05/08/2026: I just went to Pizzamania and unfortunately have to leave a negative review. I ordered a pizza with fries, asking for them to be well done, but they still arrived raw. It's a real shame, because the pizza dough is good and you can taste the quality, but the raw fries completely ruin the experience. I hope they pay more attention to this detail in the future.

10/08/2026: We stayed in Gallarate for 2 days and ate here both nights. Just: wow! It is a family owned restaurant, everyone was so nice and came by our table to have a chat. Absolutely lovely food, you could taste that it was made the way it was intended. Both pizza and pasta (definitely try the Pasta Carbonara) were on point. And the Baba… pfew, amazing! Thank you La Ruota for making us feel so at home❤️

04/08/2026: I went there for dinner and had pizza. Nothing to complain about the ingredients or the service. What's left a bitter taste in my mouth lately, however, is that pizza, which is a popular food, has a minimum price of 7 euros for a marinara and can reach over 20 euros. The average price is between 11 and 15 euros, which I think is a bit expensive. However, it's in line with some pizzerias in Brescia.

09/08/2026: We went to this restaurant because they have gluten-free pizza. I'll start by saying I'm looking for it because I'm allergic to nickel, and the gluten-free dough is made with white rice flour and cornstarch, while the "regular" pizzas almost always have mixed whole wheat flour. I asked if the dough is made with cornstarch or corn flour, and they said they didn't know because they don't make it themselves. Well, I'll order the regular pizza, resigned. My daughter will order the porky pizza (salami, fries, and sausage)... the kids' favorite... except for the spicy salami. Shocked! The service is slow and unprepared. Aside from me, who knew I'd be sick, my husband also had trouble digesting the pizza. The only positive note... Bindi's desserts.

01/08/2026: A wonderful discovery upon our arrival in Pavia. The best seafood spaghetti we've ever had, and the pizzas were fantastic. Very pleasant service. This pizzeria is a must-try; it stands out with its high-quality ingredients! Definitely worth a visit... A French family

26/03/2026: We went to Anche last night. It was my first time. The place was unusually empty, which was a bit confusing at first, but it didn't affect either the quality of the ingredients or the friendliness of the staff. As soon as we entered, we found a seat right away and were greeted by very friendly staff. The menu is simple and straightforward, though initially confusing: you'd expect the classic Milanese cutlet, but here the concept is different. The cutlet becomes a base on which to add a filling, a bit like a pizza. We chose the "mini" version, which is actually anything but small, about 250 grams. The quality is high, and you get the feeling of a well-standardized product, easily replicable. This is definitely a plus, especially considering the potential for expansion to more locations. As a lover of Milanese cutlet, I noticed significant differences, both in the breading and in the meat, which is pork. Despite this, the cutlet was pleasant and light enough to finish without difficulty. Overall, the experience was positive. I'm giving the food four stars, not five, because it feels more like a well-crafted product than a truly artisanal dish. The restaurant works, but the offerings aren't entirely my cup of tea. Even the atmosphere, with many empty tables, leaves a somewhat peculiar feeling.

15/03/2026: Super tasty eggplant cutlet. Excellent for vegetarians. I recommend the gorgonzola and fig one.

22/04/2026: Great experience. I tried their pizza and I have to say I really liked it. The dough melted in the bite. The mozzarella was good, a lovely milky white color without being too burnt. The sweet tomato sauce was balanced. Excellent pizza at a really low price. Not to mention the friendly owners, who were top notch!

18/03/2026: I can say it with certainty: it's the best pizza in Brescia! I've tried many pizzerias in Brescia, but I've never found a pizza better than Roland's. I've been going to this place since I lived in Bovezzo, and even now that I live in Lamarmora, I still come all the way to Mare Blu in Concesio to eat there. Because it's truly exceptional. 31/07/2026: Good Milanese pizza, not greasy, easy to digest, even some Neapolitan friends liked it. It's not too expensive for Milan.

30/06/2026: I waited several orders before writing this review. I'll start by saying this pizza is the furthest thing from crispy I've ever seen. Despite the fact that the owner uses it as the first word to identify his place, it's not crispy. The pizza would even be good (3 stars), if it weren't for the fact that the bottom is always soggy. What I really don't understand, however (hence the reason for the 2 stars and not the 3 it deserves), is that for the three years that I've been ordering it every now and then, the pizza has always arrived with a burnt crust and often with part of the bottom even burned. As you can clearly see from the photo. I have no complaints about the delivery guys, who are always friendly. Bottom line: if it were truly crispy as described, it would deserve 4 stars! My partner, who's been ordering it since it was on Via Adua, can't understand why it was one of her favorite pizzas before, and for a few years now, she's been disappointed!

15/06/2026: The best pizza by the slice. You can taste the care and attention that goes into selecting the ingredients and the love that goes into preparing them. Even reheated in the oven the next day, it's divine.
