29/03/2026: What can I say?...the pizza is delicious, and they make fabulous potato croquettes. The staff is polite, friendly, and very helpful. The place is clean, tidy, and well-maintained. I come here once a week, and I'll always be happy to come back. It's my favorite pizzeria.

12/05/2026: I went to Fantasie di Napoli with a €50 reservation through TheFork and used Yums. Unfortunately, the restaurant has multiple locations with the same name, and I accidentally went to the wrong one. As soon as I arrived, I told them I had a TheFork reservation and was told everything was fine. So, I sat down and, before ordering, I confirmed again for Yums, and the staff confirmed that there would be an additional €10 charge for our order. So, I dined as usual. Only when paying was I told that the reservation wasn't recorded, with no solution offered. I understand the error in the address, but a proper check at the beginning would have avoided the problem. This was unprofessional behavior. It's unacceptable to confirm a reservation, let the customer eat, and then pass the problem on to the customer at the end without any solution or courtesy offered. Furthermore, during service, we had to wait a long time to order, while tables that arrived after us were served first. In this respect, too, the organization was very poor. Good food, but poorly managed. I recommend paying more attention to TheFork reservations, especially when there are multiple locations with the same name.

28/11/2025: This is a wonderful place. The food is excellent, the portions are decent, and the service is fast. I haven't visited the hotel, so I can't comment on it. Go eat there...it's worth it.

01/05/2026: We ordered two takeout pizzas, one with porcini mushrooms and truffles and one with Margherita, two supplì, and a portion of chips. The pizzas arrived half burned; the porcini mushrooms and truffles were just porcini mushrooms of dubious origin, as there wasn't even a hint of truffle. The chips were probably fried in the same oil as the fish, as they tasted like fish. The supplì tasted more like Ascoli olives than anything else; the frying was terrible, the rice was overcooked, and the sauce tasted like nothing. The place is also dirty and poorly equipped; the bathrooms lacked paper towels and soap. Avoid like the plague.

28/04/2026: We went for dinner on Saturday evening. Having booked the pizza menu, we found ourselves eating fish with little choice from the set menu. But after explicitly stating that we had two allergies at the table (one to tomato and the other to shellfish and mollusks), they showed up with a plate with tomatoes. My friend only noticed there were shrimp inside after halfway through the plate of gnocchi. She took the antihistamine in time, as her throat was starting to burn. The explanation was that a small piece had probably escaped from another plate, which was absolutely not the case because, first of all, there were other small pieces/fillets of shrimp. Secondly, it was obvious that they had made my friend's dish with the basic "sauce" they use for the same fish dish we had at the table. It was truly disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism. It's a restaurant with potential, but perhaps in the wrong hands. The food is decent, but nothing special.

07/06/2026: Pizza mozzarella buffalo capers anchovies very good friendly staff and above all animal lovers they treated my dogs very well even bringing bowls with water outside space to be able to bring me which is not a given I found myself not going to restaurants because they do not accept dogs among other things very well behaved

01/06/2026: We hadn't booked but they managed to find a place for 2 by the skin of their teeth. The nduja and Neapolitan pizzottelle were good, unfortunately the courgette flower pizza was less good, the mozzarella wasn't stringy and it arrived lukewarm and undercooked, especially underneath.

31/03/2026: I don't usually leave reviews, but I wanted to because my husband, who is lactose and gluten intolerant, can finally eat a proper pizza without feeling sick, thanks to you! The gluten-free pizza is top notch! Even the regular pizza I order is delicious. The zucchini flowers are exceptional! They're honest about delivery times, and when there are too many orders, they always ask if we're willing to wait, sometimes even over an hour, giving us the choice whether or not to order, which I think is very important. Highly recommended!

29/03/2026: We stayed at a nearby hotel and went for dinner on our first day since we arrived in the city late. The place was unpretentious, but both the service and atmosphere were very pleasant, and the food was very good and inexpensive. They serve almost everything in takeaway containers, but don't expect chain-style food; the value for money was excellent. I recommend it.

14/12/2025: It would have become our favorite café, but it's a shame we had to wait 20 minutes for a gluten-free croissant, which they'd forgotten to put in the oven. When we asked them to leave it alone, the lady serving us said it would take a minute, so we confidently waited, then asked for it to be put in a takeout bag, as the high temperature made it unsafe to eat. The bitter surprise came when, upon taking it out, we realized it was completely raw; the only thing they'd done was defrost it in the microwave. As far as we're concerned, it's out of business!!

06/02/2026: I really enjoyed the food, with a sort of menu with a choice of first and second courses and side dishes. I chose fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, steak, and fries. I was given a drink, coffee, and liqueur. Very fast service. I went for a birthday party and was happy.
