16/02/2025: una scelta improvvisata. Reduci da una prenotazione di un ristorante al Colosseo abovinevole (siamo arrivati alle 8 e siamo scappati subito senza sedersi) ci siamo guardati in giro e ci siamo avventurati in viale aventino dove abbiamo notato il ristorante Numa, dopo aver controllato anche i ristoranti nelle vicinanze, ci siamo avventurati in questa nuova scelta. Sorpresa per gli interni che ci hanno riportato indietro in alcuni ristoranti di New York, molto belli. Abbiamo ricevuto subito le attenzioni dei ragazzi di servizio ed ordinato subito. Supplì fatti in casa super, crocchette di bollito super, ottima mortadella con pane fatto in casa super. Dopo la scelta è caduta sulla pizza e la focaccia ripiena di iberico. Porzioni abbondanti. Ottimo prosecco. Accoglienza da parte del direttore Samuele veramente professionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente a presto.

06/01/2025: Cena sera della Befana. Ci accoglie una gentile signorina che però poi risulterà assolutamente inutile alla bisogna. Un gentilissimo e simpatico cameriere prende la nostra ordinazione con empatia e savoire faire. I piatti, pur nella loro intrinseca semplicità, risultano gradevoli ed abbondanti. I problemi nascono quando il “nostro” cameriere se ne va, forse per fine turno. Finito di consumare rimaniamo un lunghissimo tempo ignorati e con i piatti sporchi sul tavolo. Ordino alla “inutile” signorina un caffè ed il conto. I tempi si allungano ancora di molto senza che nessuno sparecchi e porti il caffè! Il ristorante è quasi vuoto, la signorina in piedi vicino a al nostro tavolo guarda fissa nel vuoto senza fare alcunché; i camerieri rimasti ed il pizzaiolo sono al bancone intenti ai fatti propri ed a “spippolare” al telefono. Indispettito mi alzo per sollecitare il mio ordine, arriva il caffè con scusa paradossale (la caffetteria è distante…..) ma il tavolo è ancora ingombro dei piatti sporchi che vengono tolti passandomi sotto al naso mentre degusto il caffè….! Insomma…. Partire bene per arrivare malissimo! PS clonate il cameriere iniziale!

03/10/2024: Super poor food, we took: A Peroni beer on tap 0.4 paid €7 and 2 fish first courses (a seafood and a spaghetti with clams) terrible, tasteless, it looked like a frozen sauce. Very high prices for how you eat. Very poor service, in a hurry, they were almost annoyed to let us eat. One of the worst places in Santa Marinella. Don't go there!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

14/03/2025: The girl serving this evening (14/03/2025 at 10.30 pm) at the counter was very rude. We went at 10.29pm to get a too good to go box. When she asked what we wanted, we told her about our order, but she replied that it was still early and there were 2/3 minutes left, when the app said only one minute, which they still wanted to wait without problems. The girl was sweeping and it took too much effort for her to stop! When he decided to serve us, he did so without obviously washing his hands. He prepared the box for us, nothing to say. We had asked in addition, obviously at the list price, the addition of a piece of pizza, but the lady replied "that she had already put it in another box" and it was difficult for her to weigh it and sell it to us.

27/02/2025: Pessima accoglienza, cameriera senza modi e scorbutica, sconsigliato se avete bambini piccoli, della serie siete un numero avendo l opzione “mangia a volta a basso prezzo” la clientela c è quindi o ti tratto bene o male io il tavolo lo occupo sicuro e mene sbatto del servizio offerto! Sulla Pinsa nulla da dire di buona qualità e vasta scelta come le bevande servizio al tavolo nella media però ripeto il cattivo rapporto con il cliente oscura il tutto!

23/02/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il compleanno di una nostra amica con la formula AYCE a 12euro che comprendeva. 2 arrosticini Pinse illimitate Bevande (inclusa birra) illimitate Pinsa con la Nutella Che dire, tutto buono, impasto delle pinse ottimo, condimento valido. Personale cortese e attento. Possibilità di riordinare tranquillamente.

19/01/2025: Siamo clienti abituali e abbiamo deciso di pranzare qui il giorno di Natale. Il cibo è sempre buono, antipasti di affettati formaggi e pietanze romane come la trippa, primi buoni e abbondanti ma quel giorno diversi piatti erano tiepidi inclusa la carne che abbiamo lasciato per questo motivo e riscaldata perde di gusto e consistenza. Non smetteremo di andare dal caro Alberto comunque, fa la nostra pizza preferita.

17/11/2024: Comodissimo ristorante per chi alloggia in zona. Locale molto ampio, personale attento e cordiale. Pappardelle ai funghi porcini davvero ottime, carbonara non male. Mi sono pentito di non aver preso la carne poiché vedendo le portate degli altri tavoli sembrava davvero invitante.

09/03/2025: I gave one star, because you can't do less. I ordered a pizza on Saturday morning, for 8.30 pm. They tell me that they will bring it to me at 9pm, ok. The pizza will arrive at 9.30pm, without even warning in advance. Unfortunately I was forced to wait as I had already paid. But the even more obscene thing is that the pizza was hard as a stone, probably cooked an hour before and reheated just before delivery, which evidently due to organizational shortcomings could not take place at 8.30pm...

22/02/2025: Abbiamo ordinato diverse volte le pizze e l'impasto (alto) è ottimo come anche i condimenti. Le pizze sono sempre arrivate calde e in orario. Voto 10 e lode!!!

30/12/2024: Terrible experience, absolutely not recommended! I ordered a rocket and salmon pizza, along with some fried food. The fried foods were excessively greasy, while the pizza was horrible, as demonstrated by the video I posted. Two counted pieces of salmon, a real joke! I called the pizzeria to report the problem. They apologized and offered me a discount for next time or to make the pizza again. I opted to have it redone, but it was an even worse choice: after 40 minutes of waiting, I called back to find out. No one was answering, and when I finally did, they hung up the call twice and, I suspect, even blocked my number! Result: no dinner and a ruined evening. Considering I just moved and haven't done any grocery shopping yet, this was a disaster. Unacceptable service and equally unacceptable food. Don't go, don't order, it's absolutely not worth it!

27/12/2024: Exquisite food, especially pasta (Roman cuisine) and grilled meat (there are also things for vegetarians)! Excellent service! Warm, colorful and welcoming environment (ideal for families and children, very large)! I highly recommend it! (especially if it's winter and you're in the place, when you enter it's so welcoming! With a nice hot plate of pasta even better!
