Carlini Ristorante Pizzeria In Latina

The place is casual but nicely decorated. The last time we visited, it was packed, but it wasn't too loud, so we could talk easily. We had pizza for dinner, and it was quite good—thin and crispy, though a little dry, especially on the outside—but overall, I enjoyed it. The service was a bit slow, and perhaps the owner was a bit grumpy, but we had no problems.

Unfortunately, Saturday nights are always a lottery. Lots of people and a long wait for pizza. Too few staff for too many customers. We'll return during the week to evaluate further.

Good pizza, welcoming place, I recommend it.
