16/02/2024: Ottimo posto carbonara top cacio e pepe top. Il personale è stato molto cordiale. Qualità prezzo buona. Primi piatti con una media di 10 euro. Circa 25 euro a persona.

31/12/2023: Terrible and disappointing experience. Food was very bad, we waited for 55 minutes just for one pizza and then the waiter started yelling on our pregnant friend because she asked can we move to the table inside because it started raining outside. On the top of that, resturant was very dirty.

05/09/2024: Let me start by saying that I have always come here, but we have never seen such terrible service (I'm talking about the message service), on Wednesday evening, the curly-haired girl on the message service was rude and listless in doing her job... it almost seemed like we were a burden, even pretending to not seeing each other.. I'm sorry because we always had a good time, service to be absolutely reviewed!!

30/06/2024: ottimo ristorante ,eccellente pizzeria ma non andate ne venerdì e neanche sabato.Siamo andati più volte e ritorneremo ancora ma non di venerdì.Venerdi, avevamo prenotati per la cena e siamo giunti sul posti alle 20,15 .Come al solito in poco tempo hanno preso l'ordine e portate a tavola le bevande alle 21,20 ho chiesto se era possibile di essere serviti rinunciando all'antipasto alle 21,40 veniamo.serviti e non era molto pieno..Concludo di venerdì non andate e nemmeno di sabato.

21/05/2024: Ero già stato altre volte in questo ristorante per piacevolissimi pranzi di famiglia. Sono tornato oggi perché ero di passaggio ed ho ordinato una bistecca di manzo con cottura media. Purtroppo la bistecca era dura e purtroppo non era a cottura media ma quasi bruciata e questo ovviamente ha reso la carne ancora più dura !!! Ho mangiato finché ho potuto ma poi sono stato costretto a mandare indietro circa metà bistecca (non chiedendo altro in sostituzione) e spiegandone alla cameriera il motivo. All'atto del conto con mia grande sorpresa mi è stata fatta pagare la bistecca come se nulla fosse accaduto! L'ho fatto presente alla cameriera che mi ha risposto di parlarne al proprietario ma mi sono rifiutato perché ci sono cose che si ottengono e non si chiedono! A mio parere sarebbe stata opportuna una maggiore attenzione nei confronti di un cliente ... tutto qui !

02/06/2024: Shocking experience!!! This evening I went to the pizzeria, I found the counter full of trays of pizza and while they were serving the customers one of the girls who worked there was cleaning the windows with the cif, not caring about the fact that the product could contaminate the pizza.

11/08/2024: Ristorante di quartiere, con piccolo dehors esterno. La pizza(pinsa) fatta molto bene,l'impasto la cosa migliore. Ingredienti freschi; personale molto gentile e allegro. Consigliato.

09/08/2024: I had dinner with my family at Rigatoni during our first stay in Italy. The food was delicious, really great! Unfortunately, the service was not very interested in us, who were not their regular customers, which is a pity. For this reason, we visited Rigatoni for the second time, but with the option of takeaway. I recommend greater interest in new customers, we also deserve attention 😉

20/08/2024: The food is good, the waiter was good. What can I say about bad things is that I wait long for tiramisu but I recommend this restaurant for everyone who is in Lido.

17/08/2024: Tutto squisito, ingredienti di alta qualità, a partire dalle pinse, passando per i primi piatti e il pesce fresco, dessert delizioso. Lo consiglio vivamente

It's a shame, however, that the waiters start telling you more than an hour before closing that they will close at 9pm, putting you in a bit of a rush and anxiety (even more than once, by the way!). They rightly want to close on time, and that's fine, but it's not the best communication towards the customer!

10/07/2024: Horrible experience. I can accept that it is difficult to understand each other when the restaurant does not speak English, but hearing the waiter speak unpleasantly over you in Italian is intolerable. The latter did not stop watching me eat and commenting on everything I was doing and almost insisted on the quantity of parmesan that I had to put in my spaghetti I will have at least broken my speed record for meals because I wanted to escape this restaurant so much.

28/07/2024: One star!! but also to close! Good pizza and toppings Good fried foods Now you will say why 1st closure??!! Simply because I was eating a piece of pizza in the room where there are people who roll out pizza or something else for takeaway or delivery.... Disturbing with the gloves that rightly handled the food touch the money from the cash register!!! You must first fail and then close permanently!!@@ But I say in 2024 in a country like ours you don't know that money is manipulated by millions of people! You suck!@@ Shame!!! And I don't want to hear two thousand things I have to do, so if you work, hire more staff, if it costs too much, take fewer orders!
