09/03/2026: Food is good a bit overpriced for this part of Rome but tasty service usually very friendly but also there is sneaky charges for bread that you didn’t order or extra service charges (in small print on the menu 12%) that’s fine but on one occasion we had this added twice and end up paying 24% extra plus we left the tip as staff won’t give you receipt just the print out from terminal

11/12/2025: Home review. After a long time, I finally found a pizzeria that knows how to make pizza! Wide selection, easy-to-digest dough, excellent toppings, REAL mozzarella, wood-fired oven, authentic Roman pizza! Congratulations, great work!

04/01/2026: The pizza wasn't great, but the problem was that they made us wait an hour and a half, and it was literally right outside our door. A friend of mine even called to get an explanation, but to no avail. Really disappointed, don't go there.

04/01/2026: Terrible. They're always late. We ordered 10 pizzas for 8:30 PM and they arrived at 10 PM. They didn't even apologize; in fact, we called at 9:00 PM and they still hadn't prepared the order. They're also very rude, and it's OUTSIDE OUR HOUSE!!! Absurd.

16/01/2026: There were two of us; we entered when there were only two tables occupied, for a total of seven people seated. We ordered a cartwheel pizza to share. After a 55-minute wait, I asked if we had to wait, as we'd otherwise leave. Even the tables next to us, which had filled up in the meantime, started commenting on the delay in their pizzas. Finally, it was ready, but to our great surprise, the cartwheel was practically a normal-sized pizza—not a cart, not even a cart. As for the taste, I have to say I'm still wondering what it was like, because it was tasteless. The oven service needs a lot of work, and not only that, because at that speed I don't want to think of a place full of customers... One last negative note: I noticed the waiter who welcomed us all by himself, brought the food, took the money and gave change at the register, and immediately set up the tables, touching napkins, cutlery, etc. This also needs to be reworked...

06/03/2026: We finally found a takeout pizzeria in the area with a wood-fired oven and excellent quality pizza! Both Roman and Neapolitan dough. Great toppings. Delivery times were met perfectly! See you soon!!

24/02/2026: I wanted to try this pizzeria because I saw they were having a grand opening a few days ago. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff is friendly and willing to make variations, and the wood-fired pizza is tasty and balanced... a pleasant surprise, and the prices are also attractive. Let's hope they don't go bad over time! :-)

08/02/2026: Alice's signature pizza, shallow and crunchy. When the place gets busy, there can be long waits because there's only one person serving. For example, a little further down is Mamma Pizza, which is the same size, but has at least three people behind the counter serving.

27/12/2025: Regarding the Just Eat order, I want to report the inappropriate and inappropriate behavior of the representative at the Alice Pizza store on Via Dei Castani. Although the order was confirmed for 7:15 PM, it arrived at my address at 7:45 PM, cold. When I asked for clarification during delivery, the delivery driver blamed the delay. I then contacted the store by phone. The person who answered the phone blamed the delivery driver, becoming uncooperative and even rude. Rather than finding a solution to the problem, he hung up on me. This isn't our first order from Alice Pizza Castani, but it will certainly be our last due to what happened.

01/12/2025: The appetizer was decent, the carbonara wasn't great, the guanciale was undercooked, and there was too much pecorino. We weren't given a menu. So the price was blind. 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, a bottle of pecorino, €63.... It could definitely be better. Friendly and welcoming staff.

19/10/2025: Terrible experience. We ordered 3kg of pizza for an impromptu dinner with friends and children. Since they were staying almost 15 minutes away, we asked a friend to pick up the order after work. She, unaware of the amount of pizza, paid and took what the girl at the counter gave her. As soon as she arrived at our house, with only one box of pizza, we realized our mistake, called and asked for an explanation. The order was ready, but we didn't understand why the pizzeria hadn't delivered it. Okay, it can happen, it shouldn't, but it can. We asked them to at least keep it warm until we could get back to pick it up. When we got to the pizzeria, the staff was completely indifferent (they made a mistake, and we paid, drove to pick up an order we were supposed to have picked up, but instead?). Not even a hint of an apology (meanwhile, we've already got half the pizza we ordered at home and the other half still at the pizzeria!!!). Not even the slightest bit of interest in the customer, as if nothing had happened. The worst part, however, was that they didn't even do us the "kindness" of keeping the remaining box warm at the pizzeria. What more can we say? If you like cold pizza or a quick drive... then this pizzeria is for you. For us, it's a NEVER AGAIN, and it's not because of the gross mistake (for better or worse, that's understandable), but rather the total disinterest shown in the customer, which is definitely not the case.
