01/10/2025: Hello, dear Fabrizio De Angelis, it's Francesca again, the one who bought the arancini. I'm writing to you here because you pointed out the review. I can show you the bin near the shop where I threw the arancini. I would have gladly had you exchange it, but then, after the lady said, "Oh, okay, it's cacio e pepe," she said the other one wasn't carbonara but nduja without even checking it. Obviously because she didn't like it. I understand it was closing time, but I also work in a restaurant business. I always make myself available to customers, especially if I make a mistake. Learn to accept criticism; from what I see in every negative review, people say it's "impossible." And it also happens that things can turn sour after sitting out on the counter all day in the heat. Especially if they're made of cheese! Best regards.

01/09/2025: Congratulations on this simple and authentic place. The owners are very kind and available to let customers know via WhatsApp if a table becomes available before their appointment. Complete set menu with two starters, two main courses, two side dishes of your choice, water, wine, dessert, and coffee. €10 from Monday to Friday for lunch, Saturday and Sunday for lunch and dinner. Seeing is believing.

25/10/2025: When you go to a pizzeria, you go for the quality of the product, but also for what we call hospitality and empathy. And I found both at this pizzeria. I can't eat dairy products due to an intolerance, and every time, they try to accommodate my every craving to get me to eat the pizza I want. They even made me supplì without mozzarella. Nothing to complain about. Top.

I don't know if this is what the name refers to, but it really is the best triad you could ask for from any restaurant: excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere!

18/05/2025: Located in Montecelio right in the square. Very small but welcoming place. It offers only a pizza or pinsa menu with the possibility of taking a good variety of sandwiches. Very rich menu for the various types of pizzas with red, white or special bases. Possibility of also choosing calzones. Everything can be accompanied by an appetizer of fried foods with classic or more particular supplì. Each pizza flavor can also be taken in the pinsa version which is the characteristic of this place. Very easy-going, with a mise en place with paper plates and cups. Moderate and standard prices. Some pizza flavors are very good with well-matched ingredients. Excellent the peculiarity of putting scissors at the table and cutting the pizza more comfortably. The only flaw is the slightly slow service. Recommended

We were almost ashamed, but instead everyone welcomed us with a big smile, from the girls to the pizza chef, getting back to work despite the hour. 02/10/2025: Yesterday, October 1st, I went to this restaurant to order 25 pizzas, as I was planning a reception. When placing the order, I told the staff that I would be picking them up today at 12:45 PM, and they asked me to be punctual. Unfortunately, when I picked up the pizza today, they first asked me if I had ordered a "capricciosa," so I explained that I had ordered 25 pizzas. Immediately afterward, the staff told me that due to a problem, the pizza would be ready in another 20 minutes. Terrible organization!!! I want to point out that as a "bad remedy," I had to order pre-made pizza, but not the same flavors I had ordered.
