05/03/2026: I've been a customer for several years, at least 5, the last few times the pizza has arrived cold and late, but the peak was reached with this latest order: I ordered an Americana and they told me it would be delivered at 12:45. The delivery was made at 1:05. To make matters worse, I received a pizza with shrimp and peppers. I called the restaurant to have it remade but was told: "Eat it like this, the price is the same, next time I'll bring you an extra Coke". It doesn't work like that because I ordered one product and another one arrived (which I don't eat). When I asked to have it remade and bring the one I ordered, I was told "no dear, that's not possible". I will never order again, it's a shame because I've ordered often and for a very long time, but this is not the right way.
22/02/2026: Last night at 7:00 PM, I called to order seven pizzas.
We agreed on a time of 8:15 PM and that I would send a message with all the flavors via WhatsApp.
At 8:35 PM, the pizzas still hadn't arrived, so I called to inquire.
I was told the message hadn't been opened yet and that delivery would be made shortly.
At that point, I went directly to the pizzeria to assess the situation, since there were guests at the table.
They explained to me that they had made a lot of pizzas for a carnival association and that there had therefore been a delay.
I understand that there can be unforeseen circumstances, but it would have been correct to be informed immediately or not to accept the order for that time.
While I was waiting because they told me they were in the oven, I personally noticed a few things that left me perplexed: I saw the delivery man returning from a few deliveries finish preparing pizzas, add toppings like chips and cold cuts, and answer the phone, all without wearing gloves.
This made me feel uneasy about hygiene.
Anyway, after waiting another 15 minutes, I left because the pizzas still weren't ready.
I'm simply sharing my experience, hoping it can help improve the organization and service.

06/01/2026: It's amazing how a pizza can stay warm after being left out for 90 minutes at -2 degrees Celsius.
Afterward, you have to wash your hands or stay in the bathroom for 15 minutes.

It's best to ignore the quality... the pizzas were subpar, and certainly not made with top-quality ingredients, which turned out to be almost inedible.
The four-cheese pizza only came to us by hearsay...
I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

08/07/2026: Today we visited Pino with friends and had a truly wonderful evening. ❤️
The dishes were very tasty, everything was fresh and of high quality, and the service was such that you really felt like a welcome guest. Very pleasant atmosphere, attentive staff and delicious Italian cuisine.
Thank you to the entire Pino team for this beautiful evening. We will definitely come again and will gladly recommend it to our friends.
I must especially mention Jasmin, who was from Cuba. Her valuable advice helped us make the right choice.

26/11/2025: The baked goods are decent, but the staff leaves much to be desired. Today, the blonde woman serving me seemed visibly annoyed and even commented that she hadn't eaten yet. In Pero, there are equally good bakeries with much more polite and friendly staff.
19/11/2025: This bakery has a fabulous round sourdough focaccia that costs €5, with a little table to eat it at, top.

They also don't issue receipts; payment is cash only.
26/11/2025: Unfortunately, my experience at Pizzeria La Fazenda wasn't a positive one. The place, at first glance, appears welcoming and well-decorated, but the welcome wasn't the best: the lady who greeted us wasn't particularly friendly.
We ordered two specialty pizzas, one of which was gluten-free. The wait was short, but the pizzas were a disappointment. In my case, the gluten-free dough arrived practically raw and, for me, completely inedible. We reported the problem and the pizza was remade, but the second version was even worse than the first.
The situation didn't improve when it came to the bill: we reported the problem to the pizza chef, but instead of listening to the criticism, we received an unprofessional response. My friend was even told that she was "used to frozen pizzas," a comment we found inappropriate and completely unjustified.
In the end, we paid the full amount—€19 each for a pizza that, in my case, was undercooked, and a simple bottle of water. Considering that at 7:30 PM the place was completely empty, I now understand why.
Based on my personal experience, I wouldn't recommend this place.

30/06/2026: Trusted kebab shop, it has changed significantly over time, with changes in ownership, the food is always good, let's say the inside doesn't always seem very clean, but if you want an excellent pizza or kebab sandwich you're in the right place.

This bar appears in the Vinted app as a partner for Poste Italiane deliveries, offering the option of self-service packaging and the use of a digital label. However, every time I showed up to use this service, I was rudely told that they don't provide envelopes or packaging materials.
The problem isn't just the refusal to provide the service, but also the way it's communicated to customers. On several occasions, the staff has been unhelpful and rude, sparking arguments instead of providing clear and professional explanations.
If a location doesn't intend to offer a certain service, it should properly indicate this and treat customers with respect. Personally, I won't be returning and I advise anyone who uses Vinted or Poste Italiane to seek out other more reputable and collaborative locations.

09/05/2026: I called to order two pizzas at 7:30 PM and asked if delivery was possible at 8:30 PM. They confirmed it. I had to call at 8:50 PM to ask what had happened to the pizzas, and they told me they were about to be baked. It seems absurd, but okay. I had to call back at 9:09 PM to find out the status, and only then was I told they had left. The pizzas arrived 40 minutes late. I understand what you want, but when a customer asks if a time is available, instead of accepting and then making these mistakes, wouldn't it have been fair to tell us it wasn't possible?
26/03/2026: It's a real shame, the pizza is good, but the service makes everything worse. It's not the first time I've ordered from them, and it's not even the first time it's been late, but it will definitely be the last time I order. Delivery is scheduled for 8:00 PM...8:15 PM. I call for information, and with zero professionalism and a lot of indifference, they proceed to reply, "We're making it now." I'm truly shocked by service like this. The pizza was ordered at 7:00 PM, so there was plenty of time to prepare it calmly, but they obviously don't care.
If you want some advice, try ordering the day before, maybe it will arrive on time the next day.

03/08/2026: We always ordered from Santa Lucia and always had a good experience, but the last two times the pizzas were awful... last night we got 4 pizzas for 38 euros and they tasted fake. Flavorless mozzarella, very hard pizza dough that tasted like plastic... I don't know if the management has changed, but we'll never call them again.
15/06/2026: I'm updating this review because, in my last few orders, I've found pizzas that were burnt on the bottom and the edge, and they've recently increased their prices by about €0.50/€2.00 depending on the toppings, while maintaining the same quality (the Margherita is one of those that went from €5 to €6.50, or the prosciutto and mushrooms went from €6.50 to €8.50... I personally changed pizzerias for these reasons.
