07/03/2026: Small restaurant very close to the Colosseum, fast service, but the hamburger wasn't great and the pasta was very ordinary.

24/02/2026: The supplì are truly awful. Soft, overcooked, limp, they break in your hand and you can't even get one to your mouth. And unfortunately, it's not the first time it's happened to me here.

28/02/2026: They charge a 10% service fee, and the toilets are收费 (paid). Even though we were regular customers, they charged us.

27/02/2026: Overpriced , under-delivered. Riding on the location and think they can rip you off . Colloseum, trevi and vatacan all reasonble priced. here charged 18euro for 2 coffee . Go to the one next door

12/12/2025: 1 star because I couldn't give it 0! Ordered on Just Eat, delivery was expected to be 50 minutes, which is understandable considering I work on the weekend. However, the order never arrived, 40 minutes late, and the restaurant was unavailable by phone. After a 45-minute wait, the pizzas were delivered. The pizza was hard, seemed frozen, and had a questionable flavor. The gluten-free pizza was hard, toasty, and obviously frozen (a 4-euro surcharge, ridiculous)! The fries were also bad. We spent 30 euros for a terrible meal. Highly not recommended.

08/01/2026: Too bad, I thought it would be better, they don't have wine, they made me taste a poor wine, a white Vermentino already opened and already half consumed, telling me they had no other wine at the time... poor restaurant, 3 euros for credited bread that is not bread, but four pieces of very ordinary white pizza, bucatini all'amatriciana, which were nothing special, in fact they were 'barely adequate', the prices are quite high for what they offer.

04/06/2025: Esperábamos bastante tiempo para sacar una mesa afuera, aunque había dos disponibles: los camareros no las limpiaban ni nos decían nada, así que finalmente tuvimos que sentarnos. También tardaron mucho en tomar nuestro pedido, y tuve que ir a preguntarles de nuevo. El camarero que finalmente nos ayudó fue muy grosero y no dio una explicación clara. Entiendo que están ocupados, pero eso no justifica ser grosero con los clientes.

19/10/2025: We waited two hours just for the appetizer, and for the food we waited forever. I highly recommend this place. You bring one dish each, but there's no ashtray. My question is, are the waiters paid enough? My advice: wake up, you're working, hurry up, you're so slow.

03/01/2026: The food was quite tasty, but the service was disheveling. The table was wiped with a cloth in front of us, leaving a typical cloth smell – I regret not leaving then – but it was raining heavily. The waitress took our order for freshly squeezed orange juice, and a moment later someone rushed over to explain that they were out of oranges and could use bottled juice. I ordered a pizza, but after a long wait, they brought pasta. I asked for a replacement, which prolonged the wait. The pizza was okay. Overall, I wouldn't recommend it.

30/12/2025: I had breakfast here, pancakes and cappuccino. Friendly staff.

09/03/2026: The food is really bad. The drinks are not the best either. The place is a run down dump. TERRIBLY EXPENSIVE

23/12/2025: I bought two Margherita pizzas, which were kindly divided into slices. They were delicious and excellent value for money!

07/12/2025: Terrible service, poor quality ingredients. Incapable of managing a business; several orders were returned due to errors. Prices are higher than the menu (flyers) and don't match the signage displayed in the restaurant. I don't recommend it.

22/01/2026: We spent 30 euros on breakfast and luggage storage. The blonde girl was very nice. We went twice because it was next to the hotel; once we had breakfast there—two coffees and two sandwiches for 16 euros. Today we only had coffee on the terrace, and when I went to the bathroom, a brunette waitress followed me around the place and asked if I needed anything. I told her I needed the bathroom. When I came out, she was still there waiting for me, staring at me. Then, while we were getting our luggage (they store it in a bathroom they don't use), she kept watching me from a distance, never taking her eyes off me. She must have thought I was going to steal something, when, if anything, their prices are the real rip-off. It was a very rude gesture and completely unwarranted. There are much better and cheaper places in Rome.

10/02/2026: Horrible, I don't recommend it. Not only was the food quality terrible, but we were ripped off. We paid around €85 per person for something that wasn't even worth €20. Furthermore, the prices on the menu weren't the same as on the bill. A scam. A disgrace to Rome. They should close it down.

14/03/2026: Cappuccino €9, an absolute rip-off!

14/03/2026: Warning!!! Cappuccino costs €9 at the table. It's more of a trap. If you're a customer, you also pay for the restroom 🤷‍♂️ Coffee al'banco costs €2 - overheated.

27/02/2026: I won't go back there again, the two guys at the counter with zero desire to work, when I paid at the cashier the girl told me "when the aperitifs are ready we'll bring them to the table", I waited, the tray was ready on the counter and they were calmly talking and laughing among themselves, after five minutes I get up and go get it myself... The guy says to me "leave it, I'll bring it" and I reply if you wanted you had done so... I'll bring it to the table we consume and never again.....

13/02/2026: I was a little skeptical about eating at the mall, but I have to say it wasn't bad! Farinella has an efficient self-service system: you order, press the buzzer, and when it lights up, you go and pick up your lunch. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff are helpful and friendly. The food is good quality; I really enjoyed the starters and side dishes, but the portions were a bit small. I wasn't entirely sold on the pan pizza; it was more like a soft focaccia. The sfogliatella was excellent, but it was a shame it was a bit cold. The coffee was the perfect finishing touch!
