12/10/2025: Here you can find authentic Roman pizza, which is very different from Neapolitan pizza. So if you read "pizzeria," don't immediately make the connection with Neapolitan pizza. Good pizza, reasonable price, service could be a little more attentive and quicker, but that's definitely something that can be easily improved. The place is quiet. If you don't like crowds and throngs, it's perfect. I recommend it.

16/11/2025: We ordered two pizza slices for a dinner with friends. It was our first time, and we tried this new pizzeria. The slices arrived fairly promptly; the one with flavors on a white base was truly excellent and well-topped; the one half Margherita and half Amatriciana was tasty but very lightly topped. The Margherita had little mozzarella, and the Amatriciana had a vague hint of pecorino. Overall, they were good, but I recommend adding a little more toppings, and the red ones are better. The dough was easy to digest and light. The supplì were also good! We'll order again, thanks!

24/09/2025: I went to dinner with some colleagues and we had a truly enjoyable evening. The restaurant is elegant, well-attended, and yet welcoming, with an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The meat deserves special mention: superior-quality Fassona beef, with various cuts available, perfectly cooked, and exceptional flavor. Each of us chose a different dish, and we were all impressed by the quality and care taken in its preparation. The portions were generous, and the quality of the ingredients was evident from the first bite. The other dishes—from appetizers to side dishes—were also well-crafted, but it's the meat that truly shines. The wine list is also excellent, completing a high-quality experience without ever being pretentious. I didn't take any photos to attach: the elegance of the setting and the attentive service made me feel that it would have been almost inappropriate to interrupt dinner with my phone in hand. Sometimes it's better to enjoy the moment with colleagues and let it remain etched in memories rather than pictures. A restaurant I recommend without hesitation and will definitely return to: quality, professionalism, and taste at the highest levels.

08/12/2025: Three stars because if you say that on the birthday the birthday boy pays half, it should be half and not a 16 euro discount. Now let's move on to the food, what can I say? Fantastic, delicious at least for what we chose, but in my opinion, everything was good, in fact excellent. Impeccable service, very sweet people, always willing to listen to the customer, thanks to all the staff. The atmosphere is always 5 stars because it takes you back to a Roman osteria. If it weren't for that little incident at the end, everything would be 5 stars, even the food-price ratio. But I repeat, if you tell the customer you'll give them a discount, you have to do it afterwards. Also because I'm not complaining about the 24 euros, but it's on principle. Because I would have left 24 euros as a tip... the reservation was made and also mentioned at the cashier. Anyway, if I'm in the area, I'd gladly come back to eat there, but there was a mix-up.

07/12/2025: Small and cozy restaurant in the heart of Modena's historic center. Typical Roman dishes, mouth-wateringly good! Prices are a little above average for an osteria, but forgivable given the area. Excellent 👍🏾

La mia passione è la cucina cerco sempre di cercare posti caratteristici , genuini e di livello: qui i tre fattori ci sono tutti e tre. I piatti sono prodotti sul momento. I piatti arriva arrivano sobri. Gusti equilibrati gustosi e senza strafare. La carbonara ritengo che sia un perfetto di incrocio di sapori , cremosità perfetta e soprattutto leggera: digerita all'istante. Un ristorante raro. La location è fresca al riparo dal sole, si riprende le forze . Prezzi qualità prezzo imbattibile. Alla prossima un caro saluto. PS. 14/11/2025: A historic restaurant in the Castelli Romani, nestled in a splendid natural setting where you can enjoy a stroll. Original dishes, some better than others, are served. The grilled meat isn't always cooked properly, sometimes a bit tough. The porcini mushrooms, when available, and the Nemi strawberries are always good. Last time, the pasta sauce was a bit too thin.

06/11/2025: A perfect cooking technique, but the raw material, "guanciale," is forgettable. The scottadito were perhaps cooked first and then served almost cold, not to mention the flavorless roasted porcini mushrooms. The mushroom risotto was delicious, the service was good, and the staff were kind and helpful. The bill was quite high for the food.

13/10/2025: A good diner. Friendly staff. We went to hear some friends play. The place wasn't very crowded. The burgers were only available by the plate, but all in all acceptable. The pizza, on the other hand... It's a shame there's no à la carte option, only set menus...

25/10/2025: When you go to a pizzeria, you go for the quality of the product, but also for what we call hospitality and empathy. And I found both at this pizzeria. I can't eat dairy products due to an intolerance, and every time, they try to accommodate my every craving to get me to eat the pizza I want. They even made me supplì without mozzarella. Nothing to complain about. Top.

24/06/2025: Excellent pizza dough, perfect toppings, pleasant and tasty and suitable for those with digestive problems is a cloud! Sunny, polite, professional and very kind staff! We really recommend it!
