26/01/2025: Servizio attento e veloce. Piatti ottimi e ben serviti, che uniscono sia piatti classici che piatti più ricercati che sono ben fatti. Sicuramente torneremo anche per provare le pinse.

11/01/2025: Este restaurante se encuentra en un hotel en un barrio que es algo menos que atractivo. El hotel en sí es muy agradable. Lo que uno nota durante la hora del almuerzo y la hora de la cena es que el lugar está completamente lleno con cada mesa menos una o dos que se reservan con antelación. Para los italianos llenar un restaurante es toda una declaración sobre la calidad de la comida que se sirve. El servicio es lo que uno esperaría de un establecimiento de lujo. Significa que los servidores son verdaderos profesionales. Algo tan simple como nunca cruzarse delante de ti hace una declaración sobre el calibre del personal. La comida en sí, absolutamente deliciosa y preparada y presentada por expertos. Dudo mucho que te decepcionara cenar aquí.

18/04/2025: There is certainly better. Lazy staff. Not even a smile the whole evening. Good food, but high prices and small portions. A waitress (I hope she's not the owner) clears the table, even taking away the napkins without even asking us if we want sweet or dessert. The environment is nice.

01/02/2025: Per i miei gusti direi niente di che, i carciofi erano molto unti, gli arrosticini freddi e anche il resto non ha soddisfatto le aspettative. Sono andate con persone che c'erano già state e si erano trovate bene.

11/10/2024: Eravamo in visita al Museo Storico Aeronautica Militare,e nonostante l'orario non fosse proprio dei migliori cercavamo dove pranzare... siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e familiarità , locale impeccabile, pietanze ottime ed abbondanti ad un prezzo più che onesto...e con attiguo laghetto di pesca sportiva dove il nipotino si è divertito un sacco! Se capitate in zona,da non perdere!

10/03/2025: Local near Guidonia. Good and particular appetizers with a wide choice on the menu. I found the real strength in the rigorously wood-fired pizza. The price was also fair. Price-quality pizzeria highly recommended. It recently moved to near the Truckable area of ​​Guidonia, specifically to Via Colle Giannetta, 90.

08/03/2025: After 1 hour of waiting we still didn't have the starters. I wanted to leave, luckily the food is very good, but from the time we arrived at 9pm, we were able to eat until 11pm. Let's say that the service should be increased because evidently it is not enough for all the people there.

12/02/2025: Menu with non-stop pizza which could not be done because we were at a table of less than 4 people which was not written, the menu could have been done at a higher price without non-stop pizza. The plate of fried foods arrives, 6 fried foods arrive, counted each, 2 olives, 1 supplì, a courgette flower and a potato croquette together with a trio of bruschettas which, now that I work in the catering field, I know that bruschettas are made with leftover bread. The pizzas arrive, nothing to say, the only thing that was saved from my point of view. The bill after adding a tiramisu and a pizza with Nutella which was included with the other menu but could not be done. 73 euros for 3 people, 1 water, 1/2 house wine, 6 fried foods each, 1 bruschetta each, 3 pizzas with simple flavours, a tiramisu and a pizza with Nutella.

08/03/2025: This evening my partner and I came up with the unhealthy idea of ​​ordering a pizza for dinner... at first we wanted to order via Just Eat then we also thought considering the proximity to the restaurant that by ordering directly we would save the Just Eat surcharge. On the phone the staff seemed very friendly, after 40 minutes the order arrived (from Just Eat it took 15-20 minutes). However, after all this time, the wrong pizzas arrived, we called the place again and they told us that the other people had kept our pizzas and that they would make them again for us. After another 40 minutes, the pizzas arrived, one with 4 cheeses but it was only parmesan and the tongs were everything except the buffalo and cherry tomatoes... the terrible aubergine meatballs, they were simple potato croquettes with pieces of aubergine inside, furthermore their much praised dessert is as bad as everything else. They told us that we should order at the restaurant…. In the end we paid more than the app, in addition to the fact that through the app they offered us a free beer with the order. Very low quality, we know the pliers and the one that arrived was anything but pliers... if we had read before ordering perhaps we would have saved ourselves. I hope at least that those who ate our pizzas liked them more than us... I am modifying the review to give the manager the opportunity to compare the offers. Nb every now and then instead of scrambling with childish excuses and borderline polite responses, it would be enough to grasp the criticisms which can also be constructive rather than responding in a grumpy way.

07/03/2025: Questa sera a me e al mio compagno ci è venuta la malsana idea di ordinare una pizza per cena… all’inizio volevamo ordinare tramite Just Eat poi abbiamo pensato anche considerando la vicinanza al locale che ordinando direttamente avremmo risparmiato la maggiorazione di Just Eat. Telefonicamente il personale sembrava molto gentile, dopo 40 minuti è arrivato l ordine, ( da Just Eat dava 15-20minuti). Comunque dopo tutto questo tempo sono arrivate pizze sbagliate, richiamiamo il posto e ci dicono che le altre persone si erano tenuti le nostre pizze e che a noi le avrebbero rifatte. Dopo altri 40 minuti, arrivano le pizze, una ai 4 formaggi ma era solo parmigiano e la pinza tutto era tranne che la bufala e pachino… le polpette di melanzane pessime, erano semplici crocchette di patate con dentro pezzi di melanzane, inoltre il loro dolce che tanto decantano è pessimo come tutto il resto. Ci hanno detto che ci conveniva ordinare al locale…. Alla fine abbiamo pagato più dell’app, oltre al fatto che tramite l’app ci offrivano una birra omaggio con l’ordine. Qualità bassissima, conosciamo la pinza e quella che c’è arrivata era tutto tranne che pinza… se avessimo letto prima di ordinare forse ci saremo salvati. Mi auguro almeno che chi ha mangiato le nostre pizze le ha gradite più di noi.. modifico la recensione per dar modo al gestore di confrontare le offerte. Nb ogni tanto invece che arrampicarsi sugli specchi con scuse infantili e risposte al limite dell’educazione basterebbe cogliere le critiche che possono anche essere costruttive invece che rispondere in modo scontroso.

18/04/2024: Sunday lunch. We sit outside because it was a beautiful day... outside means on an open space that absolutely needs to be tidied up and made usable at least. There were three tables placed at random, to be set. A very kind boy served us for goodness sake... But all dirty with food and with the bandana and kitchen jacket.... But how do you get the chef to serve you??? We had the cut made again, it also had an old salad next to it, which they called a side dish.. The only dish that made it worth it were the kebabs, which were very good. I give 3 stars only because the chef was very nice in his service, at least he tried.

15/04/2024: Dopo aver fatto delle ricerche on-line decidiamo di prenotare presso questo ristorante per la formula all you can eat arrosticini che pubblicizza on-line su vari siti ma solo al momento dell'ordine ci viene detto che la formula all you can eat non c'è più nulla incontrario ai cambiamenti di strategia di mercato che un titolare di esercizio commerciale voglia adottare...ma ciò se non erro si chiama PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE
