06/08/2025: Spectacular pinsa, very kind and punctual service, very pleasant atmosphere on the terrace overlooking the main square. I don't know if this is what the name refers to, but it really is the best triad you could ask for from any restaurant: excellent food, excellent service, excellent atmosphere!

18/05/2025: Located in Montecelio right in the square. Very small but welcoming place. It offers only a pizza or pinsa menu with the possibility of taking a good variety of sandwiches. Very rich menu for the various types of pizzas with red, white or special bases. Possibility of also choosing calzones. Everything can be accompanied by an appetizer of fried foods with classic or more particular supplì. Each pizza flavor can also be taken in the pinsa version which is the characteristic of this place. Very easy-going, with a mise en place with paper plates and cups. Moderate and standard prices. Some pizza flavors are very good with well-matched ingredients. Excellent the peculiarity of putting scissors at the table and cutting the pizza more comfortably. The only flaw is the slightly slow service. Recommended

04/10/2025: From the pizza to the service, to the punctuality and availability, 5 stars. One evening we didn't have a reservation, and the staff was exceptional in welcoming us and finding us a table. When we order takeout, they're punctual and precise. Top!

27/09/2025: The food is good, even gluten-free, but it's not possible, it's unacceptable to sit down at 8:30 PM, and at 10:10 PM we had supplì and bruschetta. Now we're waiting for the pizzas! Bad impression with friends.

01/08/2025: We've been coming to this pizzeria for a while now, and it's never disappointed. The quality of the pizza is always excellent, with fresh, well-matched ingredients. The prices are affordable and fair. If you're in the area and crave a good round pizza, I absolutely recommend it! The staff is also friendly, helpful, and always available.

02/09/2025: Terrible. 80s-style beach with plastic placemats on the tables. For lunch, we requested two basic dishes: a simple caprese and a prosciutto and mozzarella. Mozzarella (Vallelata) and prosciutto (Vecchio), no Parma ham as stated on the menu. The dishes arrived covered in foil because they were picked up in front, probably from their hotel, when it would have been better to say that day, we're closed for lunch! I would certainly have appreciated them. But I also want to leave out the lunch, (and the foil), something I've never seen in a restaurant, because lunch, for once (the first and also the last), was disappointing, that can happen. But the most shocking thing, the reason for the following review, was the request for a ten-minute phone charge, which was even charged to the receipt! Maybe, I could admit it in Costa Smeralda, but not in Ladispoli with its dirty sea, unclean beaches, and beaches I'd like to, but I can't. Nope! Best regards

22/08/2025: We celebrated our son's birthday. There were about 50 of us, including children and adults. The staff was professional, kind, and helpful. Daniele and Andrea were fabulous. We had a wonderful time, the food was excellent, and we felt right at home. What more can I say? Thank you so much from Giuseppe and Giorgia, and Flavio, the birthday boy. We highly recommend it.

10/10/2025: A very beautiful and welcoming place. Great for any occasion. Excellent food. It has a wonderful outdoor space, partly with tables for al fresco dining, ample parking, a garden, and even a small wood.

01/11/2025: It's the hangout for my group of friends. The food is top-notch; the meat is spectacular, the pasta is equally as good, as are the pizza and fried foods. The desserts are exquisite, and there's also a great selection of wines. We don't change. I recommend booking.

08/10/2025: After many years as a regular customer, especially for lunch since I work nearby, I find myself writing this review because last week I celebrated my son's birthday and I have to say we were very satisfied. I usually stop by for a few slices of pizza on the go, always very good and light, but sometimes I opt for the lunch options like curry couscous with chicken and grilled vegetables, farro with octopus salad, stew with peas, lasagna with meat sauce, and all the Roman first courses. The fried foods are very good; my husband loves the ragu suppli with an 'nduja heart; I love the arancini with speck flowers and zucchini, and the cod fillets are also my favorites. There were 12 of us plus 8 parents, at two separate tables (luckily!!). The unfiltered Ichnusa and Moretti red on tap are excellent, as are the truly unique craft beers from Ritual Lab. We had a mix of fried foods to start, French fries for the grasshoppers, and then a round pinsa each. It was truly excellent and super light, both sliced ​​and round. My favorite remains the white one with mozzarella, pesto, and chopped pistachios and burrata... mouth-watering! We finished with a delicious homemade tiramisu made by Maria (you have to give me the recipe!!!), a really good gluten-free hot chocolate cake, and some excellent bitters.
