22/04/2025: un disastro. Entro nella pizzeria e quando ordino la pizza, mi viene detto che non c’è, così ne scelgo un’altra, ma non c’è di nuovo, così ne scelgo un’altra ancora, ma indovina un po’ non c’era neanche quella. Io giustamente inizio ad arrabbiarmi, e il proprietario quando mi sente, arriva al mio tavolo inizia a sbraitarmi addosso dicendo di accontentarmi di quello che c’era. Così, arrabbiato e esterrefatto prendo una delle poche pizze disponibili. E per non mancare quando arriva la pizza, che era al mattone, era veramente un mattone: la pizza più dura che avessi mai mangiato, fredda, neanche con un macete sarei riuscito a tagliarla

A farinata like this is truly unsellable. I still give 5 stars for the pizza and because I don't want to penalize a business for what could be an episode.

02/05/2025: Ho sempre preso la pizza, che è ottima, ma questa volta ho optato per un primo piatto: scialatielli con cozze ,cannolicchi scampi ,capesante. Il nome del piatto"Doppio sogno" è azzeccato, perché li sogno ancora! Buonissimi! Consiglio il locale per la gentilezza e la bontà delle proposte. Alla prossima!

04/04/2025: Conosco e frequento questo locale da anni ma non avevo mai fatto il giro pizza (che confesso mi incuriosiva) Ieri ne abbiamo organizzato uno con 24 persone …..che volete che vi dica per me è stato solo una conferma che Raffaele, Maurizio e tutto lo staff sono il TOP 🔝 Pizza ottima, materie prime di qualità,servizio eccellente e tutti i miei amici (che non conoscevamo il locale) soddisfatti.

09/03/2025: Ieri sera, intorno alle 21:00, ho visitato questa pizzeria. Ho notato due tavoli liberi e non c'era fila, quindi ho chiesto alla cameriera se potevo sedermi. Mi ha chiesto per quante persone, e quando ho risposto che ero da solo, ha detto che doveva chiedere al responsabile. Dopo un momento, è tornata e ha detto semplicemente: “No free table, sorry”, girandosi subito senza darmi nemmeno la possibilità di rispondere. Sono rimasto scioccato. Mi sono sentito trattato come se fossi lì solo per occupare un tavolo e ordinare un bicchiere d'acqua. Non mi era mai capitata una situazione del genere prima, e di certo non avevo l'aspetto di qualcuno che non avrebbe ordinato un pasto regolare. Un'esperienza davvero spiacevole, che mi ha tolto completamente la voglia di tornare in questo locale. Yesterday around 9 p.m. I visited this pizzeria. I noticed two free tables and there was no line, so I asked the waitress if I could sit down. She asked how many people, I replied that I was alone. To my surprise she said she had to ask the manager. After a while she came back and announced: "No free table, sorry", then turned and left without even giving me a chance to respond. I was shocked. I felt like I was being treated like someone who just wanted to take a table and order a glass of water. I had never encountered a situation like this before, much less looked like someone who wasn't going to order a normal meal. A very unpleasant experience that effectively discouraged me from visiting this place again.

27/03/2025: Small restaurant located on a side street, with a warm and old-fashioned atmosphere. Good service, good food. We had the lamb chops, which were good but a little dry for my taste. We didn't try the pizzas. It's best to walk there because parking is very difficult. Clean place, very reasonable prices.

18/05/2025: Essendo sulle colline Astigiane con il nome di un Eccellenza “la Gallina Bionda” mi sarei aspettato un menu della cucina Piemontese, accolti ed accompagnati al tavolo, abbiamo aperto il menù e con estremo stupore non un piatto della cucina Piemontese, pesce,pizza ed altri piatti non consoni alla location. Nulla da dire sulla pizzeria, che i miei ospiti hanno apprezzato molto, per la cucina se posso esprimere il mio parere, tutto da rivedere! Il fritto abbastanza secco, senza sapore e raffreddato in tempo zero, agnolotti alla parmigiana con stracciatella arrivati freddi, cosa a mio parere del tutto inaccettabile. Non sono persona da discussioni durante gli eventi, ma una cosa del genere anche no. Con un potenziale così sarebbe stato fantastico assaggiare la svariata cucina delle nostre terre e lasciare il pesce oltre il confine Piemontese.

14/01/2025: Excellent pizzeria, young dynamic staff. Large spaces although on weekends it is advisable to book in advance. The pizza is digestible, especially their specialty: 4-grain pizza without yeast.... the only pizza that can be digested immediately. Compliments.

22/03/2025: The atmosphere is cozy, the service is excellent! Very polite staff. I ordered pizza with mushrooms and meat - it’s nothing like that!!! Prices are modest. If you're in the city, I highly recommend visiting this establishment!
