22/11/2025: I'd give zero stars without regrets, but the system doesn't allow it. I live abroad and am visiting Italy for a short while. This pizzeria was recommended to me by a local resident. I ordered at 7:15 PM, with delivery taking 30 minutes, as the restaurant stated. I asked them to call me when the delivery arrived, since the entrance gate wouldn't open due to an electrical problem. After waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes, I called the pizzeria, but the number was still busy. After literally a few seconds, they called me, and on the line, I got a rude, angry man who swore at me and claimed he'd tried calling my cell phone (which wasn't true, as I didn't provide one, as I have a foreign number) and my landline "100 times" to let me know the delivery was coming to my door. I paid for the delivery, gave the courier a tip to apologize for the wait, and asked how long he'd been waiting. He told me "less than 5 minutes." It's important to point out that my number was busy because I was trying to contact the pizzeria about a delivery that arrived more than an hour late. Naturally, I got in touch with the owner. In no way should a business owner address a customer this way, much less a woman. Poor quality pizza; I've had better abroad, and that says it all. I will never order again and will inform all my friends and acquaintances in the area to do the same.

31/05/2026: I've always ordered for delivery. I've always found the pizzas excellent (they don't make the one with escarole anymore...). I've always had issues with the service in previous years. To be honest, I have to say that yesterday the pizza arrived right on time, piping hot, fresh from the oven, and excellent! Congratulations guys! I don't know what's changed from last year to today, but keep up the good work! Well done!

26/03/2026: I ordered a Margherita pizza and a kebab piadina for delivery for €13. I received a dry piadina with no sauce and a PIECE OF RAW MEAT, and the Margherita arrived with the wrong anchovies on top!!

28/04/2026: Found this local gem while walking between La Dársena and Porta Genova. I stumbled upon this spot, which was buzzing with locals enjoying coffee and snacks—always a good sign! Even though I don't speak much Italian, the waiter was incredibly patient and asked, "Vuoi mangiare?" (Do you want to eat?). He took the time to explain the menu to me, and I settled on the sea urchin pasta with a glass of crispy white wine. it was a world-class lunch in a casual street setting. It was a moment!

11/04/2026: If you walk into a pastry shop and ask for a chocolate cream puff and without batting an eyelid they give you a cream puff with Nutella inside (thinking it's the same thing), it means you haven't walked into a pastry shop but into a pastry shop cosplayer.

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, my experience with the pizzeria was very negative. I called and the person who answered spoke rudely and disrespectfully. Even before the quality of the food, it's the way you treat your customers that makes the difference. I strongly recommend reviewing your customer service approach if you want to maintain a good reputation.

20/04/2026: The bar is a collection of very shady characters. The place is run by a couple of incredibly rude and uncouth people. I have never, and I mean NEVER!!!, received a hello, good morning, thank you, or goodbye in response to my greetings. Packages are left on the kitchen counter where they prepare the "food" they provide on the premises. Until recently, you had to attach the shipping label yourself with two tiny pieces of scotch tape. Now they've evolved, but you still have to attach the plastic folder yourself, and that's it. Furthermore, there are always 3-4 children at one table in the place, probably the owners' kids, eating, doing homework, and glued to TikTok amidst that mix of smoking, drinking, and delinquency. I feel sorry for those poor kids. I hope the NAS (National Police) visits soon. Thank God, they've opened another post office, and I'll NEVER set foot in there AGAIN.

26/04/2026: The pizza and kebab focaccia were top notch... the guys were kind and polite... they know their job very well... thanks to them I started eating kebab... today I had a spicy salami pizza to try... delicious...

21/04/2026: You can also come and get the kebab that you brought me an hour late because I won't eat it anyway. I'll even bring it back to you because I've already finished the payment.
