As soon as I entered the Burger King, I immediately ran to the bathroom, but I noticed there were no bathrooms for non-binary people. And since I'm one of them, I felt harassed. I started screaming in pain and despair, calling for help. The clerks came to me and said, "The bathroom is in front of you, come in!" Hearing this, I felt sick, both mentally and physically, as my pants were about to change color. But I couldn't take it anymore and threw myself on the toilet. I'm still sorry for the terrible stench that emanated throughout the place. But this is what you deserve, since in 2026, not having bathrooms for every type of sexual orientation is unacceptable. I will report this place to the local health authority for inspection. Goodbye and have a good evening (I had a sandwich, and since it was good, I'm giving it 3 stars, for goodness' sake.)

Rude staff, long waits for food despite there being 3 of us inside, errors in orders, non-existent table service despite the totem telling you to enter the number, poor quality food, raw bacon in the sandwiches.

28/04/2026: Found this local gem while walking between La Dársena and Porta Genova. I stumbled upon this spot, which was buzzing with locals enjoying coffee and snacks—always a good sign! Even though I don't speak much Italian, the waiter was incredibly patient and asked, "Vuoi mangiare?" (Do you want to eat?). He took the time to explain the menu to me, and I settled on the sea urchin pasta with a glass of crispy white wine. it was a world-class lunch in a casual street setting. It was a moment!

11/04/2026: If you walk into a pastry shop and ask for a chocolate cream puff and without batting an eyelid they give you a cream puff with Nutella inside (thinking it's the same thing), it means you haven't walked into a pastry shop but into a pastry shop cosplayer.

The vibe over there is immediately more relaxed and welcoming — the kind of place that makes you want to linger. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to eat there this time. Still, I left wondering: What kind of culture is the team here trying to build? Because the food shows promise — it’s just the warmth that was missing.

26/05/2025: Excellent cuisine, not an overwhelming number of dishes to choose from, but great quality and attention. They don't pressure you to clear the table, which is extremely pleasant.

12/08/2026: DO NOT GO HERE!!! 8 euros for service charge. rude staff. overpriced drink and it does not warn you before you drink that the 4 euro service charge is per person.

12/07/2026: We're quite regular customers. This evening I ordered two pizzas, asked for them to be cut, and agreed on a 7:30 PM delivery time. As often happens, the delivery was delayed by at least 20 minutes, the pizzas were smaller each time, and they weren't even cut as requested. The staff is polite and courteous, but they could just improve on the things mentioned above.

15/08/2026: Not all "Spontini" pizzas are the same. Pizza can vary from pizza maker to pizza maker, depending on their "hand" and much more. I found it excellent here. Update: maybe the pizza maker has changed. Bacon pizza, which used to be generous and crispy, has become a sagging strip. I got a discount, but I don't care about the discount.

26/10/2025: We stayed at a nearby hotel and were still hungry in the evening. We stumbled upon it more by chance; they mostly offer delivery or pickup pizzas, but there are also a few tables for sit-down dining. The pizzas were phenomenally delicious and reasonably priced. Since the owners barely speak English, it made the experience wonderfully authentic. If we ever come back to the area, we'll definitely be back.

30/07/2026: Excellent pizza! I was there the day before yesterday and ordered a round (smoked) pizza. I complimented it, and they recommended I try the slice. This evening I came for the slice (speck and Zola) and it was excellent!

22/07/2026: Excellent pizza by the slice. Try them all, but the spicy salami and tuna/onion one is excellent. Enzo, the pizza chef and owner, is always smiling, even when it's 60 degrees outside the oven. He welcomes you with a smile. I often order by phone, and when I arrive, the pizza is ready within 10 minutes! Average prices. Regular or extra-large portions...even a half slice if you want a different flavor! I definitely recommend trying theirs! 🍕!

17/05/2026: Pizza sometimes raw and sometimes burnt, the ham is cut thickly and difficult to chew, and among other things, every time we order from this pizzeria, the delivery guy never has change. We called the pizzeria beforehand to let them know that it wasn't my time that he didn't have change. We always spend 18 euros and he never got the 2 euros change, and afterward the pizzeria called us back saying that he had given us the famous 2 euros, almost calling us liars. Highly discouraged, we will change pizzerias.
