28/06/2025: Really great service, the waitress who served us throughout the dinner was very thoughtful and attentive to the requests of the girl who ate gluten-free and lactose-free. Quick with the dishes, despite the place being practically full. The menu is very varied, even considering the possibility of choosing the gluten/lactose free variant. Excellent value for money. We were 3 friends, we ordered 2 portions of chips, 2 pizzas and a first course, a Coke, a Fanta and a beer all small and a bottle of still water, and we found ourselves paying just over 20 euros each. I found the rooms extremely clean (I want to specify this because it seems to be an optional for many places now). Finally, I noticed that the place allowed access to dogs even of large sizes, so yet another point in their favor! I will definitely go back!!!

23/06/2025: Crowded environment, friendly but forgetful staff, average pizza, fair value for money if you don't take appetizers and especially bitters like Jefferson (8 euros per glass so 4 glasses the same as the cost of a whole bottle)

06/07/2025: We return to eat at l'Asprese every time we pass by these parts. The welcome is familiar and the dishes are tasty and quality. Honest prices. For us a point of reference in the Rieti area!

06/07/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance for the first time months ago and I ate the tagliatelle with chestnuts and asparagus very well and the wild boar for the second course. I added the dessert because it was the zuppa inglese which is rare to find. I didn't write a review because one swallow doesn't make a summer and I promised myself I would return to see my first impressions confirmed or denied. What can I say: excellent, I ate the fettuccine alla bandiera (pachino and asparagus) simply superlative and the pork loin with plums and apples truly exceptional. For the dessert I confirmed the zuppa inglese which is how my grandmother used to make it. The scomposta with berries (or Nutella) is also really good. I will definitely return and recommend it to everyone.

23/06/2025: We arrive at 9:30 pm and order around 9:40 pm some arrosticini, bruschetta, a bruschettone with speck and a tagliata. The table was set without forks, not even bread was served and after a few minutes only the bruschetta arrived which my partner ate while I remained to watch. After a few minutes my arrosticini arrived. We waited about 30 minutes before the tagliata arrived, again from my partner who enjoyed it comfortably while I watched again, and when it was finished I received the bruschettone but with sausage and chicory. I got the order wrong and having to do it again from the beginning I asked for a pizza because I was hungry. The pizza arrived after at least another 20 minutes, we ordered two desserts now at 10:45 pm which to end the evening in the best possible way arrived at 11:10 pm. The food was also decent but the service was truly embarrassing …

26/04/2025: A beautiful culinary experience and one in discovery also on a professional level. We came this evening for the first time with a couple of friends. Between allergies and various other health problems, I often have difficulty eating out... but the owner, with kindness and kindness, put me at ease and also found a way to satisfy my off-menu requests. Thank you we had a great time and will definitely come back to visit you. Ps a truly special pizza in full Neapolitan stul3 echoes the seasoning...superlative.

08/07/2025: we go often, because they make round gluten-free pizza that you can eat sitting down (they have tables outside) but once we went in the evening around 7:30 pm with the intention of sitting down but they told us that it wasn't possible because they had too many take-away orders (so don't do a sit-down service), I insisted and in the end they obliged us. anyway the pizza is good and so are the supplì!

The girls were all nice and welcoming, the environment was very clean... I will also come back to try other things, I really recommend

05/04/2025: First experience with clay pigeon shooting and I must congratulate Francesco D'Aniello, Olympic medalist in Beijing 2008, now owner and technical manager of the sports centre, for his professionalism which he makes available to those who approach this sport with passion and patience. My group and I were 16 and Francesco was with us the whole time, a good 4 and a half hours, to advise and assist us, making the experience beautiful. Thanks to all the staff for their hospitality and availability. Sports center with attention to detail and recommended to all those who want to try the experience of this Olympic sport and become experts over time.

17/06/2025: I couldn't leave Italy without trying pizza. I had little time and saw this place on the maps. I ate a couple of pieces and took some home, but without meat and sausage. I recommend it. Thank you.

17/06/2025: Mirko is a friendly person who makes a hell of a good pizza! Prices were fair with large portions. We got takeaway and it was only a few minute wait. Hidden gem for sure.

16/06/2025: Stale pizza in a crammed little spot. Unless you're desperate, there are hundreds better options. Pricing appears to be 5 EUR per slice.

06/07/2025: Unfortunately we were unlucky compared to the average customer. The appetizer was good, the first courses were good and the pizza was good. We were very disappointed with the service: they forgot a pizza, bringing it much later than the other courses (after a reminder). Even though we had booked a table for 4 people, when we arrived the table had to be prepared and was placed in an obvious makeshift position. I'm sorry because we had high expectations, but evidently we were unlucky compared to the average.

07/04/2025: In a welcoming environment with an entrance (the car park is not too well signposted), directly from the Appia, (just after a traffic light), quiet, excellent and abundant starters, first courses with homemade pasta both of the Roman tradition and with (excellent) digressions from the chef, second courses of meat, mainly grilled, no fish. I haven't consulted the wine list. It will be a farmhouse we will return to often.
