10/01/2025: I liked it very much, fast service, clean, comfortable. We ordered a 3-course lunch for 12€, we ate pasta with tomatoes and steak with potatoes. We also ordered beer... everything was very tasty, we were satisfied, I recommend it. In the evening we plan to have dinner with a glass of wine and dessert..

04/01/2025: Pizzeria restaurant in the heart of Tuscolana. We eat, the first courses are good and the Roman pizza is good (low) Friendly owner staff present at the tables who make sure that everything is good. Congratulations we'll be back!

14/01/2025: Terrible takeaway experience. I call the pizzeria to order a takeaway margherita pizza with olives for 7.30pm. When I got there I waited at least 10 minutes before someone showed up at the counter to serve the customers present. After some time I manage to pay for what should have been my margherita pizza with olives. When I got home I noticed that the olives were not on the pizza, I decided to go back to the restaurant, and once I arrived I pointed this out. The girl present there replied that they didn't have any olives, which was something I wasn't told either when ordering or when picking up. When I asked to have something else on the pizza I was told that I would have to pay a supplement. I then asked if they had a condiment that didn't require a supplement and the answer was "oil", in a sarcastic tone. Whereupon I left with my cold margherita pizza.

30/11/2024: Small pizzeria both for takeaway and at the table in the evening. Small outside room almost like a cabin with fairy lights and vintage objects. View of the city walls. Pizza with top ingredients. All the local excellences with seasonal rotation. Both the stuffed focaccia by the meter and the individual pizzas are worth tasting. Also worth trying are handmade supplì of various flavours. White pizza with Ugo's crunchy ice cream as dessert or with Nutella. Worth mentioning is the fried pizza with cured meats and fiordilatte stracciatella. Modern sister of the legendary fried pizza of the old owner Ernesto who fried it and passed it out the window to us children... Many years ago. Small place for a few greedy intimates who love genuine products and the eclectic vintage chic environment. Honest and adequate prices. Friendly and good-willed staff. Experience that I recommend. Two rounds on Saturday. 7.40pm and 9.20pm. Menu displayed outside the kids often have weekly menus outside.

28/11/2024: Pizza buonissima, impasto fragrante e non pesante, ingredienti di prima qualità. buonissimi i fritti, ottime anche sia le pizze, che le pinze, che le teglie. pizzaioli simpatici, gentili e qualificatissimi. Da provare. La migliore.

08/01/2025: The internal restaurant is cute and rustic, the covered porch is so and so, however the staff is kind, the gluten-free pizza, although thin, was really very good, the supplì was also very good, unfortunately as there were a lot of people (it was Saturday evening) the food was without Gluten didn't arrive at the same or almost the same time as the other diners' dinners so when they had almost finished their pizzas, mine arrived 🤷🏻‍♀️ Maybe next time I'll be luckier ☺️

04/01/2025: It's not easy to find a good gluten-free pizza. This is perhaps the main reason why I continually return to Triticum. The fried foods are also very good. Convenient parking and reasonable prices...what else can I say...highly recommended

19/12/2024: The truth is that a very good place to eat a pizza, we ordered a 45 and the truth is that we spent it, it was huge, you can make it half and half and the truth is that they are delicious. There is an extensive pizza menu but if you want you can add ingredients for a small price. The 45 pizza costs about 25 euros and 4 people eat well. Then you have portions for 3 euros, 4 and 5 depending on the pizza you choose... In short, 100% recommended
