22/11/2025: I'd give zero stars without regrets, but the system doesn't allow it. I live abroad and am visiting Italy for a short while. This pizzeria was recommended to me by a local resident. I ordered at 7:15 PM, with delivery taking 30 minutes, as the restaurant stated. I asked them to call me when the delivery arrived, since the entrance gate wouldn't open due to an electrical problem. After waiting 1 hour and 35 minutes, I called the pizzeria, but the number was still busy. After literally a few seconds, they called me, and on the line, I got a rude, angry man who swore at me and claimed he'd tried calling my cell phone (which wasn't true, as I didn't provide one, as I have a foreign number) and my landline "100 times" to let me know the delivery was coming to my door. I paid for the delivery, gave the courier a tip to apologize for the wait, and asked how long he'd been waiting. He told me "less than 5 minutes." It's important to point out that my number was busy because I was trying to contact the pizzeria about a delivery that arrived more than an hour late. Naturally, I got in touch with the owner. In no way should a business owner address a customer this way, much less a woman. Poor quality pizza; I've had better abroad, and that says it all. I will never order again and will inform all my friends and acquaintances in the area to do the same.

19/12/2025: Order never arrived I ordered from Spontini (Via Marghera) through Glovo, but the food never arrived, even though it shows as delivered on the app. I tried contacting customer service with no response.

07/03/2026: A trattoria where you eat well and pay a fair price. It's increasingly rare to find places like this in Milan, with a small, friendly atmosphere that's all substance and no frills. The Venetian cuisine is excellent.

15/11/2025: As many others here write, I am very skeptical that you only get the amount on a calculator and no receipt. It also seems that it is mostly tourists who have this experience and react to it, so it is possible that they are cheating a few Euros out of the tourists here. The pizza was also very average and nothing I have not eaten many times before. The beer was also bad. Tasted sour. Maybe it is supposed to be like that, but it was not good. Difficult to judge the price, as I do not know what I actually paid for what here. Do not recommend and will not return to this place. Update: after a few visits here I got diarrhea that has persisted for over a day now. Stay away from this place!

01/02/2026: Always a classic Spontini pizza, thanks also to the pizza chef (I think his name is Bye), who's always very kind and friendly with customers and has a smile. When he makes the pizza, it's better because he always makes sure it's made correctly and crispy.

For €5, you definitely don't expect the best kebab of your life, but neither do you expect a sandwich with practically nothing but vegetables, nonexistent meat, and questionable quality. Respect for those who work, but also for those who pay.

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, my experience with the pizzeria was very negative. I called and the person who answered spoke rudely and disrespectfully. Even before the quality of the food, it's the way you treat your customers that makes the difference. I strongly recommend reviewing your customer service approach if you want to maintain a good reputation.

30/01/2026: I dined at this restaurant two nights ago. Excellent service, very friendly staff, and a friendly and professional owner. Excellent food. I tried both the pizzeria, with a giant but very light calzone, and the kitchen, with an equally large and delicious cutlet. I felt at home. Highly recommended.

26/10/2025: We stayed at a nearby hotel and were still hungry in the evening. We stumbled upon it more by chance; they mostly offer delivery or pickup pizzas, but there are also a few tables for sit-down dining. The pizzas were phenomenally delicious and reasonably priced. Since the owners barely speak English, it made the experience wonderfully authentic. If we ever come back to the area, we'll definitely be back.

21/02/2026: I hope the chef at this beloved restaurant lives a long and healthy life. Therefore, this chef must have intentionally made the food salty for us, foreigners. Because serving insanely salty food is a given, suggesting the chef is either severely zinc deficient or has lost his sense of taste due to diabetes. If the manager sees this, I hope he recommends a health checkup or long-term treatment. I'm also concerned that the front desk staff may be under so much stress that their cortisol levels are too high. If at least two people had such a sullen expression that they left half their food behind, wouldn't it be reasonable to ask what the problem is? However, I'm more concerned that they may have neglected their customer service due to their overwork. Considering all these medical issues, I recommend closing the restaurant for about a year to recuperate. Since it's right in front of the cathedral, the atmosphere is a 4. While it's not immediately visible, dining at an outside table, thanks to the bustling streetscape, shouldn't be a bad experience.

14/02/2026: If there is 0 i will give this place a solid zero, ordered caesar salad and the chicken came RAW! As it was placed directly from the fridge to the plate, this says a lot about the food quality and the hygiene… the clams pasta came very very oily but at least it was acceptable enough to eat, the staff are rude and careless about your complaints which was the cherry on top for this absolute worst experience in my italy visit !, will never recommend this place.

25/11/2025: Unfortunately, it was a negative experience. When we asked for a simple menu change due to food intolerances, it was clear from the owner's manner that she was annoyed by our request. She pretended not to hear, reacted arrogantly, and left the menu on the counter, saying "NICE MENU!" without even listening to a request that was important to us. We were shocked. Not only did she not pay attention to us, but she continued serving other customers while completely ignoring us, leaving us with a menu full of items we couldn't even order. We left and have no intention of returning, because her behavior was truly rude and unprofessional.

22/11/2025: The service is truly awful. The lady who runs the restaurant is extremely rude: if you try to report a food intolerance or simply ask for a change in your order, she ignores you and responds rudely. It's impossible to want to return or spend your money in a place where you're treated so poorly.
