28/02/2026: Chicken Salad Pizza, there was only salad, the chicken ran away!!! Too bad, I wanted to cheat on a Saturday! This pizza used to be filled with chicken and salad. Now it's dry and meatless. Disappointed

10/01/2026: Absolutely undercooked pizza, avoid. To make a lot of orders, they probably keep the pizzas in the oven for a short time. Once I called, the answer was simply, "Next time, let's keep the last name written down" and... and what? You and Deliveroo will never see me again.

06/04/2026: Quaint place, friendly staff, and most importantly, delicious food! I had a gluten-free smash burger, crispy bread...! Homemade gluten-free dessert, Nutella-filled pizza frittata—amazing!

05/04/2026: I love Lievito 72, and I'm happy to return when I want pizza because the quality of the food is excellent and there's a large wood-fired oven. The pizza chefs' experience and the choice of ingredients (including gluten-free) are a guarantee. The food is good, and the beer selection is also excellent; I recommend the Rossa on tap. The service is provided by friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable.

10/01/2026: I went to this restaurant just before Christmas with a large group of people who frequent the place often. There was a set menu for the evening, but unfortunately I found out about it only after a moment, and since I didn't know what it consisted of, I spoke to the staff. I have a specific allergy, to nickel, which means I have a very limited diet. The staff was very kind and attentive; they listened to what I could eat and created a perfect menu for me. They didn't panic; on the contrary, they were very thorough. For that alone, I would have given it 5 stars! But then the dishes arrived and... Simply wonderful! An appetizer with cured meats, fried foods, and mozzarella to be envied, and a spectacular cacio e pepe pasta! Creamy, with just the right amount of pepper, and not too salty... I think it's the best I've ever eaten! The other diners envied me and wanted to eat it! It was a pleasant surprise! I recommend it to everyone.

14/06/2026: I had lunch with some colleagues. We didn't agree on a menu, but we accommodated the kitchen's needs by all ordering the same things: a welcome aperitif with prosecco, a mixed seafood appetizer (no raw fish), and four dishes for each course to be shared among 11 people: octopus and potatoes, octopus and vegetables, fried sardines, and sautéed mussels. First courses: a half portion of tagliolini with mixed seafood, good but truly a taste. Second courses: swordfish and fried fish, good but always in small quantities. Not everyone ordered desserts, and in any case, they also included some sorbets. All coffees were available, the only thing we drank was ample liqueurs, and 5/6 bottles of wine. Let's get to the bill: €109 per person. I asked for clarification, especially about the half portions of the first course, which cost us a whopping €15 each, and the answer was that the sauce was too generous. I think the real reason is that otherwise we wouldn't have ordered the second courses. Result: 11 lost customers. Advice: Work to bring the customer back, not to defraud them.

14/06/2026: 110 euros per person for a lunch with half first courses and a second course that I personally counted, 5 rings and a slice of swordfish and a crazy price, in short, whoever goes to this place, I say honestly, will find themselves not having a nice evening or a nice lunch, to avoid using more inappropriate terms.

09/06/2026: We went for dinner on Saturday evening, recommended by friends. Perfect advice, I'd say. We initially had a table in an air-conditioned room facing us, and they quickly accommodated us by offering us an even larger table. They served us very attentively and kindly explained each dish to us. We had four different fish appetizers, all delicious, two fish first courses, a fried dish, and a fish second course. Furthermore, there was a celiac at the table, and they provide all gluten-free options. Highly recommended for an excellent dinner in a friendly, family atmosphere.

02/06/2026: A welcoming restaurant with dishes that can surprise you. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the evening; both the pizzas and the first and second courses were delicious. An excellent choice, especially for those with celiac disease, as they take great care to differentiate gluten-free dishes from those that may be contaminated.

30/05/2026: Neapolitan pizzeria (I specify because it hasn't been done anywhere) lacking the typical Neapolitan toppings: €10 for a "fiori e alici" (flower and anchovies) with exactly four zucchini flower petals and four anchovies. "Pizza diavola" (devil pizza) with a drop of sauce. Not to mention the size of the pizza itself. Overcooked, rubbery. My heartfelt compliments.

29/05/2026: The food was excellent, the blonde girl who welcomed us and served us was professional and smiling. The place is anonymous, but as previously mentioned, the strong point is the food. The pizza was super digestible and delicious.

10/06/2026: After years, I came back to Ladispoli and wanted to return to this pizzeria. The pinsas were even better than I remembered, and they've improved a lot, including the service. Friendly, courteous, and always with a smile, which never hurts. I hope to return to Ladispoli soon to eat here again.
