18/05/2025: There were 7 of us, 3 children and 4 adults, one of whom was pregnant. Average product. Extremely slow and disorganized. Ordered only pizzas and beer. 2 pizzas for two out of three children arrived after half an hour, the third after another 40 minutes. Finally the pizzas for the adults after another 20 minutes. Unfriendly service, as if everything was normal. Bill 95 euros for 3 beers and 7 pizzas. Poorly maintained place, windows in a pitiful state. Never again.

23/05/2025: Ho ordinato la pizza con Just Eat. Velocissimi e Pizza davvero gustosa. Aggiungerei pero’ l’ opzione: Base Rossa o Base Bianca, nella sezione “Crea la tua Pizza” su just Eat.

18/04/2025: First time trying this pizzeria, I wanted to get 3 pizzas and I ended up with 4, one was free. The pizza is classic Roman, low and crunchy, lightly leavened. Maybe a little small but I have to say they were good. Very friendly staff. I'll be back!

01/02/2025: Pay attention to the weight Attention they make a big deal about the weight, weighed pizza at home and found the difference of 40-50 grams every 200 grams weighed by them well over the tolerance margin of any trade balance. Brought it back and refunded but perhaps it would have been better to file a complaint. I will never get pizza again it will be good but don't get fooled either. I hope if they are intelligent they have fixed.the.scale....speechless.

16/02/2025: Abbiamo ordinato diverse volte da loro, nonostante ogni ordine a domicilio arrivasse con ALMENO 20 minuti di ritardo, ma almeno la pizza è sempre stata decente. Questa volta non solo ogni pizza era bruciata, ma anche molto piccola. Lo stesso vale per la porzione di patatine. Avrà anche prezzi modici, ma a questo punto non ne vale neanche più la pena.

14/03/2025: Strange to see the other reviews about food and service. Perhaps people didn’t go and try to make the effort to speak Italian, it always helps to try. Both couldn’t have been nicer for us. Friendly service and we got some trays of polpette with potatoes and maiale with olives. Loved them and the bread was excellent, still tasted fresh after a couple of days. Will be returning.

29/12/2024: Inedible fried foods Fat, greasy, heavy... and paid at €29'00 per kg I strongly advise against them, you only save the bread!

13/05/2025: Clean the oven where you heat the pizza by the slice.... It sucks!!!! I can't imagine the rest!!!

06/05/2025: I went to this place with friends for a quick snack for lunch and honestly I had a good time. I started with an aperitif garnished with delicious chips and peanuts. Then, they brought us a tray full of stuffed pizza bites and...not all very tasty. The restaurant is equipped with an external gazebo but unfortunately parking is a real problem because the area available is really small and, given that there is a post office adjacent to the restaurant, finding a parking space is a serious problem.

22/05/2025: Two of us went for lunch today. Very quiet, just us and one other person. Good and friendly service. The place was great. We ordered water, a salad, carbonara pasta, garlic and cayenne pasta, and a homemade tiramisu to share. Good. The tiramisu was very sweet for me, but I prefer savory food. The service was fast, helpful, and pleasant. It cost us €30. The only drawback: They don't accept credit cards.

Delicious pizzas with quality products that recall the ancient flavors of the past. The restaurant has a wide choice of Roman dishes on the menu. In a panorama of gastronomic offerings that increasingly push customers to discover sometimes unthinkable combinations, tradition wins here and succeeds very well. The innkeeper is truly the guardian of our taste. The pizzas are excellent and perhaps this is one of the few restaurants that still makes them Roman style, I feel like saying, hurray! that is, low and very light which makes you want to do it again while remaining very digestible. The classic and timeless tomato bruschetta is delicious, as is the focaccia with Parma and buffalo mozzarella. Zucchini flowers pizza with anchovies simply irresistible, tasty and cooked to perfection. Exceptional tiramisu, never tasted so good in a restaurant. La Baita since 1980, is the true history of catering, not entrepreneurial improvisations destined to appear and then disappear like the trends of the moment. An address to recommend and share with relatives and friends and for those who wish to taste the ancient flavors of tradition seasoned with the tenacity and love of those who have decided to dedicate their lives to catering. Listening to the memories of the managers is a romantic dive into the past, the Rome of the past, beautiful and damned. Welcoming environment with industrial references, quick and attentive service. Absolutely honest prices, time stopped in via Lucania 11a and we with it.

15/04/2025: Pizzas are slightly more expensive than normal but are double in size and toppings; really very good. Unfortunately, out of the twenty times we have been there, we have NEVER and I mean NEVER managed to pay what we should have; they always add a few euros.

27/05/2025: Apericena with friends, 2 sofas for 9 ... it's already a lot if 6 of us fit, unthinkable, a cube to put plates and glasses on ... madness, I hadn't been there for 3/4 years and we have seen that nothing has changed, they focus on quantity not quality, the situation had already been reported to me by friends but I wanted to give it a chance ... rejected for apericena, excellent instead the organization at the entrance and the service at the tables. Live music with a band until 11.30pm for those who like the genre, finally around 1.30 disco music of a certain level, drinks made by expert staff very good, overall rating 8, there are better in all of Rome.
