25/07/2025: Posto immerso nella campagna al confine tra il Lazio e la Toscana, tavolo apparecchiato come si deve in un bel contesto agreste.vPrimi promossi a pieni voti, coniglio fritto ottimo, e poi le patatine fritte pazzesche, veniamo all'unico punto critico della serata la tagliata, la carne come correttamente mi era stato anticipato dalla nostra cameriera si è rilevata piuttosto dura e grassa, tanto è vero che loro per gli stessi motivi non propongono la bistecca; dolci fatti da loro molto buoni. Servizio perfetto carta dei vini non chilometrica ma con vini locali di assoluta eccellenza e conto in linea con quello che abbiamo preso.

I tried the carbonara pasta, pizza, and bruschette, and each dish was delicious in its own way. The carbonara was perfectly cooked, with a creamy, rich sauce and a great balance of flavors. The pizza had a beautifully crisp crust, fresh toppings, and that unmistakable Italian taste that’s hard to find elsewhere. 16/08/2025: We had dinner the night before Ferragosto (August 15th) and had a great time. This evening we returned with some friends and ordered the pizza menu. Since I have trouble eating pizza and bread, I asked for bruschetta with ham (since that's the only way I can eat). What did they bring me? Reheated bread. I called the waiter, telling him I'd asked for bruschetta, and he simply replied that they make it like this (he didn't say I'll have him remake it, even if he was rude). In my house, bruschetta means toasted bread, not reheated bread. Anyway, the waiter was rude. When my husband was inside to pay the bill, he thought we were leaving without paying, and he started yelling. Total disappointment.

01/12/2025: This is the second time I've eaten at Libbra and after 2 years I can say that in addition to excellent meat, I also found warm service, especially from the waitress and the very welcoming owner.

24/11/2025: ⭐⭐ Review – 2 out of 5 stars (Only for the caponata and the nice location) I dined at Libbra on Saturday evening, booking through TheFork with the 20% discount promotion, clearly visible at every step of the booking process: day, time, and number of people. I also saved the platform screenshots, which show the 20% discount active for: * the selected date, * the arrival time (7:30 PM), * 2 covers. If the restaurant had actually had a "6 promotional cover" limit, TheFork would have automatically deactivated the discount, as happens in all restaurants when the promotional availability is exhausted. However, the discount was active everywhere, so the restaurant was required to apply it. The problem arises when it comes to the bill. The total is full, without the applicable discount. I brought this to the attention of the employee, who instead of simply applying the promotion offered me an untenable solution: ➡️ cancel the reservation on TheFork ➡️ to pay with my Yums. Unfortunately: 1. The restaurant doesn't accept Yums (the owner himself confirms this). 2. Without an active reservation, Yums cannot be used. So by canceling: I lost my Yums, the discount wasn't applied, and the restaurant also avoided commissions to TheFork. Only later did the owner say he was "available" to apply the 20% discount, but only outside TheFork, maintaining the 6-cover limit. Unfortunately, my screenshots show the exact opposite: the promotion was active, visible, and selectable until the last step. The 6-cover limit wasn't marked, and if it had been exceeded, TheFork would have blocked it. **What matters to the customer is what they see when booking, and that was a valid 20% discount.** --- Food Cheese appetizer: actually, only one type of cheese, very few slices, and very poor presentation. Barrosã steaks: nice marbling, but unfortunately tough because they were aged for too little (just 35 days, as the butcher at the counter confirmed). Teresa couldn't even finish it. Side dishes: baked potatoes and a really good caponata (one of the few positives). Passion fruit cheesecake: decent. --- Conclusion The place is nice, and the caponata is worth it, but between: discount not applied, absurd request to cancel the reservation, clever way to circumvent Yums and commissions, disappointing meat, very high bill, I cannot recommend this restaurant. 13/11/2025: We returned on a weekday evening, this time with five of us, and once again the experience was impeccable. Among us was a young man who doesn't eat pork, and the staff was immediately attentive in offering suitable alternatives, making him feel completely at ease. The welcome, as always, was warm: the owner and the waiters seated us immediately despite the restaurant being almost full. To begin, we ordered a series of truly successful appetizers: fresh mozzarella, fragrant focaccia with raw ham, an excellent bruschetta with pork neck, plus some traditional dishes like beans with pork rinds and tripe, all prepared to perfection. For our first course, we chose a single fettuccine with white meat sauce, delicious and rich in flavor. For our second courses, we had a mix that everyone was satisfied: tender and flavorful steaks, excellently cooked suckling pig, and a truly flavorful chicken. To accompany everything, we had soft and delicious baked potatoes. The desserts deserve a special mention: all homemade. The tiramisu was truly exquisite, balanced and creamy, while the new cheesecake was a delightful surprise, fresh and incredibly indulgent. The prices remain more than fair, especially considering the high quality of the dishes and the attentive service, qualities rare these days. In conclusion, a place that continues to prove itself a reliable choice: perfect for truckers thanks to the large parking lot, but also ideal for families and groups of friends. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: Terrible experience, rudeness of the staff, the owner even worse without giving an answer for a table or if we could sit, no answer other than a simple "I don't know" after 10 minutes. Not recommended.
