14/08/2025: An experience to forget! The pizza was the worst I've ever eaten at an Alice Pizza store. It was rubbery, tasteless, and way too expensive (when I paid, I understood why). In fact, €16 for four slices of pizza felt like lead! But the worst thing was the behavior of the two counter staff, who just went about their business instead of rushing to serve the customers. One of them, a foreigner, in particular, complained when I was handed cards three times, arrogantly telling me, "These don't work," and then you can't spend the ADI card here... I mean, I can't buy pizza with my inclusion allowance, which is a food item? When did that happen? It's never happened to me before. SO TO ALL ADI CARD HOLDERS, DO NOT GO GET PIZZA FROM ALICE PIZZA because you're probably not welcome! Especially in Porta di Roma.

12/08/2025: To say it was a terrible experience would be a compliment... I went there for a quick lunch. The server, a woman with long red hair, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and very aggressive. Not to mention the burnt pizza, extremely salty and with a terrible dough, poor-quality cold cuts, and supplì fried terribly at a lower temperature than they should be, very oily and soggy. No tables, high prices for what they offer, i.e., very low-quality pizzeria. Never again. I emailed their customer service to report the location. 🤢🤮

04/06/2025: Esperábamos bastante tiempo para sacar una mesa afuera, aunque había dos disponibles: los camareros no las limpiaban ni nos decían nada, así que finalmente tuvimos que sentarnos. También tardaron mucho en tomar nuestro pedido, y tuve que ir a preguntarles de nuevo. El camarero que finalmente nos ayudó fue muy grosero y no dio una explicación clara. Entiendo que están ocupados, pero eso no justifica ser grosero con los clientes.

26/08/2025: Terrible service! We ordered two pizzas; one was okay, and the other was burned on the edges. We tried to eat them anyway. I took a slice and my friend took another, but when we looked at it, the bottom was completely burned, inedible. I called the waiter and told him we couldn't eat it because it was burned. He said it was the way the Romans made pizzas. I said, "How is that possible if the other one we ordered wasn't burned?" He asked if we wanted another. I said yes, and asked if he had to pay for another, and he said, "Sure!" You've already eaten half the pizza. The "half" of the pizza we ate was two slices, and we couldn't even eat the cheese on top. I thought he'd at least exchange the pizza for something edible. Not to mention the fact that the pizza was like a piece of paper with almost no toppings.

16/10/2025: Ignore the beautiful setting this place is trying to SCAM YOU! The older LADY running the place tried to Tell us we had to buy the whole bottle of wine as she could not pour just one glass. She quickly changed her tune after I asked to Look at the menu again. She insisted we paid in cash and wouldn’t take card, (this is illegal in Rome ) they have to accept card. AVOID AVOID AVIOD

16/10/2025: Pizza is pretty good. It's nice to have a drink in the evening with a view of the Pantheon. There's a lot of busking in front of the Pantheon.

14/10/2025: Mediocre food .. two dishes of pasta were mediocre.. pizza margaritas had a fishy taste for some reasons.. Food took one whole hour to arrive. Great location, pleasant service.. but as far as food is concerned, absolute disappointment

14/10/2025: The rating is spot on. They charged extra fees that weren't included on the receipt, and the staff was rude. In the end, I ended up paying more than I would have in a restaurant in Milan or Venice. The food was average.

07/10/2025: Catastrophic service, so far from what Rome can offer.

05/10/2025: The atmosphere was quiet. We dined inside, and the staff were attentive. We heard some people complaining. Maybe we were lucky, but we found the service quick and top-quality. The price was reasonable: two starters, a water and a 33cl Coke, came to €38. The starters were very good and a decent portion! We'll be back!

The menu cost less than 20 euros for a seafood pizza, plus a bottle of house wine and a bottle of sparkling water (as shown in the photo), for two people. They charged over 100 euros for the above, without giving us a detailed bill. Since we weren't in my own country, I couldn't argue and could only pay with tears in my eyes! God bless you 🙏

04/09/2025: Scam restaurant as others have said. They will offer you extras without telling you the price. Next thing you know you've got a massive bill. These reviews should be listed under Taverna Alfredo as that is the name they're trading under. Avoid at all costs.

20/09/2025: I wanted to get my son an ice cream cone but 2 flavors and cream cost me €4.10, honestly not even at Giolitti's costs that much, let alone a cone for a child at Porta di Roma.

07/10/2025: Every review is so on point. We sat for literally a couple of seconds, we didn’t have enough space and kindly asked to move slightly a chair. Owner proceeds to throw the menus on our table and then tells us to calm down. We calmly walked away and he started insulting us. At that point we responded and then checked the reviews of the bar. It was a pleasant surprise to see all the other bad reviews.

05/09/2025: Pitiful. We introduce ourselves politely, ask for a table for two: the red-haired waitress curtly says, "Wait outside," without even a hello. Fine, we wait... thirty seconds. And then, an elderly couple comes up behind us, asks for a table, and presto, magic: they're immediately found a seat. Us? Invisible, swept aside as if we didn't exist. A real comedy, except it's pathetic. Such a lack of consideration and such a mockery is unheard of. Result: an immediate U-turn. Losing customers because of such arrogance and incompetence, hats off!

20/08/2025: I do not recommend this restaurant, which doesn't even deserve to be called that. The €15 menu didn't include anything listed on it. We ordered spaghetti with shrimp, but there were no shrimp on our plates. I asked the waitress about it, and she replied, "I told you it was shrimp sauce." This was completely false. The sauce was industrial, tasteless, and there was no choice of desserts, just three types of industrial pies. Finally, €2 per person was added to the bill. This wasn't listed on the menu, even though it's mandatory. In short, a total disappointment!!!! This restaurant deserves a visit from the financial authorities. Even the receipt is questionable, with no details of what the price corresponds to!!!!!

09/10/2025: Scammers. 4 tiny slices of pizza for €19.50. They don't weigh the pizza. They see you as a fool and laugh at you.

08/10/2025: The pizza was delicious, the staff are friendly and helpful and the Aperol spritz is lovely
