09/08/2025: We used to frequent this place many years ago; we returned this evening and found the same comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. You can eat inside or outside. The owner, Paolo, is a true gentleman and host. A cacio e pepe worthy of a 10 from Alessandro Borghese. Pizza l'Arco DOC with real buffalo mozzarella. The fried calamari is also recommended. Fair prices.

24/08/2025: Classic Roman-style pizza, shallow and crunchy. What makes it unique is the light, non-bloating dough, the generous amount of toppings, and the quality of the ingredients. The pizza chef is a true artist and very friendly. I always go very early to get pizza because after 7 pm it's almost impossible to get served due to high demand, so I highly recommend booking for both dine-in and takeout.

The place is well-maintained and very pleasant. The staff is friendly and professional, there's no wait, and above all, the pizza and fried food are spectacular. I highly recommend it. 29/07/2025: The restaurant, despite overlooking a series of roundabouts on Via Flacca, has a charming interior. The food is very good. I ordered spaghetti with clams, which was plentiful and flavorful, a side of grilled eggplant, which wasn't the usual dry slices of vegetable, but rather seasoned with flavor and balance, and a delicious dessert (cream baba). The service is top-notch without being overbearing, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The price for a first course, side dish, dessert, water, and a glass of wine (1 person) was €33, which I find reasonable for the quality of the food and service.

31/07/2025: I ended up in this place because of a motorcycle group organized by others. We were the only ones filling the place. The menu called for all-you-can-eat pizza, but unfortunately that wasn't the case. Every four people got a round pizza to share... they brought four pizzas! The problem was that not everyone was four, but for those of us like me, there were five of us on one pizza!!! Result... they literally kicked us out after the fourth pizza because they had to close at 10:30 PM! I'll just say that it took half an hour for each pizza... 😡😡😡 I left hungry, pissed off, disappointed, and above all, €40 less!!! A rip-off!!!!! It's a shame because the place was actually nice!

11/05/2025: It is the only restaurant in the area to offer vegan cuisine and they do it in a truly excellent way. We ate a very good artichoke risotto, but the Genoese garganelli were sublime: better than the original version 🤭 as a second course, delicious aubergine meatballs and fried pizza. The Sunday lunch concluded with desserts, which were also delicious, especially the delicate basil cheesecake. Super friendly and fast service. Honest prices! I'll be back soon. Heartfelt congratulations. I hope that more and more people can taste your vegan cuisine and become aware of a more respectful and sustainable diet ❤️

07/08/2025: And here we are, finally, testing out this "new" pizzeria, a visit that's always been postponed due to crowds. Parking is easy, and the place is cute, both inside and out. It was born from the "campsite pizzeria" and has retained its soul, while significantly improving and becoming more elegant. The fried foods and the legendary and ever-present fries are excellent. The pizza is only good, perhaps a tad too chewy. The clientele is diverse, mostly from campsite guests. The staff is always smiling and helpful. Prices are medium-high, see the receipt. A Margherita with mushrooms is usually good, not even excellent, even 16 euros... verging on Briatorian... jam. The bathrooms were clean despite the crowds. Overall, a positive experience, a nice location, and commendable staff.

02/08/2025: Research and innovation are the guiding principles that make coming to this pizza spot unforgettable. We ordered an "Old but Good" and a "Simmenthal Stellata," and they were truly spectacular. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is highly knowledgeable and efficient. Try it, you won't regret it!

29/07/2025: We had a really good time and all the dishes seemed excellent. The one star removed is for the prices, which I think are high, but I've noticed this in the surrounding area as well. Just a good value.

24/08/2025: A family-run, cozy, and air-conditioned restaurant (very important during this time of year). The service was friendly and attentive; the customer service was evident. One point for improvement was that the dishes didn't all arrive at once, so some of us finished before others could even start. However, the positive aspects far outweighed this: the meats were spectacular, they have gluten-free options, and for dessert I enjoyed a delicious lemon semifreddo. Highly recommended. I'll be back; I'm eager to try more dishes.

We didn't even get to try the pizza, because the wait was interminable: rightly so on Saturday night there is only one person to roll out and put it in the oven, which is simply absurd for a place that decides to stay open on the weekend. We settled for two first courses, but the result was even worse: inedible dishes, which we left there. The icing on the cake, the arrogance and rudeness of the owner, totally incapable of managing customers and the dining room. A restaurant like this shouldn't even have the pretension of calling itself such. I will remember the name of the place so I never go back. P.S.: did the chef give you back the €50 or did he collect it himself? What a terrible story to include on your resume.
