09/12/2025: The pizza and tiella were not bad, but the price was out of proportion for the quantity, and this last time they sold us a reheated tiella left over.
02/12/2025: We were there on Sunday for the Christmas lights, and after some online research, I decided to go to "Pizzeria del Porto" to try the Tiella.
What can I say? It was a perfect choice! My wife and I tried two tiellas: "escarole and cod" and "calamari," both simply fantastic, each better than the last. Our kids had pizzas: "Margherita" and "potatoes and sausage," both delicious as well.
A little gem overlooking the Gaeta harbor. Kudos to the entire staff.

We're a family of 10 who came here for dinner together. The service, cleanliness, hospitality, and above all, the food were SPECTACULAR!!! 5 STARS is the minimum.

04/02/2026: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance and it was a pleasant discovery. We chose the tasting menu and thoroughly enjoyed it. Great care was taken in sourcing the finest ingredients, coupled with a strong dedication to their work.
The tasting menu allowed us to try four different pizzas, all delicious. Well done!

Oh, and the pizzas are also really good.
The highest marks, however, go to the sales staff and those preparing the delicacies. Despite the long line, they satisfied everyone in a flash, never running out of pieces to hand out.

The meat was as good as you'll find anywhere else, especially since the price is reasonable for the food...
I expected much better from the reviews I'd read!!
It's definitely not a place I recommend.

19/02/2026: The only pizzeria in the area where you can eat near some hotels. And after reading the reviews, I head there with confidence. Upon entering, it looks like it's going to be a good evening; I see a tap with good beers and two pizza chefs near the wood-fired oven. At 7:30 PM, the place is empty with only one table occupied, so I have no problem choosing a seat. I immediately order a medium beer, one of my favorites, and sit down. From my seat, I see the waitress preparing to make the beer without even briefly purging the tap. When she's finished, she takes the sponge used for the beer bar and carefully cleans the glass—not just the base, but the entire glass, right down to the rim, where you then put your lips to drink. She brings it to me as if nothing had happened. I point this out, and the usual excuses and half-truths begin: no, we only use the sponge for glasses, no, I didn't clean the rim, no, I just dried the base... However, to tell the truth, she offers to remake it. My mistake, I gave up in despair. I ordered the focaccia pizza with mozzarella and cherry tomatoes anyway, and asked for cooked ham. It was a traditional pizza, good dough, but it was a shame that the oven wasn't hot enough yet, as the pizza base was raw, unlike the well-cooked crust on top. Never mind, I got up to pay, but I pointed out that I hadn't had the beer. And here's the final surprise: obviously, in addition to having the beer on the bill, the pizza cost three euros more than the list price for three—I mean, three thin slices of cooked ham on top! What a shame, it could have been a great evening, and since I'm here for work for a week, I could have been a regular, but that's certainly not the case!

The outdoor tables, set on the medieval basalt slabs under a portico framed by historic homes, create an intimate and charming atmosphere, perfect for a summer evening. We began with a selection of fried foods that to call excellent is an understatement: croquettes, supplì, zucchini flowers, and battered cod with pepper cream that will remain etched in your memory for its lightness, balance, and flavor. The pizza, soft and well-topped, recalls the Campania tradition without being overly thick, a carefully crafted dough that showcases every ingredient. The craft beer list is surprising, featuring quality Italian labels, and the wine selection, though smaller, is well-curated. Making the evening even more enjoyable was the company of Maurizio, the pizza chef and the soul of the place: passionate, welcoming, and always ready to share the story of his craft. His attention to the quality of the ingredients and the digestibility of the dough is evident in every dish. La Giudea isn't just a pizzeria: it's a journey through authentic flavors and local history, led by someone who truly loves what they do. Highly recommended.
