30/08/2025: The pizza wasn't bad (though not as good as it used to be), but honesty isn't the order of the day. After ordering a small pizza, I noticed at the pizzeria that it's no longer listed on the menu. Without warning, they still made me a small pizza, but at the price of a regular one. And, not for the first time, they always skim off that extra 50 cents on the receipt out of nowhere. No comment.

In addition to the pizzas on the menu, you can also find some "limited edition" combinations that are definitely worth trying! 30/10/2025: New management, a modern, aseptic atmosphere, chic restaurant decor that doesn't reflect the reality, both in terms of service and food. Prices have only increased significantly, starting with the cover charge. If you remember the old artists' café—welcoming, warm, and pleasant... a favorite place... hold on to that memory. A terrible experience.

28/10/2025: I was there on a Sunday. The place was very welcoming, the staff were very kind and attentive, and the atmosphere was sophisticated. You can eat à la carte, and also order pizza. The prices are a little high, but it's worth it. I'll definitely be back.

At Platz, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere and delicious food with a unique quality/price ratio. You're welcomed by Federica, who, with her smile, empathy, and professionalism, knows how to find a solution even for last-minute reservations. This is possible because Federica and her team work closely together, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, and I think they're the true soul of the place! Congratulations, guys, until the next lunch!

09/11/2025: A great experience to make a good impression, in my case, a dinner. The meat was excellent and very well prepared. I promise to try the pizzas, very inviting. The quality/price ratio was in line... The staff was attentive and punctual, congratulations.

30/10/2025: Entering Pizzeria I Portici is like stepping back in time: the smell of freshly baked dough, a blazing wood-fired oven, and a welcome that makes you feel at home from the first smile. I've ordered and eaten several pizzas: the dough is light and digestible, the tomato is sweet and balanced, the buffalo mozzarella is incredibly fresh. Every bite is a little journey between simplicity and perfection. Fast service, friendly but never intrusive staff. The prices are fair (a Margherita and a can of tea are €6) and the portions are generous. In short: one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Authentic, with quality ingredients and a lively atmosphere. ⭐ Rating: 9.5/10 – Highly recommended!

21/09/2025: The pizza is just as I remember it. We ordered one with pistachios and lemon zest and another with spicy salami and red onion. Both are very good, with unique flavors. The dough seems quite light, thin, and has thin edges. It helps you feel less full, so we were able to have a dessert, which was also very tasty.

19/10/2025: Pizza with a thick crust and a light, easily digestible dough, topped with top-quality ingredients. But above all, the desserts are exceptional: the delicious ricotta cannoli and the pastiera surpassing anything I've had in Naples. Fast and courteous service. I highly recommend it.

10/11/2025: A terrible experience, one to forget!!!! I booked a table for two on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, making sure, as stated on their website, they made gluten-free pizza. Of course, they said yes. I called back on Thursday, November 6, 2025, asking if they could add two more people because a couple of friends of mine, also interested in gluten-free pizza, had joined me. So, I requested a table for four on Saturday, November 8, 2025, and I asked them to reconfirm that they made gluten-free pizza. Of course, they said yes. I was told over the phone that they had two shifts, the first at 7:30 PM and the second at 9:00 PM. I booked for the first shift. I drove 30 km to get there. When we arrived, we sat down and immediately ordered the gluten-free pizza. I was immediately told they had run out. Regardless of the fact that I booked several days in advance, this inconvenience shouldn't have happened. In any case, I booked for the first serving, so I struggle to understand how they could have run out of gluten-free dough. It was embarrassing; my friends and I drove 30 km to be told they didn't have gluten-free dough. I was incredibly pissed off because something like this can't and shouldn't happen. This is pure disrespect for the customer, and it's also cunning; perhaps they were hoping I'd choose the second course so I'd spend more. Obviously, we left because we couldn't accept this situation. The thing I should have done was call the Guardia di Finanza and have them check when they'd run out of gluten-free dough, because let's face it, this definitely feels like a customer scam. This situation, however, won't end here, because I assure you they will pay for the bad impression I made with my friends, the 30 km there and 30 km back, and the total lack of respect for the customer. I'm already taking steps to do so. They didn't even try to make amends in any way; they simply said, after I got angry, that I was right, in a very superficial and almost sarcastic manner. In any case, avoid this restaurant because people like this don't deserve anything. I'm not giving zero stars because it's just not possible. Massimiliano

25/10/2025: I've been to this place and can't say enough about the service. I was disappointed with the carbonara, which was made with pancetta and wasn't the real carbonara I expected! The draft beer isn't good. The other thing I noticed was that the grated cheese was uncovered in the hallway before the bathroom. I think they need to be more careful about food storage.
