16/02/2025: Good food, very kind but few waiters, we waited a long time between one dish and another, not very personal, the price was ok

14/02/2025: Changed management, it is no longer the Tripolina it once was, overcooked pasta, rice with scampi cream, inedible, I sent it back, the dish tasted burnt. Only the service is good, the gentleman who is the waiter has been working there all his life and that's the only plus point.

02/04/2025: Restaurant frequented by people dressed like glossy magazine doubles: clean on the surface, but who knows how dirty they play in their private lives. The menu? Disheartening. We go from wild boar ragù to spaghetti with clams, up to pizza: such a long list suggests that most of the dishes are frozen. We sat at the outdoor tables, taking advantage of a beautiful day. It's a shame that those tables were placed on the sidewalk, without a real outdoor area, giving the idea that the public space had been occupied illegally. During lunch, with the sun beating down, I took off my sweatshirt and was left with a sleeveless t-shirt, similar to a tank top. Shortly after, the staff came to ask me to get dressed, claiming that I did not respect their dress code. It's true: I didn't respect him. But I'm happy not to be in line with their "decency". A place made of appearances, fiction, and dishes that pass themselves off as fresh when they are not, does not represent me. I highly recommend those who are authentic, those who live with simplicity and truth, to avoid this place. Let's leave it to those who want to continue pretending, making fun of others and above all themselves.

02/04/2025: Ristorante frequentato da persone vestite come doppioni da rivista patinata: puliti all’apparenza, ma chissà quanto giocano sporco nella vita privata. Il menù? Sconfortante. Si passa dal ragù di cinghiale agli spaghetti alle vongole, fino alla pizza: una carta così lunga lascia intuire che la maggior parte dei piatti sia surgelata. Ci siamo seduti ai tavolini all’aperto, approfittando di una bella giornata. Peccato che quei tavolini fossero sistemati sul marciapiede, senza una vera area esterna, dando l’idea che lo spazio pubblico sia stato occupato abusivamente. Durante il pranzo, con il sole a picco, mi sono tolto la felpa e sono rimasto con una maglietta smanicata, simile a una canottiera. Poco dopo, il personale è venuto a chiedermi di rivestirmi, sostenendo che non rispettavo il loro “dress code”. È vero: non lo rispettavo. Ma sono felice di non essere in linea con il loro “decoro”. Un luogo fatto di apparenze, finzione, e piatti che si spacciano per freschi quando non lo sono, non mi rappresenta. Consiglio vivamente a chi è autentico, a chi vive con semplicità e verità, di evitare questo locale. Lasciamolo a chi vuole continuare a fingere, prendendo in giro gli altri e soprattutto sé stesso.

16/04/2025: Experience teaches us and they have it in spades, welcoming place, attentive service and excellent quality of dishes from pizza to fish.... tonight I tried a variant, a flatbread with courgette flowers, pachino anchovies and raw buffalo mozzarella.... Girl.....SPACE!!!! TRY IT and then tell me. The dough has 72 hours of leavening!!!!!! Ok I won't say anything else, try them....

27/10/2024: Small, hard and expensive pizzas. Unfortunately it's not the first time, I wanted to try again after some time because I thought the last time had been an unlucky evening, but evidently this was not the case. It's a shame, once upon a time Ferdy's pizza was really, really good.

06/04/2025: Finally the real Roman pinsa..... Regardless of the countless flavors to try, there is only one thing to say in favor of customers..... The wait was a little longer than usual, but as I already wrote above, IT'S EVERYTHING MADE AT THE MOMENT, THERE IS NOTHING FROZEN....., and obviously the taste doesn't make any difference. Artisanal supplies, tasty platters, sandwiches that won't make you regret Tivoli..., craft and draft beers with controlled prices, make the LA TRIADE pizzeria in a beautiful medieval village a very pleasant evening to share with friends.

17/02/2025: For work reasons I found myself in these parts and at the suggestion of my partner I came to taste the cuisine of this little take-away restaurant which on site, inside can accommodate about ten people at a time. I tried a first course of fettuccine with Tuscan sauce and I must say that it is a real culinary experience, they very nicely bring you some white pizza while you wait, the dish is very generous and the prices are very low if we compare it to the quality of the food and above all the quantity. For a quick meal or take away it is highly recommended. It's a shame I can't give a few more stars my compliments.

09/12/2024: Ottima esperienza con l'ordine a domicilio con Just Eat! Primi piatti buonissimi: Amatriciana buona e fettuccine al ragù toscano superlative! Pizze leggere e gustose, fritti squisiti! Rider gentilissimo e consegna puntuale :-) Ampia scelta di prodotti, c'è di tutto da scegliere :-) Riordinerò con tanto piacere, provando anche gli altri piatti, e se capiterà occasione mangerò al locale molto volentieri! :D
