosto sbrigativo: "Tanto l'importante è il prezzo esposto qui nel punto vendita". Bene, la conclusione è che ho fatto male a tornarci. Ho preso la farinata e segnalato di cambiare le indicazioni dei prezzi sul loro sito web, perché in questo modo i clienti arrivano pensando di spendere meno e poi gli si fa la sorpresa, di certo non gradita da nessuno. Per di più, la farinata che mi hanno consegnato non era "morbida" come l'avevo richiesta, bensì la solita secca. E pensare che l'ho ricordato una seconda volta anche alla signora che si è curata di impacchettarla. Dessì non mi vedrà più, come non vedrà più la mia famiglia. E pensare che sono un nostalgico, ma farsi prendere per i fondelli così: NO GRAZIE. Consiglio inoltre al ragazzo che ho trovato in cassa di curarsi maggiormente dei clienti. Degli altri, perché io non lo sarò più di certo.

22/03/2025: Friendly staff, 60's hotel very poorly maintained, from the entrance you have a perception of poor cleanliness... breakfast dishes all chipped... For me it was a negative experience

20/02/2025: We changed two rooms. The rooms are cold, the air conditioners are on maximum, and cold air is blowing. There is no reaction from the hotel owner.

02/03/2025: During a stay in Claviere around 3pm I come across the shop window and through the glass I see a beautiful environment and the tables set. I find the prices displayed a little expensive, but I imagine it might be worth it. So I visit the restaurant's website, where it insistently offers me to book online. I convince myself, fill in and send the request correctly. I received the booking confirmation via email. I show up at the agreed time and find it closed. I can only add: even leaving aside the laziness and lack of professionalism, why the hell did they leave the tables set?

01/04/2025: After a walk on Lake Orta we stopped for an aperitif in this bar! Friendly service, very friendly and nice staff! We chose from their menu a stuffed flatbread, a salad and a cold cuts platter and 2 drinks! Honest prices and very wide choice! We really had a great time! Until next time!

31/03/2025: Fantastic location restaurant. Unfortunately, only that one. I ordered a Neapolitan pizza with anchovies and parsley and what I received can be seen in the video... a clearly frozen industrial pizza on which anchovies were added at the end. There is no point in discussing whether or not it was a supermarket pizza. 1 millimeter thick, rubbery crust, mozzarella not melted... surely a foreigner wouldn't notice it but since I'm Italian the precaution was obvious. Furthermore, I paid €7 for it, but maybe it wasn't even worth 2 or 3... too bad.

30/11/2024: Exaggerated and delicious lunch, ok service, I recommend with full marks, low price in this regard, everything very good

17/11/2024: Nice room, but we found the windows open and the heating off and we couldn't get it to start. The cleaning wasn't deep but still acceptable, despite some flaws such as: sink not really free and stained mat (I think bleach). Overall, it can be fine for a few hours of sleep.

28/08/2024: Very good pizzas. But if you don't want to work, don't open a place... I found myself calling several times without an answer or receiving an indirect answer (they picked up the phone to say "enough, I can't take it anymore" and then closed the call again). I understand maybe the time they refused an order due to "lack of pizza dough", but not even answering the phone seems quite counterproductive to me for the business. I'm sorry because they make really good pizzas, but apparently inaccessible to anyone at any time
