08/03/2026: I ordered takeout with my friends. The fries were good, but the sandwiches weren't so great. The bread was undercooked, the falafel insides weren't very tasty, and the vegetables were very sparingly added. There weren't many sauces, and the whole thing was limp, cold, and rubbery.

05/03/2026: I've been a customer for several years, at least 5, the last few times the pizza has arrived cold and late, but the peak was reached with this latest order: I ordered an Americana and they told me it would be delivered at 12:45. The delivery was made at 1:05. To make matters worse, I received a pizza with shrimp and peppers. I called the restaurant to have it remade but was told: "Eat it like this, the price is the same, next time I'll bring you an extra Coke". It doesn't work like that because I ordered one product and another one arrived (which I don't eat). When I asked to have it remade and bring the one I ordered, I was told "no dear, that's not possible". I will never order again, it's a shame because I've ordered often and for a very long time, but this is not the right way.
22/02/2026: Last night at 7:00 PM, I called to order seven pizzas.
We agreed on a time of 8:15 PM and that I would send a message with all the flavors via WhatsApp.
At 8:35 PM, the pizzas still hadn't arrived, so I called to inquire.
I was told the message hadn't been opened yet and that delivery would be made shortly.
At that point, I went directly to the pizzeria to assess the situation, since there were guests at the table.
They explained to me that they had made a lot of pizzas for a carnival association and that there had therefore been a delay.
I understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances, but it would have been correct to be informed immediately or not to accept the order for that time.
While I was waiting because they told me they were in the oven, I personally noticed a few things that left me perplexed: I saw the delivery man returning from a few deliveries finish preparing pizzas, add toppings like chips and cold cuts, and answer the phone, all without wearing gloves.
This made me feel uneasy about hygiene.
Anyway, after waiting another 15 minutes, I left because the pizzas still weren't ready.
I'm simply sharing my experience, hoping it can help improve the organization and service.

07/03/2026: We discovered this restaurant almost by chance during a day spent at the mall, and the experience was truly positive.
The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, perfect for a leisurely meal. The staff was efficient and very helpful, but a special mention goes to the owner, a Neapolitan like us, a truly friendly and courteous person. He was extremely attentive to our needs and accommodated every request.
We were traveling with children, and as often happens, first they want something, then they change it, then maybe they don't want it anymore... but he was always patient, accommodating, and very affectionate with the little ones, making us feel truly at ease.
The food was excellent, all top-quality and carefully prepared. Furthermore, at the end, we received a completely fair bill, proportionate to what we had ordered and eaten.
In conclusion, it was a truly pleasant experience from every perspective: the welcome, the quality of the food, the kindness of the staff, and the final price. It's one of those places you'll want to return to and one we'd recommend without hesitation to anyone passing through.

03/10/2025: Extremely rude owner. A friend of mine ordered a cappuccino at the counter and complained that he was the only one who had ordered anything, even though we hadn't occupied a table and the bar was practically empty. I advise the manager to change jobs and consider why his bar is the only one without customers in the area during peak hours.
I'm editing my review following the owner's response.
In fact, instead of acknowledging the criticism and apologizing, the manager thought it appropriate to double down on me personally, saying, "We don't accept lessons from a boy," as if I were somehow inferior to him. I have no words to describe this individual's rudeness.

My son and I head to the restaurant, which immediately appears old and full of flies. Despite some hesitation, we politely ask for two kebabs. The owner is friendly and jokes slyly with my son about his football affiliation. We pay the bill (a whopping €22!!). We're presented with two poorly made pizzas. At that point, just as politely, we point out that we'd asked for two kebabs. The owner suddenly changes his attitude and, annoyed, blames us for the mistake (as in: the customer is always right!!!!), refusing to replace the pizzas with the kebabs we'd requested and already paid for. After much insistence, the owner shows up with just one kebab, boasting of his immeasurable generosity, perhaps demanding a "thank you" and, who knows, additional payment. When I pointed out that there were two kebabs and not one, he told us he didn't have time and that this was the best he could do. I could have eaten the pizza, which, although unsolicited and poorly made, had since gone cold.
After my complaints, the owner and his coworker (I believe a family member) rudely addressed us and kicked us out. We left with two cold, "inedible" pizzas. I will never go there again, and I strongly advise everyone against going there.

06/01/2026: It's amazing how a pizza can stay warm after being left out for 90 minutes at -2 degrees Celsius.
Afterward, you have to wash your hands or stay in the bathroom for 15 minutes.
03/01/2026: I gave them a thousand chances.
Every time I ordered pizza, it arrived cold.
They're never precise with the time.
I order a drink and they send me whatever they want.
The worst thing is that they put the wrong ingredient.
And you can't get the ingredients wrong on a pizza, because some people might be allergic.
Luckily I noticed before eating it.
You've lost a customer.
I don't recommend it to anyone.

08/03/2026: A pastry shop open from 3 or 4 a.m. in Milan, even on Sundays? Here it is! Cremeria Buonarroti is a historic place in Milan; I personally love the old-world feel of this place. The brioches are delicious, as are the cakes and pastries, and the staff is always friendly and very professional. There's a small room at the back, full of wonderful treats, where you can enjoy a coffee or an aperitivo away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It's an authentic place.

Everything else was truly awful.
Eating on dirty tablecloths and previously used paper placemats is out of the question.
30/12/2025: It's not the first time I've ordered, but it always makes the same mistakes. I called to report the mistake, and the answer is, "I can't do anything about it next time." There's no next time. If I tell you there's a problem, apologize and offer. The customer doesn't ask you to remake the pizza or send it back, but you make a good impression. I'll start by saying I asked for a kebab pizza without spicy ingredients; they put everything on onion and yogurt sauce. I asked for ketchup and mayo for the menus, and neither arrived. I asked for two peach teas, and they arrived with lemon. When I asked if they could call to see if they were okay, the answer was half in Italian and half in Egyptian, perhaps telling me to go to hell. This is the last time I'm ordering from here. What makes me angry is that it's also good. P.S., change your ways or you'll be among those who sink like so many others. This isn't a criticism, but a suggestion. I've read similar reviews, so the problem isn't me, but you who aren't paying attention. Oh, thanks, my son won't be able to eat anything.
