29/06/2025: Regular customers for a year now, despite the very long delivery times for pizzas, overall we have always been happy but lately they have dropped a lot in terms of customer service. We waited over an hour for two menus and two hamburgers, they are always annoying on the phone and their understanding of the Italian language leaves much to be desired. The delivery of the order was terrible, everything squashed inside the same bag (we had ordered a few things) ... half-opened piadina, cold and limp chips and scattered around the bag I'll add this too. We have always paid with electronic tickets and in the last period it randomly never worked or they made up absurd excuses If you have decided not to take electronic tickets anymore, say so without making up excuses every time they ask you. 13/06/2025: Ordered pizza at 6:30 pm for 7:30 pm (we specified the time so we could have dinner before having to go to work). Arrived at 8:45 pm after several calls to which we were always answered "The boy is leaving" but obviously it was a big joke. I also read the previous reviews and I wonder how the hell it doesn't occur to you to stop doing home delivery if you are not capable. Avoid a huge waste of people's time but above all save yourself from being joked about TONIGHT WE WERE GOING TO WORK WITHOUT DINNER.

07/06/2025: Sempre peggio!!!! Da anni frequento questo ristorante, all’inizio si distinguevano per la qualità del servizio. Tutto il personale migliore è “scappato” e adesso ogni volta è un’avventura.

30/05/2025: Da evitare.... disorganizzazione totale, tempo di attesa biblico per un piatto di patate fritte chiesto quattro volte e alla fine mai arrivato, così come la birra, chiesta svariate volte e mai arrivata. Il bicchiere di vetro dello spritz arrivato tutto rotto. Il tutto è stato poi messo nel conto e quando alla casa lo abbiamo fatto notare, il cassiere impettito si è anche spazientito e ci ha buttato dei soldi lì sul bancone. Mai più!!!

20/03/2025: Personale cordiale. Abbiamo ordinato una piadina kebab che però era fredda e alla richiesta di scaldarla ci è stato detto che era da mangiare così. Patatine fritte non buone, probabilmente l'olio era da cambiare perché risultavano molto pesanti. In bagno non c'è il fasciatoio per cambiare un neonato e ormai nel 2025 me lo aspetto come servizio base. Inoltre nel locale faceva freddissimo, infatti il personale aveva lo smanicato o il maglione. Mi spiace ma non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei.

23/07/2025: Another sad case of getting fooled for not reading the reviews first. A smooth talking waiter lured us to sit at one of the caffe tables. My wife said she wanted an ice cream. He directed her to a window where the ice creams - and the prices - were displayed. She ordered a pistachio ice cream listed at 8 Euro. ( a bit expensive, we thought , but we wanted to treat her) When the bill came, we were charged … 17 Euros. We asked the waiter and he said that 8 euros was the price if we had ordered at the window. As we ordered from him there was another price in another book ( that he told us we should have asked for ???) We travelled to Bolzano and to Merano and never had any such cheap trick pulled on us in any restaurant. For a few extra Euros, do the Dante cafe realize they give a bad name to an entire industry in a certain country ? And the worst of it, they carry the name of the greatest Italian poet. They should change their name to cafe Zanni in order to match their practices.

23/07/2025: Like many reviews on here, we got took by the offers at the table. It is a tourist trap and like others on here took the L offered. But our coke was like 4 cokes normally at $3.50€ each so the $17€ is ok if you can drink 4 cokes…lol. Food was very good (2/3 as mine was ok) but also bit on the add ons offered, another $32€ which isn’t really worth it. And the location was great on the patio looking at a 600 year old castle. If you stay at a regular drink and don’t add garlic toast and cheese the price is the same. Be aware of the upgrades they offer and lunch will be a normal price and of good quality.

01/03/2025: Não gostei muito, acho que deve ser um do tipo pega turista, devido localização próxima a galeria vittorio emanuelle. Pratos caros é bem mais ou menos. Pedi bruscheta de entrada (bem normal) e um carbonara que não estava lá essas coisas.

08/02/2025: Ristorante pizzeria in corso garibaldi con tavoli all’esterno nel periodo estivo. Possibilità di menù a prezzo fisso che lo rendono interessante come opzione per una pausa pranzo. Pizza classica sottile abbastanza buona. Primi e insalate ok. Materie prime non eccelse, ma tutto sommato corrette visto il prezzo. Servizio rapido.

28/07/2025: Extremely competitive prices, in a prime location in Milan. Whether it's justified to charge five euros per small scoop is a matter of debate and should be left to each individual to decide.

25/06/2025: Terrible brioches. Old and posse. The frozen ones are 100 times better! 2 brioches and 2 glasses of water 7.40 euros! A steal for something VERY POOR!

07/06/2025: Once the best pastry shop in Milan... once. Now with the new management everything has gotten worse. The brioches are no longer fresh and the quality has dropped. A real shame, considering the history of the place

23/07/2025: Horrible experiencia vine a este restaurante hace 6 sños y tenia un buen recuerdo de la comida y del servicio en esta ocasión la.comida igual excelente, pero el servicio dejo muchísimo que desear Llegamos 7:30pm, pedimos de cenar y empezó a caer un poco de lluvia, pedimos el cambio de mesa y nos dijeron que no estaba lloviendo tanto (teniendo mesas disponibles en otros lugares del restaurante) literal nos ignoraron aún y cuando volvimos a solicitar el cambio de mesa Empezaron a acomodar a loa.comenzales qué llegaban en mesas techadas y nos dejaron porque "no está lloviendo tanto" no vuelvo...

22/07/2025: Sarebbe potuta essere una bella serata. Eravamo un gruppo scolastico con circa 30 persone, tra adulti e bambini, pronti a concludere una giornata speciale con una pizza in compagnia. Avevamo prenotato con anticipo, avvisato tempestivamente di un ritardo di 10 minuti, e ci siamo presentati puntuali a questo locale... o almeno così credevamo. Ad accoglierci non c’è stato un sorriso, una parola cortese o almeno un po’ di comprensione. No. Ci ha accolti il proprietario, che ha ritenuto opportuno cacciarci in malo modo, rifiutandosi di farci accomodare pur con il ristorante praticamente vuoto. Il motivo? Il nostro imperdonabile ritardo di pochi minuti. Nessuna considerazione per la presenza di famiglie con bambini piccoli, nessuna proposta alternativa, nemmeno una sfumatura di educazione. Solo un rifiuto secco, sgarbato e privo del minimo tatto. Non pretendiamo tappeti rossi, ma un briciolo di umanità sì: ci si aspetta che chi lavora nella ristorazione abbia almeno la capacità di gestire situazioni impreviste con intelligenza, educazione e rispetto. Invece qui abbiamo trovato solo rigidità e un atteggiamento ostile, che ha messo in difficoltà 30 persone, tra cui bambini affamati e genitori disorientati. Un consiglio per chi ha bambini, per chi crede ancora nell’ospitalità, o semplicemente per chi non vuole essere trattato con sufficienza e arroganza: voltate l’angolo. A pochi passi troverete locali molto più accoglienti, dove la cortesia non è un optional e dove 10 minuti non bastano per perdere il senso dell’umanità.
